Simply won't let me log in. Missed one payment and won't let me log in again I log in online just fine.

App works Great. You have different options and views of your account. Different settings & even Run your own WIFI Speed Test.

I installed this app a few weeks ago and logged in to my account. The app is reporting that my internet is offline due to "modem issue detected". My internet is NOT offline. I contacted support, and they say my modem and internet are working fine and that it's a known bug with the app and are working to correct the issue. Again, that was a few weeks ago and it STILL says my internet is offline. Looks like they rushed this app out a bit too soon.

Just installed the app today and it's indicating I have an issue with my modem. So I contacted sparklight support they did all the checks and they appears to be no issue with my modem. So I would suggest if they want to avoid us wasting time of your support Personnel that they fix whatever this issue is that's giving a false positive

I haven't paid my bill and I'm trying to without calling and all of a sudden since I didn't pay my bill the app hasn't worked and it's been a week since I first tried to open the app.

Worst internet ever. It's like being back in the mid 90's. Slow and always crashes. However my bill is definitely on the higher end.

Works as promised. Unable to reboot the modem unless a modem fault is found. The reboot feature is really useful when the bandwidth is lousy. Can't reboot just because. Sometimes, a reboot will clear up bandwidth issues.

This app is so limited on what I can control or do. There is no network traffic accessible on the app, nor can I change allowances of system usage, allowing some of my devices to take priority over others. Can't even change the network password or block devices from the network.

Useful, but the support ticket function is a waste of time. I submitted a ticket two weeks ago and have yet to receive even an acknowledgment. I don't have time during business hours to call and ask why my internet is 10 times slower than what I'm paying for. Fix this or tell your techs to check this stuff, or I'm switching providers.
