The app stopped letting me login and now I can't even pull up my digital insurance card or look at my information

Please fix the card payment function, namely the card expiration date. The expiration date of the card is correct, but the app says that it is incorrect and I cannot pay for the insurance.

Absolute garbage insurance company from their adjusters like Kevin Olali to other people I have had the displeasure of working with. Its almost as if they don't want to do their job you know the one that they get paid for they don't want to help their customers when you get hit or when it clearly is someone else's fault they want to point the finger at you as if that's a smart way to keep customers around. I do not recommend this insurance company.

Once it finally logs you in, good luck getting anything else like ID cards. And for some reason it blacks out screenshots like as if it were a streaming service. Why? This is our info and when we cant actually get ID cards we could at least have the policy info.

Wont let me do anything tells me i need to contact my agent... Then why have an app if i have to talk to an agent when i want to so anything. Not to mention the amount the miss spellings the agent inputs.

i have an auto and motorcycle policy but it seems instead of combining policies nat gen requires separate accounts. Kind of archaic.

Impossible to log in, keeps saying doesn't recognize username! Never takes my password...ironically it does recognize my username to take my money. I've tried many times to log in, change my password...probably going to change companies...too frustrating to deal with this nonsense, calling doesn't help either.

Use to make payments on this app and now I can't even edit any of my information not make any payments while on top of that, I can't see how much needed to be paid or the remaining balance of what I owe.

I works for a bare minimum. It does not fit on a mobile device screen so it completely invalidates the entire reason to have an app. I'd suggest just using they're website but apparently they only had a budget of $1,000 to make that ugly thing

I haven't been able to access my policy ID cards since I signed up for this policy 2 months ago. I'm getting very unhappy and maybe changing my insurance again very soon.

Like the other reviews say -- app is unusable as it just flickers nonstop. Devs, please fix this soon. Edit (07/26/2023). Just downloaded the update, and it still just sits there and flickers. I actually had to delete and reinstall the app, and now it works. Thanks, devs. I'm just happy that it works now.

It made me update it again. As soon as I did I was unable to use it at all. I enter my log in info & then instead of opening the app to my account, it shuts the app down entirely! Tried like 10 times. Then went to the internet site & was unable to log in there as well as it says it's unavailable at this time. This is the worst of all companies when it comes to their site & app! The worst!

They are absolutely terrible! A claim with them is a NIGHTMARE. I was lied to on numerous occasions and left in the dark for MONTHS, and my credit ruined. The App is beyond glitchy.. Home screen just keeps flashing making it impossible to use 9/10 times and when I finally get past that nonsense.. it won't let me pay the bill and I have to call and do it with someone who talks too much and being on hold that long to give someone your money, is absolutely ridiculous. Get it together!

When you open the app it flashes continuously. There are very few buttons that actually work to get past the main screen to a functional part of the app to be able to pay or otherwise use the app. The rest of the app is also glitchy. Overall I'm confused as to how this app got this far with such poor functionality and it's been like this for months.

So far so good. Haven't had an issue since I got it in January. There are a few improvements that could be done, like allowing the user to pick the day they want auto pay to be on, showing the remaining balance on the policy would be nice too. To avoid costly monthly additions, I tend to make larger payments to pay off most of the policy but I have to constantly do all kinds of math to figure what I still owe. Other than that I've had no issues.

Update 8/28/23: No more glitches. The app works perfectly! Thank you NG! Previous review: I've only had the app for one month and when logged in the pages flash and jump. It has not proven to be useful at all. This is concerning when I read other reviews and see this is a common problem. Why can't it be corrected?

Had it it worked great! So I went green. Now, I don't know what you guys did but it SUCKS!! I can't log in or make a payment now. When I got to log in it kicks me off right before it opens, it uninstalled and reinstalled, iv updated still the same. Terrible, terrible. I'm uninstalling. At least I can pay on the web site I guess. Though I'd rather have the app.

My previous review got deleted so I'll say it again. Terrible app. Unresponsive after logging in. Can't even make payments from it. I'm pretty sure they've intentionally rigged it like this so people will be late on payments. Very underhanded. The app is completely unusable. To top it off even the main website is "coincidentally" having issues too. This is the green light I needed and I will be changing insurance providers.
