The after service is realy poor. Now with the new OTP installed, you wait hours to get otp. Cant even just ewallet someone quickly, because the otp dont arrive on sms.. 1 star is even to much. Please rectify.

Perfect experience. I was wondering when Swazi Mobile will be added on the app so we can be able to buy airtime online other than withdrawing or swiping.

I have reinstalled the App twice now and it keeps crashing after a few minutes. Thus started after the recent update

Since last update this app keeps on crashing. When trying to open, it crashes and closes. Please fix the issue. Using Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra

Just as I expected. But the app must be upgraded so we can easily buy Swazi Mobile airtime and also have quick loans function so I don't have to go to the bank for paper work

Been trying to download the App the whole of 2 days with no success. Even went to the bank for help, WE ALL FAILED! Im really frustrated!!!

This app is helpful but sometimes it gives problems when it says something went wrong. It keeps on saying that when you try to login and delays you when you want to transact.

Was working fine until the start of the week, from then the app keeps crashing, saying failed to connect to server. Beware when you download this app.

Very useful and efficient. Nevertheless, improvement on overall speed when doing transactions would be appreciated.

It is a good app. However very slow. And processes transactions late which if u rush , may duplicate and send twice . So be patient

I am unable to login. After setting up, the following message appears when I try to login: "An error occurred processing the request. Please try again later." I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled several times but its the same.

This is truly a useless app, i constantly get error messages when logging in, it times out with an error message when busy with a transaction...the previous app was far more stable and user friendly.

App keeps crashing - after the last update the app is essentially useless. As someone who works remotely being able to do banking through the app was very beneficial.

It's a very good app, easy to use. The payment to Mobile(NEDBANK SEND MONEY) feature is really helpful. Can you please add an option to buy ESWATINI MOBILE AIRTIME , we really need it.

The app is good but it keeps on blocking our pin says it's wrong while you use the correct one even the password as well Its so frustrating to us as staff so what about the clients and they say it's free but mine I still use data or wifi to open it please check it

Although I absolutely love the convenience of the app, for the past 2 weeks, the app is consistantly failing to launch. Then i need to uninstall and reinstall to be able to use it. Thos is also the only app on my device giving me issues.

The app keeps logging me out of it , this is the second time this year and I live abroad ( I'm a student) so I have to travel each time I want to them to reset my details , I'm entering the correct information but it doesn't want , it's honestly frustrating , I'm in the middle of th semester and so I cannot travel to reset my details , I don't even know what my balance is , I cannot send money , ow my goshhh , please do something , so annoying, if I had the option I'd give no starts at all

Frustrated and disappointed. I have always been happy with this app until the last 2 updates. It doesn't open after updating and keeps crashing. On the last update in August I was forced to uninstall and reinstall again for it to work. After the update yesterday, it keeps crashing again and I can't even be bothered to uninstall and reinstall again.
