Absolute shite, I couldn't even make it past the 1st puzzle because the clue made no sense and when I looked it up on YouTube it then made even less sense. And for the love of God, sort the controls out, I will often find myself trying something numerous times and on the 6th time it will work, all your games are like this.

Took my $ then gave me nothing but crashes!! I paid 10$ for a bunch of coins and skips, ran out of skips (gems), paid another 5.99 for endless skips then the game crashed consistently. Tried reinstalling then lost EVERYTHING. Credits DON'T carry between games either (yes, I signed in). I want my $ back!

I used purchased gems to skip a hard challenge and the game crashed. I reopened and it didn't save skip and I had to spend another gem to skip it again and it crashed again. I have wasted $$ and can't move forward.

The hints for the puzzles do NOT give enough information. I can click on the same spot 20 times and it won't let me select or do anything UNTIL I use a hint, then it more than likely will work. I LOVE puzzle games, this one just doesn't give enough information. There are no coin rewards, no ruby rewards, everything has to be bought. I am not made of money like that. What I could play and get to work was awesome... but it's like wandering around in the woods at night, with no light.

It would be great if you would lable the items in the inventory. I can't figure out what in the heck they are! I would rate the game much, much higher but this really frustrates me when I have no idea what the items are. Therefor have no idea what I'm supposed to be using it for! I can't be the only one who has this same issue.

Nope. Game takes control of audio despite no permissions being given. When I hop out of game my audio book sound cuts off but keeps playing despite game audio being muted. Closing game doesn't fix it. Must uninstall game & restart cell. Very annoying. Thought this glitch was fixed cause Tales 13 worked great. So disappointed.

This was a really fun game. But I'm only giving 4 stars, not 5. The touch sensitivity was really great all through the main game, but horrible in the bonus chapter. I use an S-pen for my galaxy note, & I would've smashed the tip of it trying to click on clues & puzzles in bonus! Just using my finger, I had to jab my phone screen hard & repeatedly to get a response from the game then. Really took the fun out of bonus play. I had to watch LOTS of ads for hints because of lack of touch response.

Since the major Big Fish Games; Elephant, 5bn, Domini, and maybe 2 others began, there just truly hasn't been much in the ways of competition. Its a shame that people refuse to review the game instead of how their phone can't handle larger more intensive games. I wasn't able to play them myself until I got a lot of memory and a processor that could handle it. Glad I don't have to pay 9.99 for CEs anymore!!! Mystery Tales line is one of the all time best, I highly recommend them all. Peace

Overall game experience is good. The app is glitchy though. You click on one of the areas and half of the screen will flicker so you have to wait to continue the tasks. Also would love it if there was a way to earn gems in the game cause not everyone can afford to buy more if they get stuck on a puzzle.

An Outstanding game to be played. Good length, more mini games than HOP's (which I liked), and the degree of difficulty was PERFECT ! Some were real headscratchers & took time, but I didn't have to resort to a walkthrough. Keep up the great work, much appreciated. Thanks.

Only just started playing it and already it's not letting me skip the piano puzzle game. I've got five coins which I paid to watch ads for but not letting me skip. Also game is too fiddley for big fingers. Thinking of uninstalling already. How much does a skip cost. ??? So just had another look and I've got to buy rubies. No choice. It cost enuf to download the game. Plus the coin ads. Ur greedy.

Too expensive! Hey Domini let me know when you do a flat price for the full game for extended play. I'm can't fathom paying $10 for a game I can only play one time when I can get a full access Collector's Edition game from Big Fish for less. Other than that, I love your art so I hope you change your minds! Thank u for your response, I can't afford $10 for one play. If it was forever, maybe.

***Must Read Before Playing*** I'm not sure why tech support sux so bad when reading reviews, and I shouldn't have to be helping people, but since they can't I will. To solve the PIANO puzzle you must click on the actual note first and then the keys. The numbers may not count down, but when you are done the piano keys will change color. Note:one piano note is wrong (backwards,but still works) Totally, unnecessary frustration to players..you get 1 star should be Zero. Good luck.

A few puzzles and items to collect, and the way to use them are really hard to figure out. Having to pay just to be able to pass them and to see the way they work in order to get to the next part of the game and story, while already having ads to watch, seems like a bit much. But the visuals especially, along with the interesting story and villain are excellent, although I think the villain in the story has a right to be angry, and deserves a bit better.

It is exactly what I hoped it would be. Challenging and fun. It really good. I like the story. The graphics arn't great, but they're pretty good. Some trouble when trying to tap, drag or open things. I discovered I had missed several things because of this issue. I'd say its a little glitchy and a bit frustrating, but it hasn't hindered me from playing. I don't look for faults in games & apps. They either work or don't. This app works very well but has room for improvement. As do I.

I love the game, however there is a serious glitch when you get towards the end of the game. I used 3 gems to skip the "Stop Walter) mini-game. The game abruptly closes once I skip the game. I even tried to play the mini game and it cuts off once I pass the game. I email the them and got the initial response but I haven't heard back. It is sad that people have reviewed with the same issue months ago and the same issue is happening.

Love these games but have some problems with this one. Cannot see items but if you hold the item down it does give a description far to the right side. Mini games have inadequate descriptions often meaning you have to guess how to play. Several times I was forced to use hints then it would be exactly the thing I just tried 5 times. Stuck on the colored buttons and the hidden numbers game in the bonus round. I've tried everything but nothing happens. Nothing moves. Nothing lights up. ?????????
