Online transfer service is ridiculous. I made two separate transfers from this app to my Scotia account. 1 transfer from 9:15AM and the 2nd one from 1:30pm and even 8:23pm Im nt seeing the transfer in my Scotia account. I tried to reach out to someone on the app & an agent told me to file complaint I asked her how long will it take to resolve the issue when I filed she said asap when I logged in on web and file only to know it's 3 business days before & I pay extra twice for it to reach in 2hrs

It's very good but one thing I stop getting my alert when I get a money transfer or use my card to buy something I have to go on the app

The app is very convenient, right at your fingertips. It has all the features to make your banking world better. While I have issues with other aspects of NCB customer service, I just love the app. It makes up for what NCB lacks in persons ☹️

The hardest bank app to log into has ever been; neither the website nor the app work to let me finish the login process. I wish I could give this a zero. And now my profile is disabled and can't even get do any thing now worse without RSN CODE, CAN'T EVEN USE THE CODE WHEN I DIDN'T GET TO FINISH SETTING UP MY PROFILE........, WORSE BANK APP/ WEBSITE.....

I need a token to do a transaction on MY MOBILE app INSTEAD of when the card is TAP, which anyone can find the card and tap and go, but it doesn't MAKE NO SENSE. Also, for some strange reason, the rsv didn't save the registration info, so now I don't even have access to the stupid token.

So I just got my account and was try to setup my online banking account on the app and when I'm trying g to setup the ras authenticator app for my token it's keeps saying " we have encountered an error . We apologize for any inconvenience while we fix this " I deleted n reinstalled . I cleared all data and tried again and still no luck so 😕 that really didn't do it for me and needs to be dealt with . So now my personal information is on the app for login and I can't even use it.

very efficient, I easily transfer funds across all my accounts, pay my bills, and add credit. it is a very reliable app, and easy to use. I instantly get an email whenever I use my card for any purchases, I love it

I really didnt have much problem with the app until a year ago. Now it doesn't even sign me in anymore. It's sad because it should be an easy way to login but it's not working now.

This app too frequently is down and you do not have access to your accounts. You guys are sending out emails almost every week saying how your upgrading your systems, yet this app constantly has issues. This is ridiculous!

Since the latest update, the app has frequently been having issues with signing me in. I can't even do a quick transfer anymore, I have to log in on my computer to do so, which takes up time. For now, it's a 2 star at best.

Experience was okay, but there's a problem with your "SESSION ENDING SOON " that reminder should not come on while you're actively using the App. It should come on when there's no actively for a while, maybe 30 seconds are so give are take . This App., seems as if it is time for a certain amount of time so if you are doing multiple transactions it just comes on a set ⏲️ time. Fix this problem l give 4 🌟 for the App., and (0 0) zeros for the time out session.

Love this app! This an actual app and not a shortcut to the mobile website like the Scotia Bank Caribbean so called "app". This app is fluid, fast response and easy to use. The user interface is very friendly. I love how I can track my balance and it's very easy to understand the transaction history. Makes me want to switch from Scotia Bank. 5 STARS for this app. The only downside for me is that I can't transfer to " other" banks with the app. I have to log into the website to do so.

I wish I was able to give something less than a 1star! This is the worse app ever! If I attempt logging in my account 10 times, 9/10 it's telling me they've "encountered a problem" and I should "wait while they try to fix it." Seriously, people need access to their account details on the go and is sometimes in a spot where they need to transfer cash, check for payments, or pay bills immediately! This is just a total waste of people's time. This is really way too unreliable! Smh.

Trying to sign onto this app has become rather irksome. I have been trying for a month now and it keeps saying "we've encountered an error. Sorry for the inconvenience while we fix this," something along that line. Additional, it stated that app maintenance will be taking place between certain hours. One would thought that this "maintenance" wouldn't resolved the problem but clearly it has not. Kindly take a look into this because it's getting ridiculous now. Thank you, God bless!!!!!!!

I've been banking with Ncb for more than a year. The app is good (IF) you are checking your balance, or transferring to other Ncb accounts. Bad: The live chat option is horrible. Don't use it if you have an issue, the system never connects you to a agent. So just call or if you don't mind waiting for a hr to be seen just go inside a branch. Also, becareful using the top up, I've experienced sending credit and the credit never went through but still charged my account. Hope this was helpful
