I can't report absences because my claim doesn't even show up to be able to report them anymore. But it shows up on the website. App is useless.

It's so bad. It's gotta be a joke by the dev's to see how bad they can code an app. I mean, it's called testing. You need to test before you launch. This isn't Ubisoft. Update: it seems like they got some of the bugs worked out. You can actually report new absences now; although, still a bit glitchy on the setting the time, so 4 stars. Good job fixing that mess, Devs.

Horrible, the experience with this app is not worth downloading. The associates that help are inconsiderate and rude. If I didn't NEED this app for work I would get rid of it in an instant. Would much rather just deal with my actual work place, not UNUMS app, automated phone system, and horrible associates.

I can't even give this app 1 star. It is constantly down so I'm unable to file a new claim, upload any documentation they need, customer service is all automated so I keep getting the run around. Very poor app. I'm not sure what happened. It use to be a very good app with quick and fast responses. Definitely not the case anymore.

Just as terrible as the website. Do not bother downloading It constantly fails to upload documents/photos. If you have to leave the app to go to another tab to look at information the app will log you out. While I was trying to fill in information about my medical provider I switched to another screening came back and every time it logs you out

Latest update doesn't allow me to enter lunch duration when submitting a leave. I can click the hours/minutes tabs but there is absolutely no way to actually enter any time there. App also still tells me I have to upload documents from a previous leave that they already have the documents and the leave is closed and already all taken care of so why the app insists paperwork is still needed when it isn't, is beyond me.

06\2023 after the last upgrade, I cant login unless I physically type in my exact username and my exact password. It no longer allows me to login with a biometric fingerprint or auto fill. Sucks! 02/2021--No longer functional. I have been unable to use the app since November. My login had not changed, yet i can only log in on the website now. Customer service says they have no reports of issues, and yet every time i have to call in an absence I've been telling them.

I'm impressed how poorly an app can be made in 2021. This app, AND the website, is a master class in how NOT to make an intuitive user experience. Customer support is worthless. I asked a simple question and they replied with 'well we can't discuss anything over email, you'll have to call'. Why bother having an email contact then? Some links are dead, and others sign you out when you click on them for no reason. Information is hard to find. C'mon guys. Do better.

This app hardly works. Sometimes I can manage to view my benefits, but nothing is ever up to date on it. Keeps saying I have tasks to do, but I finished those using their Website days before. When I'd upload documents on this app it'd say "Successful! 0 Documents Uploaded!" Which, that would've been funny, IF they weren't important docs that could cost me my job. Not happy with this app at all. Just use their website and make sure it's on the "Desktop Site" if you're on a mobile device.

Not user friendly as I am consistently having problems logging in now for some reason. For 2 years straight I had no problem logging in because I always used my fingerprint. Now for some reason the app won't take that and when I try to manually log in, it doesn't even recognize my email or password! So I am now having to go through customer service to reset my password for a 2nd time in 30 days! Makes no sense! *Once you do get logged in the site is not easy to navigate from your phone as well.

They used to have an option on the website to leave a note for your specialist and they removed it. it can be so difficult to reach them on the phone and the chances of them returning voice-mails are low. Leaving notes was the only way to get their attention and I'm disappointed that they removed it. I was hoping the app would have that option but no luck.

So far I have had nothing but bad experiences with this app. I can't even make it through the claim process fast enough without it timing out, then when I go back into it the previous saved one won't load. Now, I can't even start a new claim saying there is an error with the app and to restart ot which I have several times. For a previous claim I ended up filling out paperwork and faxing it, pretty sad when a fax is more reliable than an app in 2023!

I had app access until my claim was received & approved. now I cant log into it at all. I feel apps are easier & faster than using a website. With an app...BOOM!! Youre ready to sign in and go! The app isnt as user-friendly as it could be, but I figured it out enough to give & receive documents needed. After a month of use, the error message 'try again later' pops up when I try to log in. This forces me to use their website, which has fewer options than the app. Tried everything, app wont work.

Yes it's as terrible as everyone's saying, and they clearly don't care. Halfway through filing a claim it froze and I had to restart the app. When I logged in it showed the claim I had started, and when I try to continue it shows a load screen, freezes, and goes back to the home page every time.. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, nothing. Tried calling and I was on hold so long I had to hang up because I had an appointment I had to get ready for. Totally useless

ERROR MESSAGE!! Can't check the status of each individual day I've claimed in the absence history anymore, Everytime I try it kicks me out and says the app has stopped. When I first started using the app I could, with no problems. I originally thought that it might have been my phone being outdated, and couldn't handle the newest update. But I just bought a brand new phone that was released 3 months ago, and it still does it every time. It also says I have tasks to be complete, but I don't.

This App is total trash. I thought the whole point of Apps were to make it easier to use on your phone and other devices. Not only does the text and drop down menus not fit on my screen, it limits you on what you can see and click on. Yall need to reformat your app . I've tried updating the App, uninstalling it and reinstalling it. It's total garbage.

No longer able to send a message to reviewer and get a response back . If you call and get through, you can never talk to your caseworker. So you give a very specific message to the rep to relay and somehow it is lost in translation. The ability to message solved that issue but they took it away. Will never go paperless.. FYI: logout in profile and settings section. Creepy cartoon people, too! Concentrate less on the visual and more on functional.

Please bring back touch ID so you can log in with your fingerprint. Not sure why you eliminated it but every banking, financial, health, utilities, or any other app on this planet that requires a log in has a touch ID. Also, uploaded documents do appear right away like they used to, under FROM YOU. There's no confirmation that it was sent correctly and you end submitting something multiple times because you think it wasn't sent.

This has got to be the most fundamentally broken app I've ever tried to use. Want to start a claim? Type your info into fields that fill in backwards. Swiped to go back while working on the claim instead of using the button? Oops, we've deleted all your progress. Want to start over again? Sorry, you're not authorized to start a new claim. Think maybe logging out and back in again will fix that? Here's help to remember the password that you absolutely typed correctly.

Pretty easy to submit FMLA absences but trash for seeing how much time is available. It's garbage if you want to view documents. Most of the time it shuts down and tells you to restart the app but that doesn't mean you'll get to view the document. Also requires a code sent to my email for me to log in most times. That's very annoying and easily fixed with touch ID.
