no bike ticket option...no bike racks to transport bikes in buses...the rest is fine.

Could be much better! Some suggestions: a) improve performance ;) b) improve visuals and c) the tickets should also present the expected/scheduled arrival time. review #2: 1) the performance has been improved; 2) I still think that it would be important for the in-app tickets to display the expected arrival time.

In general a good app to book tickets, with more affordable prices than those practiced on their website or desks. My one critique so far has to do with the on-bus seating: Both times I chose my seat through the app, it didn't match the layout of the bus.

Man, this app is terrible... lack of usability, lack of functionality, lots of bugs.. it seems that was created to a college's project and abandoned just after the grades... There's no even an option to sign up from the app.

User unfriendly. Ticket changing and revalidating conditions are never clearly presented before the buy, and it's a nightmare to get any of the two done, if you need it, expressly made difficult by the company, and while buying a ticket takes less than five minutes, they reserve themselves the right to up to 15 working days to pay a refund, in the few cases they will allow for that.

This app just turned into a disaster. Initially I used it for all my tickets but as of recently it just automatically crashes and does not open at all despite all my attempts to clean cache, uninstall the app etc... It's sad because the company, on one way seems to be improving (new fleet and new website) but then on another way it seems to ignore its customers, namely the neverending flow of bad reviews of this app that does not get a reply nor an app update as well as ignoring customers emails.

Terrible company, ill-mannered drivers who are quite happy to see customers abandoned and when contacted their support simply auto reply without apology. Use ANY other service if you have the option.

Total disaster. At first it worked, it was limited, had some hiccups but worked enough to see schedules and buy tickets. When it had some probs one would contact them and soon enough they would fix it. Now it has been broken for months and when contracting costumer service and there's no reply nor the apps gets fixed. Pretty sure no one is manning the store.

Impossible to copy text for ticket revalidation for instance, and the 5 digit ticket number is not visible nor in the place it is announced. Thanks

Amazing discounts if you plan in advance. Even if you buy at last minute's notice, you always get some sort of discount (minimum 1 euro on a 20 euro trip is my factual experience aamof). Through this app and only through this app I've managed to find 20 euro seats being sold as cheap as 6,99. This isn't a fake review or fake advertising. I don't get a cent on writing this. It's just the experience. It's that good, believe me. Well, that's all u have to say: 5 stars! (BTW, use mbway to pay)...
