Firstly I will give an outstanding recommendation to the online customer service team for business banking. The lady I spoke with had only been with NAB for 9 months but I felt as though she'd been working there for 200 years 👌 not pushy, listened to every needs and concerns and felt like she actually cared. The App is straightforward and informative without no overbearing pop up ads commands to get to where you need. I'm actually quite confident and hopeful with this bank it's apps 👍

I'm appalled that nab has dictated to so many of us to buy new phones because their new app won't be compatible with our old phones, they give us next to nothing for our money invested in their bank and then tell us our phones aren't good enough for their app!, you really care about your customers NAB.

This is rediculous...I've downloaded both Nab mobile and Nab connect...they do not come up on my home screen and I cannot open either app to create account for me to use...this is so frustrating as I've been trying for weeks to do this...I'm an elderly pensioner and this is very inconvenient to my life..grrr

Very secure but would be great to send a payment while on the go...also would be great to have more than 1 device being able to access.. 2 owners but only one owner can access the password creator

the worst app ever, I can't even set this up as it asks for a nab connection id which I don't have and now have to waste my time waiting on the phone to get on, you think people have all the time in the world to be waiting on the phone , useless app

Who would have thought in 2021 I cant have an app on my phone because some idiot thought it was a great idea to upgrade the app and now its not compatible with my phone (and by the looks many other customers!) Not at all happy!!! Not only are there barely any actual banks and ATM's around and now this. Do you not want customers?? Without customers your bank wouldnt exist - so please listen to your customers and fix this! Unfotunately I have to give 1 star, but I'd really love to give 0

Downloaded the app because the other one was no.longer compatible and I couldn't use it because uou needed to scan a code. It's ridiculous. I liked the other one I was using . It was easy and great to use. Please change the app. I won't be using an app for banking any longer until it is changed.

Worst banking app ever, so useless seriously you have enough money from us to make a safe secure app for your customers now with this nab connect you can't even access your accounts because the information is not sent to activate it. How are we supposed to access our accounts when your app doesn't work, really disappointed I've been with nab for over 10 years and in the last 6 months you have gone from bad to worse really concidering changing banks who have there act together.

App wouldn't update even though it wouldn't allow access unless u did. Deleted it and now won't let me download it. Try banking online to send someone money and it let's u fill everything out and them won't send!!!! Try messaging and u got to pay for it and no one!!!!! Gets back to u at all!!!! Tried callinggggggf and coz I don't have a phone password they won't allow me to even speak to anyone!!!! What a joke!!! Absolutely pathetic!

The NAB app I've used for years is now (without warning) incompatible with my device. Installed this NAB Connect app, but to set it up it requires a QR Code, which I didn't receive via email or SMS... so back to internet banking we go... until we find a bank that doesn't invest in fossil fuels. This app (and bank) deserves ZERO stars.

Could not use previous app as it was no longer compatible. Forced to download bew version but cant use it as it requires me to scan an ocr code which it has not provided me. I am overseas on holiday and cannot transfer funds for account payments. Very annoyed by it!

Seems to be a bug with Android 10 where you have to use task manager to kill the app between runs otherwise after putting in the pin code it'll complain the service is offline. Lucky I'm a developer of know about these tricks but could be an issue for normal users.

When you try to set up the account it says click on the email and use option 1 but you haven't sent me an email. Absolutely useless, you want people to use digital banking because you are closing down the branches but you make it impossible to set up the internet phone banking.

Old app for personal/individual customer worked fine for years on my phone (Samsung S5). Very happy. Not so now! Told to update and told old app incompatible with phone. NAB Connect for business only and couldn't install. Now have to use internet banking which is not designed for mobile phone format. Thanks for nothing NAB. Please sort this out, at least by reinstituting the old app.

This is the worst banking app ever I used it. If I try to login, 95% it won't allow you. If you want to pay your bills, it won't allow you to create new payee. It will ask to go online to your laptop. Just the useless app. I am with Commonwealth bank and 95% I do all my business transactions on the mobile. Never had a issue last 17 years. I bought another business and did my finance with NAB. Now I stuck with NAB.

Absolutely useless app. Takes 25 goes to get in because it always says log in failed and need to try again. Hard to navigate, doesn't have full desktop functionality. Locks you out. No easy way to link to expense apps to pull a credit card feed. Just don't recommend it to anyone and considering alternate banking options due to this.

Previous app is no longer available, for no reason. This app won't send an email QR code required to use it. Tried resetting the user & it has an error from entering my user ID. So this app is useless and the other app can't be installed

NAB you updated the app, it's no longer compatible with my device and the hoops to jump through are ridiculous. I understand that you want to be security safe but you've made it more difficult than it needs to be. I've been banking with NAB for 20yrs but I think I'll be moving my financial interests to another banking institution. Too many disappointing moves by NAB in the past few months.

Useless updated app!!! There was nothing wrong with the previous App, so why have you denied access??? Your failure to effectively supply information to customers about how to get an email with a QR code has been very poor!! Effectively cant access my banking details or conduct mobile banking with the New NAB Connect App. Very poor effort NAB
