It is excellent for static information but that's about it... Its location services are also messed up. I had to turn that permission off because it was suggesting my nearest airport was another state and I live in Salt Lake City.

I used to check wait times on the website and never had an issue and they were always fairly accurate. Now you have to use the app to do it? I checked all days and times for two very busy airports and could only get ONE day/time to show up? Garbage. I don't have pre-check and I've traveled enough to know what I can and can't bring in my carry-on, so without wait times, this app is completely useless.

Doesn't provide much useful information and buggy. For example, TSA Pre is only available at certain gates and times, but this app does not provide that most basic of information. Also, the app crashed within the first minute of using it.

The app drains my battery within a few hours (without the app it took a few days to drain my battery). So far I have not been able to get the app to do anything except display basic information. It will not load airports, claiming there is a connection problem (but all other internet connection stuff works).

Easy to use. Provides information that's often hard to find on airport websites. I look up whether the pre-check lines are open and how long the wait times are. It also gives more detailed info about what you can carry-on vs. what you have to check.

The app works well as long as people are taking the time to report the wait times. Many times, as you get on the app, no one is reporting. The app tends to work well and doesn't experience any crashes. It would be nice if there was some automation that didn't count on people reporting their wait times

Excessive notifications, The app keeps telling me information for the airport near me, I am not flying out of the airport near me so this information is useless and unwanted. I have tried to change the airport several times and there is no option to do that I cannot even put my flight details to get information relevant to me.

Extremely useful app to have. Its a great guide for someone who doesn't fly a lot and needs a little guidance on what can fly, be checked, etc. It also shows wait times for TSA security check points which help guide you on when you should arrive at the airport.

It's pretty straight forward for persons who are traveling for the first time and want to know a little more about TSA. Simplified dashboards for checking. There should be more international airports but hey. If you want the app to find those, turn your location on. All in all.. Very helpful tbh. Good job devs. You all are doing it right

Excellent app for both preparing to fly and for checking in. The list of checkable and carryon items was a HUGE help and this was better info than I had received anywhere else. The history of average screening times really helped by telling me how long before my flights I realistically needed to arrive at the airports. Thank you TSA for such a thorough, well thought out app

Favorite airport problem. My closest airport is regional. I never use it. The next closest is international, which does not show up on my airport list. I only get one airport listed. Won't work with location settings disabled. One airport is 17 miles away. The other is 8.4.

Pretty useless. Flying out of Newark to Orlando. Idiotic app thinks I should be going to LaGuardia. Shut off location and changed LGA to EWR but can't add Orlando for the return. Clunky app that only gives traveler's report. In the case of LGA and EWR there were only 2 travelers reporting. No idea if those travelers were TSA Pre or non-Pre. And no idea if they were fresh reports or for hours past. GARBAGE.

The app no longer allows travelers to post their own wait times. It instead relies on historical data. When I was at the airport last week there was an estimated wait time of less than 15 minutes for normal checkpoints. The TSA PreCheck only checkpoint was at least 30 minutes. I can't imagine what it must have been at normal checkpoints that were busier.

Says 0-15 minute wait time and actual wait was 30+. Unreliable and useless

Why doesn't this app integrate the digital ID? This app doesn't seem very useful. All the info here is accessible on the web. UNINSTALLING

Only shows average wait times (i guess they're average? the graph isnt labeled... ). I think you have to be at the airport to see wait times, at which point it is useless information. edit: apparently what the graph is trying to show is the average wait time for the last 2 hours. its not clear at all from the graph which times are just today and which are averages from a larger time period. i spoofed my gps location and played around, but couldnt get anything very useful out of this app.

Medeocre at best. I was getting too many notifications and always after i would need them most. That is, I had already checked through security when I got the notice of how long it would take. Also, when opening the app, it always took me to a screen full of ads and information unrelated to my flight that day. Too bad the app could not use GPS to figure out I was already in the airport. All in all, I see no real benefit to keeping this app on my phone.

It's good to know what the expected wait times are at an airport. I have not used it but being able to apply for TSA precheck in the app seems like it would be useful. The app is also helpful for some other basic info about the airports, and reminders of rules and regulations. Having maps of the airport and the layout of the terminals would be helpful.

This app save us significant time in Newark after our plane from Barcelona arrived late. By using the app, we made our flight back to LA just as they closed the doors and before they signed off. They were able to board us and we avoided being stuck in the post storm back up at Newark. Sometimes saving even a little time in line, in this case aout 15-20 minutes, makes a big difference. I will continue to use the app.

I'm not sure who updates the info for each airport to the app but recently flying out of Orlando (MCO) the time shown on the app was very inaccurate. It was more than double the time posted. Thankfully I gave myself some extra time after a horrible experience going through TSA there last year, which caused for a missed flight. All I can say is, Orlando, you're TSA check is absolutely horrendous. You really need to get it together and make your lines run better than what you've got.
