this is the worst app ever. .. .. very late and useless service.....they says they gonna come after 4 or 5 days for the delivery and after 5 days no response.......7 have to call them again and again......and after calling ,again says 5 days later ......still no delivery... I advise you guys to use fetchr delivery app rather than this worst app

I would even give it zero stars, worst company to deal with, I would not reccomend, no professionalism, and the least helpful phone assistance ever. Shipment has been with them for 10 days and not delivered yet, not only that but I can't go and pick up my self either

I have been waiting for my shipment since 2 July when I have received a message saying that your shipment is out for delivery. Every day, my shipment is out for delivery, but I couldn't receive.

Uncooperative drivers, they ghost customers, don't reply, and take a lot of time to bring your order. Terrible experience. Worst app, I can't even log in.

If play store ahd option less than 1 star i would prefer to give it 0 star or -100 star this the worst service ever used by Amazon @amazon.sa plz do not send our shipments through this shity service Since 10 days I'm waiting for the package its still not delivered and they return to warehouse. And the delivery boy doesn't answer calls Such a bad experience due to this bad service i have started hating the day when i orderd online

The worst carrier I have even seen!! The drivers call you to ask you to them your location on WhatsApp even though they already have your address. The customer service agents are liars, they told me that the driver tried to call me and I was not reachable, and when I called the driver he said that he didn't mention that in his report. Long story short, just avoid Naqel

Unfortunately the app is buggy, and at present doesnt function as "can't find a network" even when your phone is connected o Wifi or 4G. Hopefully the developers will actually fix it....

Useless application serving no purpose, it's full of bugs and errors. Ot is clear that the developers abandoned the app. I don't recommend installing it, after all, the website is better than this rubbish (although the website is also not good)

Failed to put in my log in details once and couldn't try again no matter how many times I re opened the app. Also the verification code they sent me didn't work even though I typed it in correctly.

Terrible Service! Avoid this courier company and use a professional courier company that knows what they are doing! I got a message to tell me that the courier "attempted" to deliver my parcel but I was "unavailable" and now the parcel is back in the warehouse! However , I was in my house ALL day and had sent both my location and photo of my building to the courier on his WhattsApp. So, why does this keep happening to me and others who had the bad luck to use this company? AVOID them!

Useless, you will not be able to do anything useful through this app, other than filling the phone storage, even the useless website does not support searching with the tracking number because they have tracking numbers that are different from the original tracking numbers.

The worst service I've ever seen if there is less than one star i will definitely give it -5, cause this is to much to handle even with all the complaining that they've gots, they didn't try to fixe their service's, it's been a month since i ordered some products and i didn't receive any update since 25 mai. Shame on you

Worst delivery experience I've ever got! I don't know why even Amazon are dealing with them First the estimated delivery on Amazon app was before9:00 pm and the driver called me 10:20 pm even I've already mentioned to keep the package with the receptionist when I didn't answer the rescheduled the delivery for another time

Very Bad experience I have a shipment that has been sent via Naqel express, they are totally unprofessional they never contact me and record that the package failed to be delivered due to rejection from my side which is totally not correct. I make around 3 complain and try to reach customer service more than 10 times by different channels phone/mail/chat and conclusion is the same My advice donnot use Naqel express at all they will steal your package take care

Worst service, l recieved a message very many times that my package is on the way with Naqel, l waited no reaching, then after some days, they sent me another message that their delivery man is on the door step, l checked no one was there, l called the number they sent, the person didn't pick, l WhatsApp him, he told me that he's not going to deliver my package that l should edit the address, imagine!! the package was a returned package and they picked lt in the same location l was, bad

Website is broken, can't search my tracking number probably because they assign new ones. Can't sign up because mobile verification doesn't come through. App is useless, can't sign up. Feel like my parcel is being held hostage. I am in Dubai but this company is in Saudi Arabia? Their phone contact numbers don't work for me either. Had to resort to tweeting at them for any hope of recieving my parcel. They probably do their job well, but communication is broken unfortunately.

First, we were trying to call the driver who has our order but he decided not to answer his call after he showed a really bad attitude, when we tried to call naqel, no one answered for 3 days, we installed the app. But the maps are not opening to locate the home address, we can't track our shipment. This app is useless

If there is zero evaluation we will put it, been waiting for the delivery since last week, a driver will communicate and ask for location,after that no more message or even answer the call, been waiting for the item to be delivered but none of the driver shows up.Worst thing is,they update the status that it was not delivered because i requedt to change the schedule,and another is my location was change also.Liers!!!.even from the start you always fail to deliver because of those lazy drivers.

Useless App which it doesn't work at all, just after the sign up process finiah I get the same error message with the login code, poor service and useless App is the last thing you can imagine will combine together. Don't download it & save your time by moving away from them.

I would rather bite off my toes and eat them than to ever use this nightmare of a company. They have drivers that want you to meet them in places because they dont have the time. Even though they 8 minutes away. I never came accross a delivery service that ask you to collect at random places. They had 6 days to deliver. They have vey bad attitudes. I AM AT THE AIRPORT, THEY ARE NOW DELIVERING TO MY HOTEL. I am sure a bunch of wild monkeys can do a better job to deliver goods. Amazon bad choice
