This App is so antiquated, they still believe that entering your email and password to log in is the safest way to access this App. Most Apps installed on my phone now requires fingerprint scanning to access.

It has no intention to open. I have to try 10 times to login and open the application. Software is too heavy. Please improve your team! Reply 1: Yes, I have tried reinstalling and on other devices too. It's the same. If you are successfully logged in, you'll be able to login for few hours or days. But if you don't use the application for few days, the application keeps crashing and wouldn't allow to login in one go. It feels like waste of time.

Once signed in, the app opens to a blank white screen. Nothing else happens! Reinstalled the app several times, but no change noted.

Useful app when you can actually access it. Constantly being locked out because they keep changing things. My spouse and I both use it for our shared account, but we always have problems accessing it. Not everyone grew up on this technology. For those of us that are old-school it's very frustrating. One day we have access, the next we need multiple steps that don't work because we don't have access to the other related apps that we need all the extra codes for! Seriously!!

App is good, but constantly having to reauthenticate to it makes it unbearable. Highly recommend including biometrics like most other mature apps. This is a pain.

I was using this app 4 months ago, now it won't load even after I enter my sign-in details? This is brand new phone, I just installed the app again, not sure what's going on but I'm not happy, I tried 3 times.

Update: still just an overall unstable application. Right now, bill payment is unavailable. Red error banner displayed. Has been like this for a couple of months now. Don't the alarm bells go off when certain mobile interactions drop off a cliff?

This app has only worked the first time i used it. Typical rogers garbage. Its amazing to me that a multi million dollar company cant hire 1 guy to actually make an app that works. I hope they dont expect me to pay my bills because this is the only way i can and it doesnt work.

This app is clunky and awful. Only thing good about it, is that I can pay my bills on it... When I can actually open the app. Oh and good luck figuring out when your next bill is due, cause it doesn't tell you until the day of.

I just want to pay my bill. For three straight days I've been getting an error message reading, "sorry! Problem on our end. Try back later!" This is the best Rogers can do? Thanks for making me download a piece of garbage app that can't even function, you absolute morons

I can no longer swap channels or make changes to my internet and tv package. They said they would fix it but it's been 6 months now. And yes I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app.

Unable to login. Lot of people reporting the same issue. I've had this issue off and on for years. Amateur. Look at all the comments with the same issue with the same unhelpful response. I'm not going through the hassle of contacting tech support. Get it right.

This app allows me to see my bill which is very convenient, but for the 3 months I have had the app and Rogers the main page has been down. I haven't been able to view my usage, equipment, and packages. This results in having to make calls in order to resolve any issues (and there has been non stop billing issues). It would be nice if something would work as advertised with Rogers.

Total incompetent thieves. Tried to add a line to my acct. They messed up the Sim chip delivery via also incompetent Purolator no-brians. I havent even received the chip yet, but they billed me an entire month of service / fees... without providing any actual service, or the Sim. They refuse to refund the months fee, or have a manager answer the phone. Strongly suggest a different cell provider. Need to terminate several wanna-be 'managers'.

Chat people and phone people never listen to the customer. Had an issue with my SIM card after I changed my phone number and I asked them to check the SIM after I got a SIM error with my new phone number. The chat support wanted me to check app versions.. etc. Already tried my manufacturer.. no help. Contacted Rogers chat and never had SIM checked. The best part about the app is if you complain the right way they try to fix it. Get rid of Rogers.. top service reps do not listen to us either. F U

The app is way behind when it comes to accessibility. My husband is with Bell and it's much easier to manage his plan and details compared to Rogers. The app seems like it belongs to some relatively unknown service provider rather than one that belongs to a service provider that is Bell's #1 competitor. Can't even use fingerprints to sign in unlike Bell. What a joke.

The software is years behind, the clarity of the cameras is subpar, the inability to mass delete videos should you choose to do so is annoying, the storage space is insufficient and all this when the app actually works... if it wasn't for the insurance break I would give back the ancient equipment. Yours truly.. 25+ yr customer..

It is now 9 months later, and the App is still constantly saying "we've hit a snag something went wrong try again later" It's been saying that for months. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and no change. I managed to get into the options menu, and through a couple of pages of phones before the same error message pops up.
