I tried the free trial of the Nebula app. It is pretty straight forward. There are some interesting articles relating tarot/psychic/birth chart readings to various life aspects. A lot of focus on relationships. The credit system is confusing. The chat rooms are a joke, and need focus and moderators. Desperately. I was given a list of suggested psychics. I didn't feel drawn to any of them, but found one list. We've had a brief chat, and I plan on consulting with him again soon. Overall, a fun exp

Pretty lacking. There are other apps with more comprehensive charts. I thought the social feature on this app would be a plus, only to find it's nothing but people trying to sell their $10/minute readings. Cant even change my profile picture. Tons of pop up ads on the app itself, and the pricing seems steep. Lots of other reviews stating problems canceling subscriptions, I didnt try subscribing tho. This one is a no-go for me, uninstalling.

So many ads it's ridiculous. I wouldn't mind watching one but they just keep playing and never take me back to the screen I selected. 🤪 Uninstalling. Responding to developer response: I understand you need to pay your staff. The issue is with the number of ads served up at one time and once watched, it is far too challenging to get back to the information I was looking for. Look at it from a user perspective and adjust. I think you'll see more satisfied users and improved ratings as a result.

I'm honestly a little biased in my rating since I don't live my life according to horoscopes. I find them over generic and easily applicable to anyone. However, I do think they can be fun sometimes. I like the layout and app design as it's very cute. I opted not to buy the premium version so the ads are insane. Everytime you click something else, there's an ad. There are definitely better apps out there for cheaper or free if this is something you're really invested in.

Received a link for the app after purchasing a report from the website. I'm now being charged a subscription fee, but can't find any way to cancel, since it's not showing up in Google Play as a subscription. I've now emailed two different addresses, one for general support and one for tech support. Still waiting for answers and receiving charges for the app.

It will make you watch the same add multiple times in order to read something and then does not open it or allow you to read it!!!!!! Fix this bug!!!!! Don't say will show after ad, make people watch the ad, and then do not show the thing. Very disappointing!!!! Can't afford the premium. but this bug is annoying and happens multiple times. Is tempting me to delete. The ad will complete and finish, and then before showing the thing reopens the add and replays it. Multiple times!!! Not cool.

only one star because the ads are insanely long. and they are a process to skip. actually you can't even skip and you have to hit the exit button like 4 times to get back to the app. the app isn't extraordinary enough to feel like doing all that. **For the record, it's been a couple of weeks now and I have not deleted the app. I do find myself checking it on a daily basis, despite the ads that I felt were too much to deal with. Still too many ads but worth it I suppose.

I signed up for a report via an ad in IG and I did receive. I was emailed that I was signed up for a premium account in the app and that I didn't have to pay anything further. However, a week later, another $9.99 charge appeared from my account. The information given vs what actually happens is very misleading. I just sent an email to cancel, but based on other reviews of not receiving a response, I canceled the automatic payment within PayPal. [Update: They have canceled subscription.]

I'm giving this app 1 star. I signed up for the 3 day trial, but forgot to cancel it in time. So, I got charged the weekly fee after the 3 days, and canceled it right after. I was just gonna eat the cost of my mistake, but I found out that canceling the subscription cuts off the features you get from it right away. That's NOT okay, because if I'm charged for the week, I should be able to allowed to use the premium features for the rest of that week.

Used to love this app but I can't even get my daily horoscope to show up any more for the last few months it says there's an error and to retry, to no avail. The features like compatibility where you had to watch an ad to see, I watch the ad and then it takes me to compatibility but all the text is covered up....basically the app is completely non-functioning unless you pay I'm guessing.

Paid for trial. Then said if I downloaded the app I would receive 100 free credits to chat, so I downloaded it and still have not received the credits. Very disappointing and false advertising. UPDATE: Issue was addressed and fixed. Only thing is that when you are chatting the advisors frequently become BUSY in the middle of the chat and then you get charged credits. Other than that, it's a fairly good app and the advisors are very good.

If you like ads for their advisors...you're in the right place. Constantly, no matter what, pushing the advisors on you. The content seemed okay, and I was going to pay for the year, but every single day I got a solicitation. And that was on my free trial! You have to pay for that separately, and I had no interest at all. Shouldn't be paying for an app for them to be spamming you with ads...for themselves.

Rip off! Paid for $5 trial but couldn't get it to cancel. Re-downloaded app. Cancel button kept landing me on random sites. No way to cancel & got charged $19.99 for non-working app. Finally found an email; response came from graphics dept. They sent email with billing dept info. That email address never responded but account showed no active subscription. 3 more tries, nothing to indicate subscription existed. Charged another $19.99. Total scam

I cancelled my subscription after my weekly $20 charge and they turned off my subscription even though it was paid. This has happened 2x now. When I emailed them they didn't refund or give me the access I paid for. It's a shame their business practice is deceitful. I've paid $40 for 2 weeks of subscription without the benefits of that subscription because I wanted to cancel before they charged me for the next week subscription. *I've already emailed multiple times.*

All info requires a premium subscription. Its a very well-made app, but unfortunately, I don't have the financial stability to just buy into a subscription like that. It would've been nice to get a general horoscope for free, but a much more personalized/ detailed one for their premium price. However, you do a compatibility test and all the answers are blurred out put unless you pay. No thanks ❌ I'll stick with doing my own tarot readings

Way too expensive. The premium features don't offer very much past the free version to make it worth the price, that jumps by a landslide depending on payment frequency. On top of being almost $30/ month. It's about $10 worth of credits(which you pay for on top of the subscription) anyways, $10 gets you about 2 minutes with a psychic. Overcharged af

Update: I've taken the star rating down one, as the response to them sending me the WRONG compatibility chart was to update my app (which is already fully up to date) and that real people wrote the compatibility chart. That doesn't fix the issue now does it?!?! I'd love to give this a better rating, but I was sent the wrong compatibility chart. The information would have been great if they'd gotten my partner's information correct.

Trash. I joined because of a free palm reading ad, but it's not allowing me to access the reading without subscribing, which I had done. Canceling and uninstalling immediately. Edit - I had canceled my trial immediately due to how convoluted the app is. Only it seems it didn't cancel, and the website and app are both erroring out when I try to log in. Don't get this app. Don't. Complete scam.

I saw an ad about finding your witch type based on the 8th house,but there was no witch reading&I couldn't view my houses, even after watching 3 ads.There was an offer of a$1 palm reading. After buying the reading it took me through tons of pages trying to up-sell other offers. Due to my payment info already being entered &the hard to find skip button I accidentally purchased one. In the end the only way to get my reading was to make ANOTHER payment to a reader. Nope! Free apps do much better!

this app used to be good but now everything is behind a paywall and you can barely use it. it will tell you you can watch ads for certain things to unlock but then when it finishes the ads it's still not visible unless you get a subscription. Such a shame too because I've used this app for years but now I barely touch it because it's not worth it anymore.
