I go online, and my user name and password are accepted. I use the app, and it says my user name and password are invalid. I am 100% entering the same information. Not sure if the special characters aren't getting interpreted correctly from my phone, but I shouldn't have to worry about that. I can't even login with the correct user information, so yes, this app is worthless.

Works great most of the time, I did not give a 5 starts because although Enterprise and National are part of the same company their apps do not interface, so when you rent in one you don't get credit in the other one as a regular costumer. The other issue is that sometimes it's hard to modify or cancel the rental, not a big problem because costumer services is also good, you can call and fix it.

The app is better than most other rental companies. That said there is 2 bugs: - The price is shifted off by one in the list and shows a higher price than the actual price in the summary - The summary shows a "Discounts Applied" that is not actually applied. Instead it's just the subtotal of the taxes and other fees. Hope this helps

Using app for first time and it was a bit confusing. Wanted to create a new reservation using free days. Since I already had a reservation, the free rental button gave the impression I could apply the free days to the existing rental. 20 minutes later I was able to figure out what to do. In my opinion the free rental option should be on the reservation page.

Functional, can't see or do everything that the website does. Would be nice if each location could include directions, especially at airports. Would be handy to know if on site or if you need to take a shuttle, tram, or other. 4/14/22-About the same in regards to directions, for instance TPA says to "Please procédé to the National Car Rental location." ! Doesn't tell me anything. Can't tell if it is onsite or if i need to catch à shuttle.

The App is working great recently! The App does what it was designed to do...but if you have an issue, the car class you reserved is not available or you need to report a problem with the vehicle you rented, the App is worthless!!! You have to call and deal with and individual who doesn't care and is hard to communicate with sometimes... (It is obvious they don't care, they can't offer solutions, hell they can't even repeat what you tell them!) Super frustrating!

App is good for making reservations but was unable to extend reservation when needed to. App stated I could not extend the rental and that I needed to call the number listed on the screen. When I used the convenient "one click" method to call the number provided it dialed a number that is no longer in service. App needs to be update with a new phone number. Had to go to website and find the correct number to call. Spent 22 minutes on the phone with customer service to extend rental 1 day.

The app is great. However it should have the lost & found web link or something similar integrated because I did not find out until 2 weeks later that I needed to complete a report for lost items, and only because I spoke to an airport agent. So, integrating it into the app & making it easy to find would help customers with their lost item claims. Thanks!

The new app is horrible, crashes, and is super slow. There is no need for any changes to the old app. Selecting a location and time is the most painfully slow part. Simple is better, go back to the old app. Using a web browser on my phone is faster. Payment update caused an error on the app.

Downloaded the app to check on my current trip to Colorado ... While the application shows the reservation when I click on it to modify it says this trip cannot be accessed on the mobile app please call customer service. I'd rate this is 0 to fall possible the point of a mobile app is that it actually works this one does not. It and marketing need to get their act together and deliver a product that actually serves customers versus irritates them. I'd rather they shut the app down.

This app is very misleading if you book via PC profile. It won't bring up reservations without confirmation number and loses the reservation every time it's closed. It also told me that a reservation was pending and customer service must be called. No email was sent verifying this and it was patently false. Basically, if I had lost the email with confirmation number, I'd have no evidence that the reservation existed. No text, no email on the day of pickup etc.

I've used this app for quite some time and I love it. The only issue I ever have is that there isn't a national rental location near me and it used to automatically bring up the Enterprise location near me and it doesn't do that anymore. It's more efficient for me to use the app to reserve rather than wait to call during business hours. Otherwise, this app is very user friendly.

Cancels Reservation When You Navigate to a Different App: When I went to my Delta app to get my flight number to enter into the reservation, it dropped the rental details and I had to start my reservation again - SO annoying! Also, app doesn't allow you to save debit cards for a payment method so I am probably going to have to go to the rental counter EVERY TIME I rent. I am trying to find a new rental car company to replace Hertz and this has not been a good initial experience. Pretty crappy.

Great overall. Only major complaint is the inability to modify a reservation several times. You can extend your rental just fine but if your plans change and you need to drop off at a different location you still have to call them. Also sometimes bit sketchy with Emarld Checkout (sometimes fails to scan barcodes or complete the process).

Clunky and slow, terrible customer experience. Each of my reservations take 10 to 15 minutes to complete, and thats if you are on a good connection...... good luck if you are not! I have exclusively rented from national for 16 years and use the national app for the last 10 (or so) years, prior the app was GREAT! This new "experience" with the new app does not save time nor is an improvement. Please revert back to the old app or improve the user experience on this one.

Used to be a great app easy to use and the best rental car company. Now you can't see your current rental information besides what you rented, if they get that right, and the date and time you scheduled your pickup. You used to see the ACTUAL time of your pickup so you can prepare to return without extra charges. Now, I have to keep track of it and hope I don't get today's rental confused with yesterday's rental time. App used to be easy to use and navigate. Now it's achingly slow

Why do they make these freaking updates that render the app useless. It's so frustrating how the purpose of the app is to make this streamline but something as simple as extending a rental has too many bugs and then just gives an error message of "please call the number for additional support". It was PERFECT 2-3 years ago I've literally had to rent for over 10 months at a time and the app was perfect. This new format is full of bugs and glitches making this such a bad experience.

What happened? New version is a pretty redesign, but so much slower. It takes 3x as long to make a reservation as before. The previous version had very few problems (regular booking and free day booking were on different screens), but was overall very solid. Separately, why do some airport locations require me to enter my arrival airline, and then offer names that no longer exist, some in over 30 years? Here's looking at you, Pan Am.

The new version of this app s***ks. It's infuriatingly slow. Takes me back to my computer from 1995. I used to love National and let all my peers know about their service. I've actually tried to rent cars 3 times now and it's so slow and has come back with random prices that I gave up all three times and rented from the competition. Please bring back the old app. Lightning fast and allowed me to make reservations quickly.

I travel extensively. National is my primary rental car agency. That being said, this app is very clunky. A major company like this should be able to do much better. Usually I will go to the computer or call them instead of trying to use the app. Quite often, the app will not even let you do basic things like making modifications to a reservation. It is only really good for me to look at to see if my assistant made a reservation or checking the reward level. They need to fire whomever they had doing it and start from scratch. It couldn't get any worse--
