I have been using this app for 7/8 years since Groupon. Its been an amazing experience and really worth the Money. I have used so many deals with very discounted prices & have enjoyed with family and friends Great Customer services Experience. Definitely should give it a try. They also have a discounted coupon which gives you an instant discount.

They don't refund the amount when you cancel the voucher... they are fraud they don't even respond properly and when I called the customer care instead of them checking out the status with the bank they asked me to find out with the bank... I just hate this app it's a complete waste of time even the salon people don't pick up the calls

I had bought Smaash coupons from their website, they had mentioned a 100% refund for cancellations. When I wished to cancel them , there was no option available to do so. I had also bought two Asia Kitchen coupons. I ended up using only one. But on their website it shows that i have used them both. I am avid user of this website, but such incidents have really disappointed me. the costumer care number is also not valid.

I could have given 5 star 1-2 yrs back, but not anymore. Earlier they used to be very customer friendly & excellent cust service. Since their merger with Little app, they have got sneaky way of expiring d nearbuy credit. 1) Earlier they used to send warning that ur nearbuy credit is going expire & used to suggest for using it asap. Now they have stopped it. I have lost 1500- 2000 credits because of this. These small things use to matter the customer in making them happy.

Won't talk about the service. Just the app in general. Few hours ago, app force stopped and wouldn't load again while using the mobile data connection. Nothing's wrong with the data connection, each and everything else is working just fine. The app loads on WiFi though. Tried clearing storage, uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, nothing worked.

its a fraud app... they show so many deals... but when I'm trying to purchase that deal it's not working... even after completing the payment it's showing something went wrong.... and I had done the payment twice.... and the both tym it showed me something went wrong... if we can't grab the deal then why you guys are showing... and even to contact with their agent is also impossible

they advertise, no obligations, cancel anytime. bought pizzahut coupon, trying to cancel, but, i can't. unfortunately, there's no option to extend validity, atleast. here, in their response, they asked to contact through email.. mail sent once again.. same nonsense they responded. if they can't revert back, what for they asked me here, to contact through email??????????

I had been using the app for a while, with no major issues and was quite happy with it, but now, I am facing an issue with a voucher but somehow, the customer service is impossible to reach, I have tried calling them, the phones are apparently out of service, I have written an email with no response either. I am very confused and disappointed.

I had made a purchase on the app and when I reached the restaurant I found out that the same had closed 2 months ago. After that I cancelled my order and found out that they deducted rs 20. It's not a big amount but still it was there issue that they had updated incorrect deal. Also, I went 20 km only to find out they had incorrect deal updated.

I booked for salon services firstly that salon rejected to give services saying they are shifting which is not at all my problem. Secondly when I asked nearbuy to return my money back so that I can book other services the reply was very unprofessional, rude and indifferent. She showed no interest in resolving the issue promptly, she just cancelled my coupon which I could have done myself through app only. Worst service ever Better to go for urbanclap Or yes madam

Not a great experience. The app needs a lot of work when compared to other modern day app. For example, edit cart option is not there thus if I added an item mistakenly then I need to find that option in the browsing and then remove it. Interface can be much more easier to eyes as when opening the app at first you see too many things which makes it difficult to look at all options. This should be more narrow browsing and work like a better flow chart.

After updating the app, the app does not open. Even after having the internet working, the app shows 'No Internet Connection'. I am getting the same message on other phones even after re-installing the app. Now because of this, I am not able to use my coupons. Very bad app. Update after a week! After trying continuously for a week, I am not able to open the app. Most pathetic app.

it was a pretty bad first experience. booked a couple of movie tickets. money was debited from my account but the transaction failed. i have been trying to contact their customer care executives but no reply. their contact number doesn't work and i have neither received a reply via email or the in app customer care chat. very poor service. please do be more available to the customer.

There's a glitch on their app wherein even an old used coupon comes in the active page. Now, nobody can keep a track of how many coupons they've used and will obviously use one which is in the active section. The same happened with me, and once the merchant couldn't redeem the coupon - I went ahead and called support and had a word with 'Mohit Saini'. He said he realised the glitch and the problem but couldn't do anything to help us and that we're on our own. Horrible app, horrible experience.

I am a regular user of the app and the gift cards category comes to my rescue with great cashback deals. I also like the new stories section, that is some curated info, nice to browse. But my concern is with the notifications, the last 2 weeks I have been receiving notifications without personalisation tags. This can be overlooked once, not everytime. It hampers the user experience. Also if you can have a cap on the frequency or some gap between the notifications, that would help.

Worst app!!!! Always white screen issue. Tried reinstalling, but at otp screen, it always displays no internet connection whereas I'm connected on a high speed internet connection. Tried it both ways via wifi as well as 5g mobile data. App still stuck at white screen. What a waste of time!! Why is there an app when nobody at the app admin is bothering to maintain its running conditions!! @Google please remove this app as its always not in working state!!😡😡😡

When I started using the App I find it more comfortable to get credits on every purchase.But after the discount coupon code kicks in I don't like to buy anything anymore using coupons. NBpay is good option but not accepted widely and people aren't aware of this at restaurants. If It's mendatory to transact more time to get coupons I will uninstall it soon. Deals are good all that I like in this app.

Very bad service, and the application itself. I booked a coupon, got the confirmation. While I was at the vendor, and was trying to make the purchase the coupon got cancelled. Called in support to see if they can help me reactivate it again, they said they can't do it. The coupon was available only in certain time slots, and despite being in the slot I was unable to get it again. First and Last time I used the app, going to uninstall it.

Initially when this groupon it was way better and the offers were very good. Now after becoming nearbuy to a certain extent it was reduced in 2018. Now they have become so greedy and started charging convenience fees for payment options. in-spite of buying the vouchers, we are expected to pay a convenience fees too. This is really not good. Nowadays there are not many coupons too given out. I suggest people to look for other options like Zomato or Dineout which gives much better options and cheaper than the vouchers we purchase here. I think many people fail to notice these changes and loosing their money.

Had a very poor experience. Booked an appointment through the app. Once I got there after spending all the travel time, I was told no staff was not available. The staff was not sorry for this confusion and had no accountability. No communication from the app to us either. Horrible experience that I request anyone else to avoid if they can.
