It only half works not sure if it's because of the app or the box at the jail but calls can be hard to hear and have a loud buzzing sound to them and then when the visit starts a good potion of the visits we paid for up to 2 minutes of a white screen because it wouldn't show up on like 9 different occasions other than that and then taking forever to approve pictures it was ok wish it had more options like jailatm

Do I have to give one star? This app is the biggest waste of money, time and patience. The scheduling of a video visit times out before the inmate can accept it most of the time. Then you can't even blink or turn your head slightly while trying to fit your face in a small ridiculous box on the screen, otherwise it blanks out so you can't even see who your trying to visit. Messaging, you have to pay to view a message sent to you and pay to reply. 200 characters for 25 cents. Phone calls seem ok.

This app is absolutely TERRIBLE. Half the time its saying verify a billing acct. Can't text. Can't send a video. Kicks you out while trying to video call. Can't see the other persons face when you actually do connect. Its TERRIBLE! It needs to be fixed asap.

It says my camera is unable to record a video to send. I was able to send videos a few weeks ago from time to time but now nothing .. I don't know if it the app or if I have to much stuff on my phone.. but please fix the issue

The most aggravating, difficult, and most stupid app I've ever encountered in 15 yrs. of dealing with cell phones apps. Good luck on any help from NCIC people. I've come so close to throwing my phone at the wall , I'd soon throw it at NCIC customer service but minus the service. I still can't schedule a video visit with my loved one, my son. Today the NCIC service person implied everything the app wasn't doing for me is my phone's fault. My phone is only 2 wks.old. I just cried.

This app or even the website are not good. I refuse to find the account anymore. We try to have video visit but half the time the signal is so bad. I can't hear him but every few words and see him maybe 4 times on the video during the whole call. We spend more time him trying to get signal going in and out of the call. It's ridiculous. I miss the getting out app or securus actual app.

I added money for messaging and it still makes the other party pay for messages. And it doesn't even use the money I put on messaging

What is wrong with this app? I have not opened it or used it for about a week. Before then, it worked fine for the last 3 months. Now, it will not open even after uninstalling it and reinstalling it.

Have not been able to see image for other person during videocall since the update happened. It was fine before and I could see them and they could see me. But since update happened they cannot see me. Please fix...

It closes out alot when im in the middle of sending a message and I have to re login 3 or 4 times sometimes before it let's me message someone but not always. But alot. Otherwise its fine.

I downloaded the app and i am having issues in logging in through the App . So far i been going through the text message i recieved to add funds to recieve phone calls or messages. I am currently still trying to log in through the app i even put forgot password its not taking my new password that i am trying to change too.

I hardly ever receive notifications and I have to clear out the app to even see new messages. I put money on there and I can message but not receive calls. As much money as everything costs, the app shouldnt have all these issues.

Like the new layout/color scheme. I haven't had any issues opening the app since update (mine automatically updated). The issue I'm now having since the latest update is that I no longer receive a notification when a message is sent to me. Update 3/14/2023 Issue with no notifications was fixed, but since that fix now unable to send short videos. Says that my camera isn't working, but can take/send pictures all day long....grr

Edit** Thank you for having an update in the works. I can't wait to see the improvements. Keep up the good work. A lot of updates are needed. Its very buggy. Logging in is a huge hassle. And during video visits the camera is horrible and the inmates have a hard time seeing us. Its $6.00 per call and it's constantly messing up even if there is a perfect network or WiFi connection. Please do something about this.

Terrible experience since the recent update... it's updated twice in the past week. Last night I couldn't even access the video call thru the app or thru the actual website on a computer. Today, just now we had another visit this time the video pops up and you can only see like 3/4 of theirs and mine face! Makes me not want to pay for it at all now. On top of that the video showing part of our face constantly moves around. So frustrating.

Video calls can be extremely frustrating, the box attempts to follow your face and blur out the background (which i understand why) but even with the slightest twitch the video dissappears until you hold completely still. Messaging works well. Sending a video came out distorted. Basically- messaging and sending pics works most of the time(updates can make the app glitch or ask to verify billing account) extremely helpful tool to stay in touch w/loved ones but needs some work to get 5 stars.
