Interesting concept, but I c couldn't find participating locations in any of the European cities I checked. I looked at Briançon, Geneve, and chambery.

I couldn't login. Not with my phone nor my email . Tried several times too. Uninstalled and reinstalled, EVERYTHING, just impossible to login

Great service and everything went pretty smooth. We did it in September 2021 in Nice, it was 10 EUR for each bag, but totally worth it.

Could not find the storage place shown on the map. Tried 3 places in Paris, could not find any of them at the locations shown on the app.

Does not work at all, wanted to book a place to put my bag down in London but the app and the website says unexpected error. Wanted to call them to sort this, no phone number no support...

Nannybag's website has issues, they charge your credit card but don't send you a confirmation number of the transaction. Poor customer service, they show little empathy. Don't use this app

Couldn't book anything. Dates menu doesnt open. Location menu doesnt find your location when you click on the dot button. Waste of my time and data((

I was searching for a place to keep my bags in as I discovered Brussels for one day, and found this app. It's user-friendly, the prices I found were reasonable and the person who took the bags was so kind. It was a good experience.

Good but they need to check the schedule with the actual facilities that is going to store the baggage because they manage their own schedule and NOT the one is published in the app. You could have surprises like the place is closed when you get there will ALL your luggage and have to pay those hours even you were not able to store your luggage there. That is exactly what happened to me in Madrid.

I think there's a glitch, I couldn't complete the reservation, after I filled in all the required info I couldn't find the complete reservation button. Also the map shown is pixelated you can't even make out the roads. Very wierd.

Doesn't show luggage storage places available, but when you go to Google Maps it turns out there's plenty of them, and you find them easily, so.... Unfortunately, useless app.

Very helpful service and easy to use and access! Used during Cork Jazz festival - being able to leave the heavy backpack for a day and pick it up right before heading for the bus back home was very handy. Will definitely use again!

The app never accepted my mobile number although I entered correctly my country code. I contacted their customer service but they were extremely slow. After an hour, they finally created my profile by themselves with a temporary password. Once everything was done, it was an issue with the payment (system error). I have 2hrs with them... I looked for an alternative and found their competitor "bagbnb" and it worked in less than 5min for a cheaper price.

It's a scam. I paid 12€ in advance to book a luggage storage and when I got there the place was closed. There is no way in the app to contact support either.

Unreliable. We paid 24 euros to store our bags at what happened to be a gym. We went to the place and the owner refused to take our bags stating that he needed a QR code (there is no QR code in the app). We could not cancel the booking since the drop off period was already running. I've been waiting for ours for an answer in the support chat. What a scam.

Despite the rave reviews, I'm sceptical of this app really working. The time selection is buggy: it keeps entering times two hours after the times I tap. Why it doesn't just use the native time selection widget, instead of trying to be an iPhone (if I wanted an iPhone UI, I'd buy an iPhone!), is beyond me. And I selected a tourist town in England for the location, and it said there's no bag storage here? That's dubious! So I'll try Radical Storage or Bounce instead.
