App didn't work causing me to be late on my mortgage payment which caused me to be charged with late fees and now it's, of course, impossible for me to get a hold of a customer representative.

It's only for the loan process. The app has no use after you get the loan.....

Does not work. User name and password does not work. The website wont allow you to pay either. Uninstalled

It's bad, you can't do anything to see your account, I think it's only to setup a refi or start a new loan.

Drag and drop doesn't help. Also, why isn't the Google generated password auto filling? This is so FRUSTRATING

I made an account online on my computer and updated my info on my profile then downloaded this app on my phone and tried to login and it said my login info was incorrect, and after reading everyone else's reviews found out that this app isn't to pay your mortgage....

Useless app for starting a mortgage, not managing one. Thanks for the detailed description and wasting everyone's time. Who the hell is going through mortgages so quickly that they need an app for it??

Can not log into account... I even pushed help, and when I put in a new password it just created an application for a new loan! So not use this app if you want to log into an already existing account with an already existing loan. I suppose you just have to use the website...

Why did you choose Union Home Mortgage? * The low interest rate and the low closing costs. Tyler, my load officers is the best part of my experience. He made things easy, and quick to respond to text and emails. If I couldn't reach him by phone I could reach him by text, and he would respond.

*NOT* for existing UHM mortgage maintenance: Marketing for new loans only! Great customer svc by phone (so far), but this app is useless to homeowners currently holding a mortgage with UHM. As a customer, I feel this is a grievous oversight leaving existing customers with no alternative except the inconvenience of using their user-UNfriendly website. This gives the impression that they care more about adding new customers than caring for those who have already placed their trust in UHM.

What's the point of this app? It shows a summary of my loan. Cant make a payment, cant look at documents. The website was better when it still worked. I will be calling them monthly to make my payments over the phone. Yay technology 🙄

App is useless. Can't sign in on the app but the website works fine. If you troubleshoot through the need help out asks you who is handling your account. The problem is that they haven't communicated any of that information so you are stuck and can't use it. Useless.
