Beyond useless! Can't sign up as the stupid verification challenge of selecting images just keeps cycling through hundreds of images.. Select the fire hydrant photos.. Select the cross walks.. Select the bikes... Select a different app and barber! Businesses that signed up for this joker of an app should seek compensation for lost revenue.

App is OK however it would be good if it could provide push notifications for cancellation watch. I always receive the text more than 5 minutes after the appointment has been cancelled and it's already been rebooked by the time k get on the app. VERY frustrating.

Ok when it works but it's often glitchy. I often that the app hasn't been put into sleep/deep sleep mode by Samsung& m] prior to use and that I'm using the latest app version issues remain the same. The app will usually take me to my barbers pricing list page without issue but once I select my option the app can shut down multiple times. If I can get to the availability pages and click on a day/time I can get sent back 1 or 2 pages. Multiple times. App had wrong cancellation info for barber too.

Cannot sign up... When you try to confirm you're not a robot you're presented with a never ending game of click the box with the picture in it. Then when you try to report the bug it just brings you back to the "homepage".

Easy to use, just needs minor enhancement. Would be 5* if the time required for an appointment was imported into the schedule. At present it let's you try and push a 20 min job into a 10 minute slot. However, it doesn't error, just fails silently.

Installed Nearcut, opened it - searched and found my local barbers, started booking my barber - then it asked me to register. At this it got weird: the link from the confirmation email (asking you to confirm your email address) opens up the Coinbase app! What the hell is that all about?! Think your app has been hijacked / hacked?

This app is easy to use. It's also very convenient - much better than going to the barber's without an appointment and finding there are 6 people in the queue I'm 78 and if I find it easy, you youngsters are sure to - and at my age, I don't have a lot of time left for queuing! 😁

Love Nearcut. Have been using them for my Barber shop since coming out of COVID. Their customer service is bang on. The customers love it and it's so easy to use. It takes all the hard work away by reducing the phone calls you have, leaving you to concentrate on your clients in the shop. It also has lots of added features such as the feedback feature which can used to generate new business when advertising. Wouldn't go anywhere else

I've been using this app since the requirements post CV Lockdown, and continue to use it, even though I could just rock up to the barbers! Initial review: Really convenient way of booking a haircut. Easier than calling and you don't risk having to queue by turning up on spec.

Great app and has done something I wish was done a lot sooner. I wish you didn't have to sign up for each individual barber though as when you just want to check availability at multiple it gets tedious, also pressing back will close the app instead of taking you back to the search results.

Unusable. Make sure you've plenty of time when looking for your haircut options because this app will take forever to achieve its purpose. Needing to register for each individual hairdresser to gleven view the times is horrendous. When pressing the back button at almost any stage it will knock you out of your barber selection and right back to the main menu, requiring login all over again. Terrible app.

The first page searching for location doesn't work? Can't find my current location by gps...there's no button and it doesn't do it automatically. Type in my address or postcode and neither work. I need to type local landmarks? Or town centre names? Selected a barber and it just opened their website within the app and won't let me back to the list again? I don't understand the point of this app. It's just a website with poor UI

Once you select a barber you are locked in. I've tired multiple times to see if the user interface will let me back out to the list of barbers near me, but instead it takes me back to my phone's home screen. From there, if I fully close the app and reopen it, it remembers my last barber. Really annoying, because it's stopping me from shopping around and comparing prices/available bookings.

Still having problems signing in on correct details. Used this app for a few years now decent app easy for bookings. The only thing is when you get logged out you put correct details in and nothing comes up so you have to sign up again I've signed up like 6 times already!!!! My barber uses there own site so I'll be deleting this app just too much hassle!!!!

Wanted to find a haircut nearby, so downloaded the app, picked a barbers, set up an account, that barber had no availability. Went to look at the next barber on the list, went to look at availability and asked me to login. Apparently you have to have a separate account for every barbers on the App!!?? How ridiculous is that? Thought the whole point of the app was to make things easier? I'm not setting up numerous accounts until I find one with availability. Waste of my time.

Cracking app, it's so easy to book appointments, just select your establishment, then your chopper of choice, finally a time slot that suits you - done. You can choose to have automatic email reminders and google calendar entries. It's great to be able to see all of your previous and future appointments in one place. The ability to search for hairdressers/barbours in your area, that use the Nearcut app service is also very useful. top app 👍🏻
