1. You can now call candidates in just a click - You can now get the candidate's contact number automatically on your phone dialer when you click on the "call from mobile app" button from the desktop. No need to type a number manually. Similarly, you can even scan a phone number from anywhere on the web, or a piece of paper, or your own computer. No need to ever type a number manually.
2. Increase call pickup by candidates - The new Recruiter App allows you to enter the intent of your call even before you reach out to the candidates. Fraud app please don't use fraud company every time I open the app it is show login season is expired naukri biggest fraud company u idiot give my money back busted this time of fraud company i never seen worst software engineer are you playing emotional with customer pl message otherwise give my money back we don't recommend your app worst of worsted

This app is not feasible at all, apart from some good features missing, j can't access the searches i saved from my PC, which i earlier used to have, this app is really buggy, crashes various times, not suitable for "ON THE GO"

I paid Rs. 472 for subscription. After a day , there is a message in app that "subscription is failed. Please upgrade your subscription". I want refund of the amount paid. Why there was an option to apply for a subacription when i was not eligible for it..is this a way to commit Fraud?

This is the worst recruiter app you can find elsewhere. I posted recruitment info of my organization and this website sent me a job posting in no way related to my organization and I replied back that the job posting was not related to my organization in return my account was blocked for want of documents and my subscription fee was not even refunded. Whenever I tried to report this issue it was in vain with 0 customer support executive trying to solve issue. Don't even try to recruit here.

Total scam app. This app aksed to pay first then post a job. After I made the payment, it asked for KYC verification. I added my adhar details and OTP then its saying unexpected error, try after some time. I tried multiple times but still no luck. Its been 3 days. I reached out to customer support but no help from there. Total waste of time and money. 😮💨

I usually use website for searching, it is very good. But, it would have been great if you could add the features like exclude location, exclude candidates with career gap, exclude certain colleges. Anyway just my suggestion, thank you so much.

You guys really need to fix your app: Can't even browse all the applicants on my job listing, no support for pagination. After listing a few applicants, it'll start repeating the entire list of applicants before reaching the end of incomplete list. What are you even charging ~2k per job listing for? I can only use this platform on the web with some new stupid "desktop auth" feature you've introduced. Not portable at all. Use your platform and hire some good mobile engineers for yourselves.

I use to think that the Naukri website portal is difficult to use, untill I downloaded their Mobile App. While their website suffers from extreme confusion of what to do and how to do, their App takes it to next level by hiding essential filters like notice period under Other filters (I mean what were your Designers thinking?), having no integration to their own RMS portal and making simple search a nightmare. Wow, just wow to you User Interface Designers. 👏👏 And please don't write that automated message that "We would like to solve your problem. Can you email us at..." ! The User Experience is ridiculous. Accept it.

I have taken subscription and after that I have posted the job. Just after posting the job it's showing now as expired. Please suggest and confirm.

The app needs to work on refund policy, when the data is not used or have taken a subscription with false knowledge, the company should refund the amount checking if the date is used by the end user, i simply soek 4750 on the subscription which is not necessary for me

Practically a pointless app. More than half the time the "Call Number" function doesn't work. I get that logins need to be done multiple time for security, but your OTP sent to the official mail id literally never work! Even if it accepts the otp then it take forever to load anything. I rarely open this app, but even when I do I'm never able to sue it. Could not be less seamless! Terrible.

Worst service, cheating app,do not respond to queries,it's happening twice in 20 days,shows subscription failed and am not able to edit the job as it shows no active subscription i have 20 days left for subscription, shameless unprofessional unethical app Are u serious,it's been 2 days i have mailed,am not getting any reply/support from naukri or applications even after paying 2000,this is worst

I've purchased a non metro plan for rs 472 including.gst. but no response from the candidate, moreover they don't give atleast 20 CV as database to search for. Other plans Too much costly as compared to other apps. Will never recommend to use such a disastrous app

Worst service provider, I'm unable to get hold of any one so far even after placing multiple call back or requesting for a call back. I was looking for an employer/resdex account.

very bad experience. you need to buy a plan first then you have to do kyc before the subscription starts. and all the attempts get failed. apna jobs is lot more better than this. won't suggest this to anyone

It's a FRAUD app. Please don't register or pay anything. I bought a classified subscription, and it's been 3 days since I have not been able to post anything. Even login in is a problem. I tried calling customer support, but it's never reachable.
