Fast and easy to use! You will see any changes, in real time. When making an appt over the phone, it will pop up in the app before you hang up the phone. The same goes for the lab results!

I've been using MyUofMHealth recently and I LOVE it! It's convenient to have everything in one place—scheduling appointments, messaging doctors, checking results & refilling prescriptions. There are lots of features like setting reminders & tracking fitness goals that make managing health simple. Plus, Trinity Health is integrated, so no multiple logins—makes life easier! I'm empowered with secure messaging providing feedback from a nurse/doctor plus virtual visits when needed. Easy five stars!!

Helps keep appts organized, quick links to add to the calendar, all test results when done, did a video visit and it was fine. Easy to use once you get familiar with it. Easy to message doctor. It's so very helpful all the info is right there.

Very easy to use and if you have questions about anything you can leave a message in that section and they respond very quickly. By far, the best patient portal I have ever used. Their app is as good and efficient as their hospital/ clinics. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Sometimes it won't let me get back to the menu without clicking out of the app, without logging out, and then going back into the app. And at first it was very limiting when leaving a message, but the last time it let me leave the whole message in one note.

This app is difficult to use for any age. Test orders are not clear if they are being reordered or are in the past. Past appointments show up periodically aa future appointments. On the Plus side, communicating with doctors messages and appointment date announcements are very helpful

Would be five stars but I have a major problem. I can't access most of the functions of this app without a full high speed connection which I almost never have because communication service providers throttle "unlimited data". Other apps can still connect to the internet and function, but I can't use MyUofMHealth to view my doctors messages or review my after visit summary. Every time I'm throttled and do stuff on this app, it tells me there's a server error. I can login, can't do much else.

The only reason it's not a 5 is that some departments don't respond in a timely fashion, or at all. Cardiology and anti-coag are AWESOME, Endocrinology, not bad, Liver not good at all. But I love having access to my information. When I look at my info, the number of messages won't go away right away. It continues to accumulate and not go away for a whole day. It makes me open the portal several times more than I need to. I contacted your technology people but they couldn't fix it.

Best care anywhere. Had left shoulder reverse arthroplasty last July. NO complaints! Staff in O.R. & nurses for overnight stay were caring, compassionate, & thoroughly professional. All questions were answered promptly. Entire team, check-in to checkout were on the same page. Post-op recovery was a bit tough, but not surprising. I'm headed back for same procedure on right shoulder this spring.

Mostly good. But 1 flaw. When customer billing plan established for payments. Very hard to make actual payments online with app. Very difficult to navigate to actual designated payment amount & complete transaction. Needs attention & refining. U of M is overcharging with excessive charges. Changing providers if possible. What a scam! And Taxpayer subsidized! What an insult! Enough for me! Buyer beware, they gave become extremely greedy!

This app makes it super simple to stay in touch with my doctors through my phone. I get reminders of appointments, notifications when lab results come in, and I can automatically check in for appointments. It's simple to use and really makes staying connected easier.

The app is fairly simple to navigate. You have your appointment schedule as soon as you open the app, message notifiier if you have any and test results in a snap. You can send portal emails to your physicians and the best part is the virtual visits so you don't have to drive over 70 miles for an office visit to see your doctor if you can do it virtually instead. The only option that would make this an even better app is a search box for past or upcoming visits.

It's nice to have access to records and results. On multiple devices, using different internet providers, at least 5 times in the past month I've been unable to access the video visit functions. Also, the messaging aspect of the site is inefficient, as messages are intercepted by ancillary staff and many times not conveyed to the providers.

This app is terribly designed for older folks. There is a lot of confusion and you have to hit the back button a lot to navigate some aspects of this app. Okay so I don't qualify. So cancel it. Don't leave it up telling me that I can finish it later as the only option. Needs to be reconfigured to be more user-friendly for seniors.

App is constantly asking me to update my information even when there's nothing to update. I have to edit and save nothing to get the notifications to stop. So annoying. Plus I can't request or have proxy access to my child's account through the app which is inconvenient as well. I have to log into a browser to access a child's information. The whole point of an app is to make things easier to access.

eCheck-in and Appt Arrival/Location features not working. Location/Arrival feature settings, tho an EXCELLENT IDEA, have been temperamental and unreliable. Sometimes they do work, and when they do, it saves time in line at the front desk, etc which is SO helpful. Currently, the e-check in is nor working.

I use this a lot as I have a team of doctors. The communication and response is incredible. Also, to be able to see summaries of all my different appointments is extremely helpful when I can't remember all the details. Also, the list of upcoming appointments is awesome so that I don't miss or double book something. Lastly, the fact that my trinity health history can also be integrated into the u of m history. Job well done U of M your efforts are greatly appreciated.

I've used the Henry Ford Allegiance MyChart for years before I started needing to use this one. This app is superior, it runs smooth, it's respectful to your needs, and it's super effective. This app is life changing for me as a disabled person, my doctors are always just a message away and they're quick to respond. I have felt very little medical planning stress in the time that I've had this app. It is even compatible with other medical systems such as HFAH!

After checking(arrival feature) in as "I'm here", system shows message to wait in waiting area but the provider have no information/documents received of you for next 30 to 45 mins..!! So you will be waiting for quiet a time before they realize. Rest App features are great and easy to use. You really don't need laptop or even phone calls once you start using this app...

Really impressed I've been on scads if student/staff and patient portals, this one is far superior to many others. I love that you can msge back and forth AND include photos (although I think you should make it show more than 3). I did have a document in my Samsung Keep notes that I wanted to share, but was unable to. I tried screenshotting, cropping, collage-ing, to no avail.
