Its going on 2 weeks and my referrals and I still haven't received our first 2 payouts. They said 3 business days in the email but I mean a week and a half is way more then 3 business days. It seems like a scam and/or a waste of time. I dont know what theyre gaining from it but ill update this if I ever receive a pay out.

if I could say no stars, I would. problem after problem after problem. I have been told my payout was 1 to 3 days after review, nothing. emailed them now OVER TEN TIMES, and not a single response. but they want to beg in emails to change our ratings to five stars, not without my money. I am not one of the lazy people muting the calls and doing nothing. I've done legit phone calls, every time. never had an issue until they wanted to update update update and beg for people to come back.

Don't waste your time with this app, I knew it was too good to be true, they want you to make phone calls and get your information! They will not pay out like they said that they would. Had $219 pending and they denied all my payouts and are refusing to pay! I will make sure that the Better Business Bureau knows that they are scamming us! This app should not be allowed to anyone! When you Email customer service they do not respond, but they always sending out group emails to everyone!

This app is a joke! A big scammer! Yes they completed your cash out but they turn it only cents! When you redeemed it from email, they will says the payment will be delayed! Next email you will receive is canceled payment! They just playing with you! They are scammer! Should remove them from play store and Apple store!

payout review says 1-3 business days but almost a week later still no payout. then they freeze the app so you cant check the status of anything. stuck waiting for emails and cant even get into the app to setup where my money withdraws to. honestly it used to be great but now its not even worth it.

I GOT PAID 17+ Dollars not enough to pay your bills but enough for the bigbacks that loves eating fast food everyday although it takes 3 business days for the money to be sent to you email and then you have to select a payment then the money will gone the next day so it's 4 days in total . I really enjoyed this app but the crashes and the pauses in the app need to get fixed ASAP because im so close to uninstall ing the app . EVERYTHING IN THIS PARAGRAPH IS THE TRUTH AND U GUYS KNOW IT.

this app is horrible. I knew it was a game changer in the beginning for extra income until they change everything. I worked hard getting referral for the little $10 then after I get my referral they change it to only $1. it's a total rip off and seems even worse now as I've been waiting for my withdrawal for over a freaking week now. at first I would've given thus app 5 stars until they changed a d expect you to do so many referral for $1 it's a waste of your time.

When first downloaded I had no issue. Now with the update my Neon is in pause ⏸️ this whole time and I have only received 2 payments out of the 3 I was waiting on and only received $4 for those two when the where over $10. When I contact support it always send an email so I send an email and get no response back and if I do its a generated response.

I seen the app being discussed on fb, so I decided to try it. its giving error messages and I can't make phone calls. also when you bring up the dial pad after u make a call it hides the key pad on the screen and only has mute, hold, and speaker. it needs to be fixed, bc its a waste of time if you can't make calls.

Seems like a cool app in theory. In reality, it's AWFUL. I made 4 calls. Only one was registered by the app. There was a constant beeping noise throughout each of my calls. The app also ended each call before I was finished-without me pressing any button. I didn't receive the $10 referral I was supposed to get. I "earned" .41 cents for the 4 calls, but could not cash it out. The minimum cash out is supposed to be 10 cents. I continuously received an error message while trying to cash out.

seems like the moment neon realized that people were willing to get paid for talking. the founder decided not to pay. The app has so many glitches. other callers connecting with your calls. phone screen blinking while on a call. call volume lowered, not being paid for calls, after sending referrals the other person wasn't seeing the link, the list is longer, I just don't have time to keep naming them. I've uninstalled the app.

I was referred by a friend, he did NOT get the referral payment promised to him, at the time, which was just a couple of weeks ago, the daily cap was $54, we had clear and genuine conversations with no attempts to cheat the app, we both cashed out every day for 3 days in a row. Just a day or two later the app was paused for both of use. About a week later, we each got paid $4 for each of the 3 days we spent talking on the app. Customer service refuses to pay what we were promised. It's a SCAM

scam! I haven't gotten paid in almost a month. my $10 referral got reduced to $1 without an explanation. I never got my other payouts. and my payouts from the 30¢/minute promotion were reduced yet again and still not paid out. I've tried reaching out to customer service several times and of course, the email comes back as denied. this app is a scam and they don't pay what they promise. they don't pay at all.

Horrible app that cuts payouts and takes a week or more to pay out. I cashed out 4 days in a row not exceeding the $30/day maximum at the time(now it's $50/day) One payment got cut down from $28 to $3 and some change, another payout was denied, and the very first cash out I did still has yet to be paid out. Customer support response time is as SLOW as a sloth. My best friend and I use the app DAILY because we talk a LOT! THIS app in particular is a JOKE!! I'll just go back to talking for free😒

my friend told me about this app, so I decided to try it. I put my phone number in, and then the verification number...i continuously get an error message. Apparently, this app is nothing but a huge time suck! These ppl either need to fix this junk or take it down and quit wasting people's valuable time with something that never works right... EVER! Thats false advertising, and I'm sure everyone has better things to do than keep trying to just get started or to get their money they are owed!

Update is horrible. The calls freeze up. I've made over 20 calls with the new update, and only 1 call registered. I sent the referral someone, and it wouldn't let him get back in the app, so he deleted the app. They changed the amount per minute from 10ç to 5ç. They also changed the referral fee from $10 to $1. This is horrible. I made over $50 with the original app.

app isn't even worth it anymore.. they'll deny payments for calls you made and talked the entire time, and they'll lower your payout for no reason. got 2 over $10 denied, and one changed from $26 to only 45 cents and can't for the life of me figure out why! and customer support never responds at all, and now payout emails have stopped coming through. was a great app when it first started, but after the "update" it's a waste of time.
