I have Roger Select. Don't know if it's supposed to work with Roger Select but IF NOT, WHY NOT, I'd like something to justify the extortionary sum I foolishly believed would enhance my hearing and ability to interact.

When I am in a cafe with my friends around a table, I am finding the volume is too loud and overwhelming. How can I adjust this if i don't have the base unit with me??

For thus price, I expect it to include a way to locate a lost roger device. It costs as much as a late model mobile phone.

New to this app so I don't have a detailed review. Would definitely like to see this app inform the user what version firmware his device has. Phonak Target does not provide this information. Roger Updater is the only way to read a devices current firmware.

I had problems with crashing app but I have upgraded my Roger mic Software using Roger updater software via my PC. It would be nice to inform about this people whose are not technical. Plug into the PC and use Roger upgrader. This can fix your problems.

How do you turn off the beep that sounds every time you go out of the 8 metre range,? so annoying, been looking for the answer for months on all platforms

I hesitated before buying this, because of the price, but my audiologist promised me it would help. He was right. It has changed my life. I can now have a conversation with my wife in the car and can once again hear what people are saying in bars and restaurants. I wish I'd taken the plunge earlier.

Had a problem with the new roger mic app working couldn't get the app to work on my phone. My son came around and got a cable that link the roger to his laptop and down loading software from rogue upgrade website on to my roger mic. Then found my phone link up to the roger mic with no problems

It is an amazing device that makes my job as a Learning Support Assistant less stressful. I am able hear students so much clearer when the my Roger On Ni is paired with my hearing aids. So I highly recommend it.

it awesome you can plug it in to different things or just set it by what you want to hear and it sends it strait to you hearing aids and the sound is already set to your customized hearing levels

Roger never hooks up to my cellphone or to my hearing aids. It worked for a few days when I received it from my V.A. audiologist. The hearing aid app (Phoenik) never connects to my hearing aids. Roger is doing the same. I feel bad for my fellow veterans experiencing this every day like I've been for 4 years. I thought the "Roger" would help me hear in many situations that I haven't since become hearing impaired. Companies like this ought to be ashamed of disregarding veterans this way.

Roger works very will. Learning when & how to utilize it's features in different situations the best I find less simple than the instructions. Totally round tables with people is not normal situations & Roger does help when ceilings are not acoustical.

This is Bob Bayers. I'm just now discovering the many outstanding features of the Roger On 3 microphone accessory that I purchased with my Phonak Audio Sphere Infino hearing aids. So far I'm VERY impressed. Everything has been easy to install and the sound quality is unmatched with anything I've seen available. Thanks Phonak!
