Awesome app and the UX is so friendly. In a daily rush helped me a lot with my withdrawals. Doesn't require too much space at the phone memory. A must app in you phone

When from a decent app to not sending me my confirmation. FL number just rings once or less the once. No SMS money inaccesible. Thank God for crypto.

Works if there are no communication problems. Must update if new version available. Web interface is insecure; reported problem but ignored.

I can't register, I'm still waiting for your reply on Instagram but nothing happens. I've been trying to register since the whole last week but I can't, it's such a great idea and it seems to be like a pretty good app but this issue is a bit of too much stressing and more when you really wanna try it.

Since the new update, the app is much slower and they shorten the name field character limit on the money transfer form. Some people or businesses have long names and the app won't allow to send if the name surpass the character limit of the name field. So lame and bad programming.

ID verification doesn't work. Then, it just blocks you out for 24 hours. Terrible service! PuntaPago is better.

This is a very frustrating, and super irritating, waste of time. The app does not function at all. You cannot register, and even when you have registered, and everything is "fine", you can't log on, ever. Then you are randomly started again on a new registration process, where the facial recognition either stalls, or takes 45 pictures, and never proceeds, or your ID card is accepted, and re-photographed 110 times, before you are taken somewhere else to start again. This is a financial service, and if they cannot handle this process efficiently, how in hell can they protect themselves, and clients, from hackers?? USELESS
