With the new tracking function automatically added into the app, it's really frustrating that even by turning on the bluetooth + location, yet it still got stuck when click "allow" and it just hang there. It's shown as incomplete process that user didnt turn on the bluetooth + location even already turned it on. Please just might as well let user shift back to the manual check in and check out function !? At least all the c/in and c/out record are clear by manually doing it !

Seems like everyone has the same trouble - no 'check-out' button. The whole point of improving an app is to make it easier and accessible to everyone no matter the age. We expected a better update, not this. Having to enable the bluetooth and location all the time? Do you really want to impose that danger onto everyone by letting anonymous people know where we all are all the time? That's unwise, and it's exposing everyone. The previous version is better. Please do something about the update.

Awesome app. Just a suggestion. Please maintain the "Check In" Button at the bottom even after you have successfully checkin, or even failed to checkin. I know there is a Check In icon on top right of the screen, but people with bigger phones will have to use 2 hands just to tap on that icon. In my case I would rather just press the back button and click on the Check In button again. Imagine going to a Mall, yikes! It's easier to just maintain the Check In button at the bottom at all times.

Some bugs fixed. But the upgraded version still plagued with some bugs. I.e. at the hotspot page, map will usually be shown, but not in this version. While at the search box, whenever I keyed in a phrase, say, "Taman", then the keyboard disappeared. I need to click into the search box again to call up the keyboard and enter the next phrase, say, "Villa", and hit space. The keyboard disappeared again! What's going on guys? Can you do a good job please?

Yeah. Agree with some comments that suggested that the app should immediately go the code scanning mode upon launch. The option to choose dependants can be created on top of the scan window where user can just swipe to discard it if it is not applicable at any particular time. A menu called Close should be renamed as Menu as it is quite misleading. Anyway, good job, yet there's still rooms for improvement.

Hi, I would like to do the health assessment before my upcoming flights in two days time. However, I realized that the page is blank (the questions disappeared, so as no way to do selection, only a blank white sheet with 'cancel' and 'submit' button that are not functioning and couldn't navigate back). In addition, the bottom line that has 4 functional buttons which let the users to navigate to other pages disappeared too. This must be resulted from careless update. Please fix them asap. Thanks.

29 April 2024: I have submitted a false positive result (submitted photographic proof too) without realising it and the app have immediately put me for home isolation order. 4 May 2024: The help desk team did reply to my query via email but I noticed it too late since I was unwell throughout the week. The current ticket time limit might be unsuitable for people who stay alone while happen to be unfit or unwell (positive or not). I will sent suggestions to the related contacts later.

Mytrip QR code can only last for 30 seconds really annoying, this cause a lot inconvenience when your internet isn't stable and you're unable to generate QR code.

very slow to respond, I've tried hundred times in helpdesk and what I got is useless and clueless things to solve my problem,i check 1 by 1 and all things i do is correr but still cant solve my problem,such a bad service helpdesk cause i try almost 5 month and its still jot working

App not opening at all. Uninstall and reinstall still not opening at all. Just blank white screen only. Since resolved myself. Notification settings issue.

MyTrip works well. But will be more easier and faster if we can set a widget on home screen to access mytrip QR.

Why it is so hard to login into new devices? My old devices also being log out so I don't really have my account. I need to get it back to make a medical check up. You should improve the accsesbilty. It is so bad.

I forget my password and it say it will send link to my email to reset it but i never received anything... I also try it many time yet they never send the link and it have been over a week im trying over and over again... Such a poor app

Mytrip linked to passport feature is not working. No matter how perfect the picture is captured, in landscape or portrait, result still showing failed. Please fix it or perhaps include a manual key in option

This is the first time I'm trying to link my passport to create My Trip QR code but was unable to do so because it say that my passport is linked to another device (which is not true). I've search through my other devices and there's no My Sejatera apps installed.

The app is useless. I need to enter Malaysia for work but it looks like I won't be able to because of this app. It has lost my account login so won't let me in. When I try to reset, it tells me account already exists. The appnow just locks up. Uninstalled and reinstalled about 8x and does the dog phone, same problem. Will have to cancel flights/hotel.
