Experience is ok. On transactions I would appreciate the use of appropriate input field types so the keyboard automatically switches to numbers when entering an amount for example.

I am so pissed off right now the call center is off no use. I downloaded the app but having troubles with logging in n they tell me I shouldn't use wifi but data n I used data but still its the same story I so irritated I will not even care to rate this.

Looks like it has been developed on a typewriter! The app might be functional, but I recon zero points for creativity and maybe 1/10 for user friendliness. Come on Nedbank, surely you can afford an IT man with some vision?

I only use this app to check funds daily. For the past week I just cannot log in. I uninstalled and downloaded again and changed password etc. But nothing. so frustrating and absolutely useless app.

So the only reason I downloaded this app was to get insurance quotes, specifically car insurance, but that part of the app is not working(as does the page on their website). Wanted to get car finance and car insurance at the same place, but I guess Nedbank is out. Time to look alsewhere...

Pls could the option to delink and relink profile be greyed out and perhaps make it a slider to activate the feature. I feel that this feature is very sensitive and needs to be active upon a set up if one particually wants the feature active. Pls consider this in next update on Mobile Money App.

The WORST BANKING app ! It just takes up space in my phone. You make a payment or buy something it processes the day after. Going to buy airtime at the grocery store in a month end queue is faster than this trash app. We don't pay app charges for an half baked app.

Terrible eish had an old app needed to update but this is not happening since yesterday from the branch.Sanele Msimang tried it on several occasions and the same thing that is happening now and last night still. Now am helpless,had to do my notice manually after an hour and still now am helpless,this is not on honestly.I lost my case If the client coach can't do it who am I?

All reviews here are referred to contact some department. Nedbank, listen to us, this app needs improvement FAST! Be proactive, pick up the phone & call these clients who experience problems instead of referring them on, that's frustrating & poor customer interaction!

Not even worth the effort to waste your time to install. When Googled it said this app can be used for claims too... After searching for any function that works it also becomes clear that it can't do that either. Only thing this app might be useful for is finding a Nedbank related generic phone number... bit that's what Google is for

I was informed I needed to reinstall the app. I deleted, and now I cannot download the new version. Staff at the bank say it is a phone problem. Why would I be given the message if the download is not immediately available? Why not have a press this button to update your app, instead of delete and reinstall? This has been ongoing now for about two weeks. Help!!

My app does not seem to work anymore. if I open the app, after a few seconds a prompt comes up saying action could not be performed, please try again later. But I haven't pressed anything. Could you please help with this issue

This is not acceptable, a all workable app which is fundamental in me running my day to day banking for my business have just gone nuts in the last 2 weeks. I already reinstalled it 3 times only to work 2 log ins and then go offline again. Doesn't want to connect and constantly showing time or errors. Please fix up your mess.

I prefer this to the money app because you can check all your balances on one page, no wasting time swiping through all your different accounts... It really sucks that you are forcing your loyal clients to switch to a new less user-friendly app, no matter how funky it looks...

Been using this app found it very functional. How every recently it say it can't connect to the server. Removed and reinstalled as told by need bank. Still not working . Installed nedbank money app worked for a good 3 month now just says stop working report error been stuck for a month have now physically have go to the bank to sleep payments. email for support still no response (The norm). In the process of going to FNB

It works OK for authorising payments on the go in our business, but since last Friday it does not want to login and tells me it timed out. I tried it on different data connections but nothing works. other issue is that I cant see all my accounts on the app.

Most frustrating experience on the Nedbank app. I bought airtime on the app, they deducted my money but never loaded the airtime. I went into the branch,referred to tha call and was told we'll escalate. They've been escalating for three weeks now. Seems I just have to accept my money is gone. So irritated.

A frustrating business app. Gives list of buttons to execute a function but if "Show list" button isn't selected first the damn thing loses the transaction. There's no provision to load an epayment however there's provision to approve it. The < button on the top of the screen logs you out immediately although one expects to go back to previous screen. The logout option asks to confirm log out which is industry norm. Nedbank needs to study their competitors to learn smarter ways to do things

Good morning It is rather incredible that you can pay your utility bill on the app, where as majority of the other institutions do not offer this service. It is very easy to utilize this app, and do note your enhancements have been profound absolutely a pleasure to optimize.

This is the LEAST user friendly banking app I've had to use. When paying someone with a different Bank, I get so frustrated, trying to figure out whether to put in my details or those of the beneficiary. The distinction is frustratingly vague. Try opening a Standard or First National Bank account, register for online banking. Compare the experience of using those apps with that of using the nedbank app.
