The app was much easier than the website. I chose my daughter's provider and plan with no problem.

Was simple to get it downloaded and set up. Only a few minutes to get my granddaughter enrolled in Healthy Blue with same provider she has had. When you find your provider, it shows which plans they accept

I have to register each child on a different account... It would be more convient to have them under the same account for parents with multiple children... But lets see how this goes

The app was much better than the website which was a pain to sign up for and I constantly had problems signing in or getting anyone to respond to my emails.

The only downfall within thi!s app is: it makes you re-enter your username & password each time the app is open; even if it is accidental or just a few moments to view other neccesary documentation.

Provider don't show up unless I'm not choosing to edit my profile. They have a home number for me witha whole different area code and a number i never seen before..even my worker don't know where the number came from and can't even change it.

told my password was incorrect and needed a new one, how often do y'all need me to change the password, it is very difficult to keep remembering new passwords when you have brain damage.

How do I rate an app that I can't even get into because it keeps crashing... I haven't been able to log in on the app in about a year. This app is absolute garbage

Neither the app NOR the website work! This is ridiculous!!!!!! Both send you to a page saying that you must Link your profiles, yet not to what, and then follow with a page that says nothing "error"! Zero excuses for this!!!

This app was fairly easy to use, but I was very unhappy with it because it would not let me add my longtime doctor as my PCP. No matter how I tried to search, it could not "find" him - and he has been there in his office for well over a decade.

Very confusing when trying to find a provider. It seemed easy & I was searching for a Dr who I know was in network & it still took me 20 + mins to find. It's all in the search criteria, instead of the Dr name I had to look under organizations to find the office. Would have been easier if just searching his name worked.

Every time I try to sign up it will not allow me to do so. I went to my local Social Security office and the one that was signing people up couldn't get the app to work either. Call the number, It's what I had to do. This app has too many bugs.

It was working just fine until after the update and now all I get is an error message and to try again later very day that I have tried to sign on to it. I even uninstalled the app and reinstall it and its still not working at all. Its just ridiculous.

It would be nice if all children could be accessed under 1 user name instead of having an account for each one that you have to log into separately. Its very aggrevating having to log out and log in for each child.

1. !Horrible! This entire drama has been a down hill battle! Why have I been given a random 'HOME phone number' when I do not have a 'HOME' phone?!!! I previously submitted my mobile number!! Several icons within the app, do not work! Where are any updates for medical practices? Everytime I look it's the same doctors! Viewing info on my PC, isn't any better! 2. This app is just as terrible now (3/2021,) as it was the first time I downloaded it! Deleting again, permanently!

Convenience at a whole new level. I definitely don't miss having to make that grueling trek to my local health department and endure excruciating wait times to fill out an application. Not only that but that was every time I had to go back.

I find it a tad difficult to navigate and sometimes it just takes me in a loop as opposed to completing the task. Like, sincere thank you for attempting, it just needs to go back through some testing.
