The fare displayed in the app is unreasonably high, benefiting only auto drivers. Even for a short ride of approximately 9 to 10 kilometers, the app shows an excessive increase of around 50 to 60 rupees, which is completely unacceptable. Moreover, if the driver takes a different route, the fare increases considerably. It would be better to address these issues, provide transparency, and avoid favoring only auto drivers. You don't have customer care also. One of the worst app for people.

The fare shown at the end is higher than booking. the reason is Drive can take any route of their choice, call center calls, and ask for additional toll charges post paying ride amount as per the app, I am ready to pay, but they will not provide the invoice. Also, if not following the map, consent has to be taken for toll and additional charges. This is also a safety issue for women passengers if the driver rides in a different route.

The app is good and the auto service is great. There's also some few problems, the rides sometimes take forever to book and even after adding extra tip, no ride is booked. Most of the times the auto driver rides closer to your location then cancels, still sometimes by luck it goes good.

Initially app was good n rates were affordable. They were setting standard price as distance, but nowadays fares are getting higher and higher for same distance. When u check billing details it shows , pick up charges , drivers extra charges , which are not the if we take direct auto. And drivers are very rude, does reckless driving , I met with accident once , raised a complain but no response from customer support.

Seriously this app can get on nerves. Autos doesn't get book until we add the tip and almost many drivers ask for extra amount. This app was good in the beginning and now it's totally ridiculous. The fares are too high. I hope you guys take action and work on it. Sometimes auto drivers act so rude please work on it. I thought I was the only one who's facing this but after checking out all the reviews gotta know this app has changed a lot lately.

Since the cab options added, i'm not able to select the price preference option.. its overlapping with Auto, cab options.. it became useless... but it was very much useful previously.. try to revoke that... one more issue. If I book a ride for someone, it's very difficult to track the ride..

From an alternative app to avail auto rides quicker than other apps at nominal fares, this app has become a waste of storage space on my phone. It is becoming increasingly rate to avail an auto on Namma Yatri. Auto drivers using Namma Yatri are nowadays generally ill-behaved. The app also redirects auto drivers by default along longer routes, resulting in exorbitant fares, even though the shortest routes are absolutely fine. Giving one star since there is no zero star.

SCAM= This application. First is their drivers are very rude. The application lags all the time. The route the application shows while booking and the route it shows to driver after OTP is different. The fare is never the same when booked and it always goes higher after reaching same destination point. The location you search and set for destination differs when the ride starts and driver denies to go 100mts as well. Please don't fall for this and go for better alternatives like Uber, Rapido.

The app and its functions are alright. But honestly, trying to catch an auto is irritating. Even if you put the highest tip, no auto accepts. I have to catch auto on the daily for work and it gets very infuriating when the auto drivers just refuse or cancel an accepted ride. You cant just push out notifications about getting rides quickly when it takes almost half an hour to get an auto. Stop making false promises about how autos come quickly on this app cause they dont. And get better drivers

It was good at the beginning. Now there is hardly any quality control. Rides are much more expensive and the good drivers are a rarity. Auto drivers will accept the rides and then don't show up and continue going on some other routes. Ride acceptance is very low unless you add tips. Even with tips it's not much better. Sad demise of an application that worked really well in the past but doesn't anymore.

Good initiative for drivers and riders. But i started noticing recently that while booking, it opts for a longer route, and the fare chrged is higher. But while riding a shorter route is shown to the driver, and the fare is not adjusted. Similar has been taken care of in other Similar service providers.

There are issues with the app as such, but the experiences having with the drivers accepting rides and cancelling is an issue. I am not sure if there's any penalty against or penalty for the drivers for them cancelling rides, not picking calls, and so on. When it's urgent, it wastes even more time. Accepting rides and cancelling them is worse than better than not accepting at all. It would be good if there are some sort of penalties against cancelling in certain cases.

The past couple of times I've used this app I've had a pretty bad experience. Most of the drivers accept the ride, call us, ask us where to drop and immediately cancel the ride if it is beyond 5km. It took me half an hour of trying this app 3 days ago that I gave up and went to the other handy apps which are indeed expensive but at least are providing service.

Really disappointed with the app!! Firstly there should be a standard charge for the location which is not there and the prices are very high secondly if you book a auto then there is very high chance driver would ask for more money giving reasons like the route showing in a map has so much of traffic and he's going to take different route which will cost you extra if you're not willing to pay they will drop you there itself

Wow I got auto within a minute at an affordable price. . Namma yatri is both rider and driver friendly. kudus to the team who identified the problems while booking in some other app and provided solution in this. 1. Tipping extra amount to get accepted by drivers ( It really helpful to get the auto on priority) 2. All my previous pick up and drop locations are automatically saved. It takes very few seconds to search and book the auto. 3. I am totally satisfied with the experience

In the beginning the app was good with affordable rates but now the prices are very high, there are additional charges like pickup charges, driver extra charges, when compared to other apps. And the driver would ask for more money for reasons like the route showing in map is different, or high traffic or he will take through different route which will cost extra. The customer support is of no use, only benefitting drivers.

I love the app. I use it everyday for commute. But I have a serious concern. The app has a shady tactic for booking preference. Why don't you allow your users to save their preference for manual rickshaw selection? Why always automatic selection (pls don't say to save time, you do that in manual selection too)? You also put the preference button on top right of the screen so it is out of focus. You think your users don't notice these things? I expect you to be a neutral and fair app, no bias.

The fare is much higher than other apps for the same distance. Earlier there was an option to choose between different autos based on the fare, but that option has been removed. It shows a fare range, but now all autos choose the highest fare and we have no way to choose the fare. The only way is to cancel the booking and rebook, but after doing that a few times, it blocks our account and logs us out with no way to log back in. This app has now become a platform for auto drivers to scam people.

This app glitched so many times and very conveniently refuses to give us information about the mistakes it makes. Trice now I was stuck in an unknown location because in the last moment the drop location changes and because of this I have to pay twice the amount to reach my original destination. The customer care for this app is also trash they never resolve any issue leaving you with almost no option but to lose money. As someone new to the city the experience gets worse everytime.

The app takes too long to load, otherwise the booking is very quick and helpful. As I said earlier the app takes too long to load even after minimising, because it becomes difficult to see OTP after the app being minimised on Android 9.
