I contacted customer care and followed the instructions. Now, my one line is showing the details, and the second data line is not showing up any details only same as before. Now what is the solution for this issue. Need the option for review of all details of stc lines in same civil ID same like the option in ooreedoo app.

Out of a sudden, it start showing me a message ( stc app not supported to run on emulators , please use another device) I don't know how it comes even though its original mobile with no changes, it was working fine the app, anyway I think they need me to buy a new mobile just to run thier apps,F**** This

App is not recognizing my Number since it changed from VIVA to STC I used "forgot password" solution, it will log in once, doesn't accept changing my password and it says please type a correct phone number ! Log out, then you wont be able to log in again and back to the first problem, not able to log in because it does not recognize my phone as a valid number.

I already have the app. In the app when trying to open it is showing that you have and updated version, to download it for using the app. When trying to update the app on Google Play Store, it is showing pending and not getting updated even after severa minutes. Is there any network issue going on for your app? How can I update and start using stc??

The App sometimes show internet usage abd then the feature disappears but then it will show and disappear. Also, unreliable in payment made using credit cards with frequent errors debiting your account without reflecting on the bill balance. STC will refund but still this is annoying and time-wasting.

Even small companies are holding best of best application. Very big disappointment on stc. Bad application experience.

It's slow functioning and can't control or switch between my lines and service.. I paid through my laptop Cuz this application give me hard time just to pay... This application needs to improve from and updated to give quick response to any services in the application.. some time I leave it loading for more than 15 minutes and no response.. Hanging many times . I compared it with ooredo application.. really no compaism..ooredo application is faster and much better and not lagging..STC app lose

I have Htc desire Android 5.1 . Viva App was working fine for last few years. Now after an update. it stopped and displays. This App cannot run on an Emulator. please choose another device. I don't understand how come my mobile all of a sudden turn into an emulator and only for this App. All Other 47. Apps are working fine.

Very worst experience. Whenever checking balance, don't showing it. Also while try to recharge options are very very slow.

The worst application I ever used in my life. Most of the time It's not working properly. You can't access your plan and check invoices. very bad application not recommended at all.

Very hard to use this app i thrrow sim right now and i never use agin stc because for use only stc app need to verify Kuwait mobile ID and i can not buy internet also really problem i don't know how to buy ,😡😡😡😡

Worst decision renewing my line with this company. No one speaks English in customer service, they will transfer you till your tired and hung up. Agent talked me in getting better service. Said my current plan will be cancelled just pay this amount. Your first 3mos bill will be 16KD. And your new bill will 24KD. I paid 52KD advance. Then received bill for 34KD. I complained showed my contract, then they told me to calm down and forced to pay or cut off service. Now 3rd mos another bill of 34kd

Your customer service is either useless or unprofessional. How come that I contacted them a thousand times via whatsapp to resolve an issue with stc tv subscription but in vain.

Worst sim and worst app in kuwait 20 June 24. Without customer knowledge they activate some packages and now again i want to recharge 5kd main balance. And yhen the customer care services taking more than 10mins waiting. Apps also not working properly. Better go for Zain Sim this is what i wish to do...
