Please mirae. This apps rating is going down. "Request version" prevent us from login, then lately "cannot access network" whilst all my other apps work well. I am an old user since 2018 hots was never been this problematic

OMG, why auto order is so damn hard to access and execute during opening hours around 09:00-09:30 AM? I have log out, log in, log out, log in for more than 6 times but still does not work. Lately the apps is so damn lag. Please improve, make me miss more than twice to make profit opportunities.

Bought and place price in advance before trading session and didn't get confirmation that the stock has been bought, status of stock that has been bought doesn't change from 'amended' to 'done'. There's only pop up notification to show that stock has been purchased. Refresh button seems lagging during trading session...

After installing android 10, the bottom screen has been cut off. We need those shortcut buttons because its very annoying to navigate without it. Takes more time using the main button. PLEASE FIX IT ASAP!

Apps sometimes very lag and slow.. Hopefully Mirae can give a fiture Stock Alert or stock alarm in android version.. So if the price up or down to a point that we set, the apps can send us notifications to our phone..

i would give 5☆ if only pin and password entered once. Too many times to enter. Everytime just to check portfolio, trade list, etc must enter pin n pwd. When urgent to amend the price, always too late because need to enter the pin and password. So troublesome. 🤪

slow, need to relogin everytime open the app, sometimes a sudden frezee & force to exit. I'm not comfortable using it for trading, what's worse, customer service is difficult to contact, I asked through official whatsapp, just getting answer to email the problem. consider to move to others securities

1. Usually the auto order expires for 1 month, after update it only allows 7 days, come on Mirae !!! 2. While market open and the price Gap Down below my auto sell, it skip selling (the trailing stops s*cks) !!! 3. Often stuck in the loading screen for so long... QUICKLY FIX THIS MIRAE !!!

UPDATE: latest version cannot login. Avoid Mirae Sekuritas if you need to trade from your mobile ‼️ Contact permission requires to "find accounts on the device". This app requires username, password and pin, so access to contact is highly suspicious. Pls respect user privacy and stop accessing and collecting names and emails in our phone books. I stop using the app now, using PC version only. Keep this up, I'll change my broker.

Can not open the apps after the latest update (28 april 2020). I have try delete data and cache, uninstall, reboot, and then install it again. But, it's still not working with the latest update. I'm using Huawei Mate 20 pro. Thanks for the response. Edited : it's working fine after the latest update

BAD SECURITY. I got a message that my account was automatically logged off because there's double login. Emailed their customer service, and they "explain" that it's because I logged in via the app and website, when I didn't even know that I can access this damn thing via website, also kindly informed me that then I shouldn't give my password to others. HELLOOO, I LOGGED A COMPLAINT BECAUSE I DIDN'T LOGGED IN IN OTHER DEVICES AND NEVER GAVE MY PASSWORD AWAY! Terrible security and cust. service!

The visual on this app is great and easy to use, BUT the app is overwhelmingly LAGGY, ESPECIALLY PC VERSION. As a trader, laggy app during market peak is the top turn off. Such a shame reputation as a broker with highest txn value. Would definitely consider to move balance to other broker if the app is not getting better.

Before using android 10, everything was alright. After the OS update I can no longer use the menu at the button. It's behind the bar. And I can't change the full screen optimization because your app didn't allow me to do so. Please fix it.

After upgrade the latest, apps is very slow. Sometimes we need to press other menu and come back again, then the display appear. Switching other apps also make the apps reconnecting and takes a long time. Previous version .14 is the best.

The customer service is the worst. I try to reset my pin numbers and waiting for confirmation call to identify. It started from 5 febuary waiting for a phone call and hasnt receive yet. The agent and customer service can't work properly to make an easier and faster methods. I quiet dissapointed from mirae asset, been using it for 3 years and what a let down. I hope they see this and want to change. I'm also not used to criticise an app but it's the truth and people need to know.

I'm using MI9 as the device to run this app, but no screen scale match, I can't tap the fast order and others at the bottom because it's hidden and no settings can adjust the screen scale, would you help me doing transaction by fixing it? Thank you

I am disappointed in this app. I am regular user who used this app for more than 3 years. But lately, the server respond is very slow, I have to wait for a long time. I lost my momentum to trade some stocks. And also when the screen goes off, the app become crash. I have to slow login again! Please improve the performance or I use other app.
