The app was working fine but after the last updates the app started experiencing connectivity problems: The app would work fine for few sessions then it will start refusing to connect due to connection error ...call with operation code 111. Reinstalling the app and clearing storage would solve the problem. but after few loggins it will start showing the same error message

The services provided thru. App is limited . For example there is no way to check your credit card statements. Even I discovered mistakes on credit transactions . The customer service is taking long time to pick the call . Then they can't solve your problems and ask you to visit your branch. Really very funny bank.

I can't register on the app at all as it gives me choices not related to my debit card so I called the customer service and they informed me to use the other app not this one and surprisingly when I tried to do so it crashed on spot. Not to mention I'm trying to sign in from the website and not able till now so what the *#$! I opened an account with u cuz I hated my previous bank due to many problems with them

App keeps asking to restart... online support is useless. Either it is a bot or an agent who has no clue! I wish I can attach the conversation here. He repeated the same answer several times as if he doesn't understand my issue! Then tells me to call the call center and "do the needful" which is a totally wrong thing to say... no direction nor initiative to try to solve customer issues

Since your last update, the app is keep crashing and kicking me out. I have uninstalled it and installed it several times and restarted my phone.... with no result. Everytime I reach to the verification code page it crashes out. Customer service tried to help but i guess your IT is messing things up.

Hey, what happened? The previous version was working perfectly. This new one is very slow. Takes forever to do a transaction. The OTP can't be pasted in the app and it has to be typed manually. The app design looks better organized, I like that ... but why the functionality dropped???

The app is horrible since the latest update specially the language display. You will select Arabic language. However, it will be displayed in English.

PLEASE STOP UPDATING SPECIALLY CHANGING THE LOOK OF THE APPLICATION INSIDE, PEOPLE GET USE TO YOUR APPLICATION AND THEN SUDDENLY YOU CHANGE. ITS CONFUSING TO A LOT OF PEOPLE AND IT TAKES TIME FOR THEM TO GET USE TO IT. THANK YOU FOR LISTENING. REGARDS. M. A.

I use this app on my Samsung Note 20 Ultra, in the last 4 months, it was excellent app. However, in the last 3 days, I can't access the app. It gave me a msg that my device is jailbreaked. My device OS is android and never rooted or jailbreaked. I uninstall the app and reinstalled it several times, without success. I call the CS, they suggested to reset format the phone. This is not acceptable solution. I think, it is a bug in the app after the last update. Please, fix this problem.

every time I go to an account's "history", it doesn't load the list! I have to go to "details" Tab and then I have to go back to "History" Tab in order to load the history. Please keep in mind that this issue exists since before 2 updates. Also, the loading of data and the login process is extremely, unbearably slow!

Can't pay or purchase using application directly ... please make it possible as jts same as Apple pay and Sam pay...let it easy to pay directly through app... The fingerprint feature suddenly stopped working and every time i try to activate it the app crashes then restarts its really annoying after. After a month of my last comment still its not fix and there is no explanation why the fingerprint feature suddenly stopped working 👎

After changing my phone to a galaxy S24+, the push notifications haven't been working anymore, I have to open the app in order to see my latest transactions, I called them but they were no help and suggested switching to SMS notifications.

I've been using the NBK mobile banking app daily and noticed that the biometric fingerprint login option has been disabled. Every time I try to reactivate it after logging in with my password, the app throws an unhandled exception error.I uninstalled it and reinstall again same.This is quite frustrating as it disrupts the convenience of using the app. Please address this issue promptly to improve the user experience.

There is no transparency in how rewards are calculated. A statement of these rewards showing how many points were added against each transaction would be very useful. In addition, browser errors are all over the place. I click on something and in a fraction of a second, I get a timeout error!!!
