Save yourself some time than use VIB. In the past month the services are bad. Its a lottery if your debit card woesk. Some supermarkets repory invalid account, others just refuse to connecr. Be car services often say paymemt declined. All if which on checking available balance is not true.in the mean time customer service emailsnever get responses. BUt VIB will push constanr emails and messages for other services even if they are not available to you

Crash at first sight. From galaxy note 9. Update 230509: from 1 star now I give you 4 stars because I managed to reinstall and avoided crash. UI UX for credit card is ok so far. The previous crush might be due to first step (choosing color theme)

In overall, bad experience. They tried a minimalist UI but complicated UX, saved beneficiary from previous version don't work. I updated to 2.0 only because of not wanting to pay for SMS notification

It's better to have transactions verified by fingerprint. Update: with Google Pay, can my iCard colour be blue as I'm male As it appears in MyVIB app?

The app is really bad, too many types of pin codes, the way the app is structured doesn't let users understand what each type of pin is used for. I changed the pin code once and got an error message. However, I still logged in and out of the app with the normal pin code, but when I entered that pin code, the app noticed that was invalid??? Really dont get it...

There is a bug in this app as it doesn't allow me to cancel online saving account. Basically, it automatically renews 6-month term with low interest rate than current one being offered, so I want to cancel that saving account to reopen with better rate but the only available option in my saving account is history.

The app forces users to turn on 'telephone' permission all the time, or else, Smart OTP would not work. If users temporarily turn on the permission to set up and then turn off, Smart OTP will be disabled and needs setting up again. So they deliberately force users to keep them always-on. For what? A banking app does not need to access users' telephone info. In the past, the app did not require this.

SmartOTP always doesnt work on the first attempt, what a weird experience. It happened after a few months I tried to remove and install it again

VIB is hands down the best bank in Vietnam for foreigners. There is no need of labor contracts, there is no monthly account maintenance fee, they have a great app, and above all they have a very friendly customer supprt.

I can't update my biometrics (using my NFC ID card and my face) at all. I attempted at least 4 times but it did not work. The UI/UX is very bad. I don't know where I go wrong or what is happening.

In fact, I have never seen a VN banking app as foolish as this one. The term deposit's expiration date is not shown anywhere. "Smart" VIB developers came up with a process as below. 1. you must walk through the list & select a particular term dep. 2 app will show the details of that term. 3. a notepad nearby to write down the term ID & expiration date. 4. It will take 1-2hrs if you have >20 records. The process is really annoying. I'd like to know who owns this logic & how it can pass the QC
