Worst customer service ever. I created an account and sent $1000 in 24hrs, they asked me to send my bank statement and pay stop which I did but they couldn't respond to me for days. It's been 2weeks still no response from them so I decided to write them and they responded by saying they're closing down my account. That's really crazy.

Nala requires a six-digit code for you to get to verify your debit card or credit card or anything and you cannot get back into the page to put the code back in because they do not set it up for you to do so I need to speak with a representative on how to get this done

Its fast and so much reliable. Your money gets to the recepient in seconds. The rates are higher than ALL or money transfer agencies.

Nala is best. But I think they are best used for transfer to Nigeria because all my transfer to south Africa was reversed. So they need to have strong and reliable partners in other African countries.

One of the most useless app I have ever installed transactions takes up to 2 to 3 hours and when you contact customer care they tell you they will get back to you in 5 hours time. If you know its an emergency don't send money through this app.

I really want to use. Yet, after I get verified I send a transaction to my husband in Tz, they ask for bank statements and proof of income, after weeks, Customer Support, "I'm good to go", I attempt to send again, they again freeze me, ask who the recipient is and why I am sending (again my Tanzanian husband whose mobile is registered) , then CS asks for bank statement again. This has been a several month saga. There is nothing in our background or financials that should raise suspicion.

The worst customer service ever . After investing 3 of my friends and they all send 200 euros each and nala refused to credit me my 50 euro bonus for the past 3weeks now. And most annoying is i have message this inefficient customer service several times, but they do nothing about it. Very annoying app 👎👎👎👎👎👎😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I have been using NALA for 5 months now and it's been a wonderful experience. Every time I have sent money, it's been received immediately by the recipients. On one occasion, the transfer did not go through and the money was refunded back to my account instantly. I recommend NALA.

So far I've tried to open an account, without success as the app was really odd and not loading information sands now I can't get verified as it won't load the information and I have talk to support which I've tried emailing with no answer and then after reopening the app the chat facility was working this time except I'm still waiting nearly 12hrs later to get a reply to talk to support and asked to get verified as when I open the app it just says we need to speak with you, and no way to try

I would like to be honest the app works fine with me and their rates are competitive but when it comes to referrals rewards they are lying I have referred two family members with my referral code link which I shared from the app itself but never received a reward when I communicate with them I don't get a convincing answer but .....

You apply $100 as your preference to send money to a recipient. It's a very tricky set up, if you forgot to modify to the amount you want to send to your recipient, you will end up sending $100 by accident. I think this is a tricky set up and it should be rectified in my opinion.

I used NALA for my mobile money transfers. With NALA, money transfer is very fast with clear and timely updates about the transfer status. The only issues I found were the low daily transfer limits and that bank transfers weren't working for me. I wish these are worked on to take limits off your customers. Otherwise thank you for your services.

You need to find a better way of maintaining security without putting your customers through repeating password up to 5 or more times before completing a single transaction. It's head spinning and causes frustration. Other than that, I find the app to be well conceived. Thanks

This is the worst company for money transfers. I made two transfers to Nigeria, which were successful at least. The big issues they're always having is network connection. The last time i complained about their network issues, I chatted up with a lady, and i told her the issue i was having with my transactions not connecting to the receiver. She told me she was going to forward the complaint to the IT,and get back to me. Waking up this morning in the US, i was told my account will be closed

Personally I didn't have any problem, only a transfer delayed problem but was delivered the next day. However, my husband, who introduced me to Nala, made a transfer of $100, which never got to the person and has not been refunded either. That is really disheartening and also tarnishing the image of the company by making you lose customers as well.thanks.

Really amazing rates, works instantly with no issues. However it rejected my corporate card and I can only use a personal card on it which is a hassle as it means I have to keep movingoney back and forth. It would also be useful if they crosscheck recipient names with what the mobile money system returns just to ensure that even when a sender makes an error in the number, it can be caught and corrected.
