This app has been consistently inconsistent. It's extremely frustrating not to have access to the communication and information.

This app used to be great. But recently, it will not allow me to see or renew my medications. I've contacted support several times and got absolutely NO HELP WHATSOEVER!!!

This app is the worst. If I could give no stars I would. I've done all updates and nothing opens. It says I have multiple messages, but won't show them. I can't even open the help and feedback page in the app. If I didn't need to have access to this app for UPMC I most definitely would delete without hesitation!!! What a shame a company as big as UPMC can't actually get an app that works

a great app to keep track of your health needs.they even have all of your appointments on there for ya .And they have test results. It has all kinds of good reads about health related things .They will send you reminders about up coming appointments and you can also pre register for your tests and things like that 🦋👍😄👩💼🚑🏨

1) The app needs to be added to the feedback menu or a separate feedback away from the services feedback. 2) The app asks for a home phone # and a mobile phone #, but in the option for sending notifications it wants to send the texts to the home phone and not the mobike phone, which doesn't make any sense since land lines don't handle texting

This app sucks. Took for ever to set up account. No information except appointments. Shows I have messages that won't open. This app is too much work.

Recently started using UPMC insurance and downloaded this app. It does nothing but buffer. I can sign in and after that, nothing. I've updated, re installed, and checked phone compatibility. Nothing. This was supposed to allow me access to my insurance info. So far it's caused nothing but frustration.

Not user friendly. Locks up friendly and can't always find what I wanted. Sometimes I am reviewing something and get knocked off and then can't find again. Sometimes I try to log in says inactive account but try again exact same way and logs me in. So unexplainable. Needs improvement big improvements

I'm not sure what has changed, if there was an update, but in the last week or two, I have not been able to load my medications on my app to request refills. Very frustrating. I checked for new updates, checked on different days in case there was an outage. I'm not always by a laptop or PC so it's tedious to remember to request refill when I'm at one.

For the past week and a half I can't load anything but the home screen. It tells me to enable my web browser. Going to appointments takes me to a website that gives me an invalid ICS file to add to my calendar. All of the sudden basically every feature stopped working. The app is useless at the moment. Very disappointed since this app used to be really helpful.

With the last update, it seems the app has gotten slower. It takes forever to open messages, test results, appointment.. etc. Half the time they don't load. I keep restarting my phone to try to get the app to work but nothing. We need the old app back where everything opened in the app not web pages. This is pretty much useless. With all the complaints, I hope the tech team actually fixes the app.

Latest updates have rendered the app useless. Can't check appointments, messages or results. Shows an error that I don't have a browser, suggests chrome, which I already have installed. 🤷♂️ Not too long ago I could view all test results, view appointments and messages in the app. Now the app sends me to a results web page that is limited. Was able to open these things in app before, now you can't. I'm guessing they have a product owner that doesn't know what patients need or want.

After update I can no longer access past appointments. There is on going notes I need to be able see. It just loads, then tells me it can't load to try again. I no longer receive test results. These are items I need asap! I uninstalled and reinstalled with no help. Prefer logging in with a pin, when I tried to use this option, it somehow made it the way I had to open my phone. I was able to change that back. Please fix this. It is causing care management issues for patients. Still an issue.

I removed this app after the last update. When I could not even access the app or reset anything. The lag was beyond bad. Then I found out that even if I had finally gotten back in, I would not have been able to continue to use a pin to access as I had. I don't want 6 miles of passwords or thumbprint or trying to get my phone to draw the correct boxes. I want to plug in 4 quick numbers and be in to my app on my phone.

With multiple appts, specialists, tests results (inpatient results are accessible BEFORE rounds are made), it is a lot and this is very helpful. It's an easy way to communicate with the staff at your doctor's office, with responses 99% of the time. My favorite update has to be that with sending messages, things are saved when app times out and have to log back in. It was frustrating to get multiple things in message in a timely manner. It erased ALL, at session time out. Now work is saved

I'm having some issues with the app. First, the new security update forces me to re-enable quick login (using my phone as a passkey) EVERY TIME I open the app! I can understand having to re-enable it the first time, but not every time! Second, when trying to pay online, it won't take me where I need to go. I've tried for a week to pay online, and only get an error message that the site can't be reached. Please fix these bugs.

I really like the app, but I hate that I have to have my phone locked with pass code. I understand that ur trying to make it harder to get hacked. It makes it harder on some ppl like myself who have to rely on there phones for Diabetic monitoring. It's a pain when ur monitor goes off for a high or low reading because they are fluctuating between high or low. I know I would greatly appreciate. Thanks for reading it.

It is the absolute worst app ever. It's constantly notifying you of "unread messages" that you have read 20 times to try to get it stop notifying you. It emails you out of nowhere at midnight that "you have test results in" when you haven't been to a doctor or taken a test in over 3 months. You go to look for new messages or test results that aren't there but the screen clearly says you have these things to look at in notifications. It's an app thats getting deleted that's for sure.

The app is mostly useful, though in many cases a web browser works just as well - better for virtual appointments. My issue is the annoying pop up every time I log in. Enable quick login? NO. There should be a "do not ask me again" option. I do not want quick login. Most devices have their own app PW keepers so we don't need your quick login. Stop trying to force it on us.
