Mildly entertaining storylines, overall clunkiness of the app is too distracting. I've played a handful of Domini Games mysteries as individual downloads and was excited to have a single platform for all of them instead. Dialogue randomly overlaps, music starts and stops, repetitive notifications that aren't clear how to address, very jerky loading in between screens. I did appreciate that you can just play through without having to deal with an energy bar or action points though!

There's no way to watch enough ads to gain enough coins to get hints. It costs a fortune to skip a difficult puzzle. I almost made it through the entire first game, but the colored flasks puzzle didn't work. I even watched a walk-through on YouTube and still couldn't figure out how to make it work. I just watched the end of the game on YouTube, then uninstalled the game from my phone.

EDIT: With the help of an online walkthru, I was able to get past the scene i was stuck on. However, I'm finding that every time I try to continue a game or start a new one, the app crashes. I've tried clearing the cache, rebooting my phone, and trying again with the same results. With the last update, it wasn't doing that so I thought you fixed it but alas, it started doing it again, which is a shame because I really like this app.

Update #2: I had to uninstall and reinstall app and to collect coins. List all the old ones as well as my bank of coins and gems. Still crashes sometimes and have to use gems again. I originally gave 5 stars but now app crashes and sometimes makes you use gems over after the crash. I also cannot collect my coins or gems from Helen. I have a BUNCH of coins and gems to collect, and it keeps popping up in the game, but no way to collect them. If that glitch gets fixed, I'll update my rating.

You guys really need to make a option in your game to either disable the moving graphics so users with not so up to date tablets can play the game too. I played on my tablet and all the snow moving in this one scene while trying to click stuff made everything very laggy / slow moving and I'd have to sit there and wait forever in order to begin solving or getting another piece to the puzzle.

Constantly crashes I love this type of game but this one always glitches or crashes. Using the hints/ skip mini game can get insane. I'm click the button, the game will take my coins/ ruby's then crash. When I get back on, not only did the game keep the coins/ ruby's, but I had to redo it and lose even more. I'm about to delete this game as it is getting absurdly annoying

I want to love this game. I originally rated 5 stars but have to change that. The game glitches all the time. I am doing a car puzzle, and the car is not acting right. Went to the walk-through, and I can't get the car to go where the arrows tell it to go. So, I can't finish the game. And what is up with the 'take your rewards from Helen' I press on it, but it just takes me to the settings. That is nonsense. I am done with this app. I am uninstalling.

Don't get me wrong, this game is great, but it's unplayable when I can't get any coins or gems for hints. There is a puzzle on there that is a gear puzzle and matches the gears up to make a picture. That puzzle is so frustrating because it is just so confusing to find a gear, and then a gear will be under another gear, so you have to move gears around to find it. And then rotate them a certain way. Great game, but it's just too frustrating to keep on playing.

I loved this game, until the gear puzzle towards the end. After watching a video, almost memorizing the positions I had to give up. If I accidentally touched outside the little puzzle box it would exit me from it and reset the whole thing. That's just one of the issues with that puzzle. Anyway, I really did like all of the different puzzles-except this one. I really wanted to finish the game but I give up. The rating is for that reason.

I enjoy playing this game, although there are a few glitches in the mini games. For example, the music note game in Spirit Chronicles: Born in Flames (the arrows don't move the notes in the correct direction, up arrows moving noted left or right, not up or down) and the car game in Word of Law: Death Mask (arrows did not change to allow car to turn corners). Both games I quit playing after I became annoyed. Other games are great, no glitches that I remember. These are just the most recent two...

I don't know if something happened during g the update but now the "extra rooms" you can purchase to unlock is not working. I have one that shows I paid but it hasn't opened the room and the 2nd one I tried to purchase with 45 coins just keeps kicking back to the previous room. Another one I can't complete a game even on the easy level (all others I've done on hard) and only hint option is paying 15.99 to get coins. But I have enough coins to pay for a hint. Extremely frustrating.

Storylines and characters are realistic, interesting and intriguing. The characters' personalities and the little quirks they display make the games even better. Best of all, the games don't glitch as I really get into them. With some other creators, that has happened and the game won't allow me to finish. Very frustrating and disappointing! Thanks for a job well done. PLEASE, keep making these; they are my sanity savers! Lol.

Really enjoy this game! I do have a few suggestions after playing similar games, however. 1) please tell us what we're picking up! The pictures aren't always clear and it's hard to figure it out. 2) any way a search function could be added to the main screen? Or a series of games be put together? Overall, I love this game and the challenges that it presents!

Editing my review since the developers got back to me quickly. Very helpful. Thank you!This would be a highly rated game(s) but for the life of me, I can't figure out how to "take gifts" from Helen. I get this in-game prompt that pops up but when clicked on it takes me to the pause menu. I go home and can't find where to collect coins and/or gems from Helen. Can someone please help me with this? It's driving me crazier than I'd like to admit. Thanks!

Scummy! Scummy! Not designed for phones. Designed for computers with 30" monitors. Some things they have the interaction field so precise it's impossible because you can't see past your finger. Can't complete the task. So you skip. Here's the best part. Now the game crashes. Then you reload. Guess what? The rubies are GONE, but the puzzle isn't skipped. Weird, huh? This way they sneakily try to get you to purchase rubies because you're invested and to far along. Scumbag tactics!

Way too many glitches. App crashes when trying to return to menu from game. Items vanish from inventory. Data doesn't get downloaded properly creating black screens making game impossible to complete. Music, sound effects, and voices rarely work. 2 coins per video is disrespectfully small considering how many coins are needed to play a game fully. Would have to watch videos for over an hour straight just to get enough coins for one game. Very dissappointed.

The game itself isn't bad, as I love hidden mysteries. However, the game does glitch sometimes due to high quality graphics, (sometimes voices don't even work), but that's probably because of my device. The other thing is that when the rewards pop up during playtime, they don't do anything. It just brings me to the menu and doesn't give me any coins, but it doesn't go away unless I click on it.

This game is challenging and addictive! I really enjoy how many different mysteries you can play through! There's no forced ads either, which is absolutely amazing for a free game, but... some stories you are forced to buy Gems with real money in order to proceed and there isn't enough options to gain or win them. I definitely think adding some daily gifts and more options to gain Red Gems is the key feature missing from the game. It glitches a lot and I rarely get achievement coins added, too.

Glitches and money waisted.. I did reach out to support about the crashes and rubies and coins lost during such but the information they wanted didn't sound like something I would give to just anyone, not to mention, how am I supposed to screen shot a crash?!? Also how are skips worth more when you have more rubies than when you have less?!? If I ever get to finish playing to use up my coins and rubies then after I will be deleting this app.

The game is fun and challenging. I do not like that you have to spend money to do certain challenges and think there should be other ways to earn coins/diamonds. Sometimes the tasks and the tools you would think would complete the tasks do not work and it ends up being something completely unusual that you would never guess. That gets a bit frustrating, but alas I continue playing.l
