This is the worst app I have ever used. Period. I don't say that lightly. I also don't ever leave reviews for apps, I don't think I ever have, but I think the developers of this app need to know how horrible this app is. Sometimes it works, but mostly it doesn't. It takes ridiculous amounts of time for the app to decide if it wants to work or not, and wastes so much very valuable break time, or beginning/end of day time. And that's only when it works, which isn't all the time. Don't use it!!!

This app is beyond slow, just like every other single review states. Half the time it takes 10+ minutes to punch in due to the app taking forever to load. Half the time it just sits there on a white screen.

No way I will be entering my password several times a day to either clock in, clock out for lunch, clock in again and clock out for the day. That is not including The Times I want to see anything on my time sheet or payroll details. I wish they would allow for us to save the password rather than having to enter it over and over. Sometimes I am on the rush and having to do this is very time consuming! I'd rather open from Chrome than deal with this app which by the way times out very quick!

This app is literal hotdog water. For starters, it's really slow. It's constantly asking for my biometrics which is quite annoying. Constantly telling me I'm out of the geozone when I'm not and sometimes it doesn't even register that I've punched in or out.

Horrible, havent been able to use in almost a week. Blank screens, long load times, crashes. This app is complete trash. Unfortunately I have to use it for my job or else I wouldn't waste my time. Fix it.

This apps' reach far exceeds its grasp. Instead of trying to be everything to everyone it should just try to do one or two things right. Clunky at best and unreliable at its worst; two words that are the very antithesis of any apps' very purpose.

At first I liked this app because I could look at my timesheet and make sure that everything was right but now I can't even look at the old timesheets! I can't even click in or out! If this app has been fixed please show unless this is the improvement that you spoke about! Too bad there isn't a choice for 0 stars!

Fantastic Mobile Experience ... I used this as an employee, manager and administator and must say it is a slick app with full functionality as desktop where it really shines. Usually there are things you just cant do on the mobile and you have to be on your desktop for certain functions ... not this one. This has helped me tremendously be able to be more responsive on the go. Only issue I encountered is opening a pdf report does not work when I hit a generate and I have to use a workaround.

Worst app for punching in and out. I work at a dealer group, and they told us that this app is great for dealers. We used to have ADP. And that was wayyyyy better. So, back to punching in and out. There are multiple days in a row. Where I get to last screen before I can punch in and out and the app just sits there and spins. Good thing there is a website to go to. But that still is a hit or miss. You just never know. Screw this app and company.

My work just changed to this provider and it seems like a nightmare. My app goes into a loop and does not stop refreshing the page when i simply click anything. Deinstalling and reinstalling app shows no difference. Tried app also on multiple devices with no change.

Genuinely the worst app I've ever had to use. I have two dozen screenshots showing a confirmation that I clocked out on my.phone and somehow the punch is missing the next day. I really just have no words to accurately express how awful this app is. It barely loads on 5g networks, it barely functions at all, even connected to my work Wi-Fi network which is Geofenced to only function there. Unreal that you charge money for your service if this is the quality that's provided. Deserves 0 stars.

I like to use my fingerprint to open the app, but the option disappeared. I cannot find a way to add back the fingerprint option. Also, it doesn't always take your punch even though it says it does.

Been an employee using this app for the last year and I have to say there's more glitches and blank screens and issues with the geolocation than my previous clock in system. It works less than half the time and my manager has to change my time often. Not happy with my manager changing my time, nor the Netchex app. The web browser for a computer is more reliable.

EXTREMELY slow. It's taken me over twenty minutes on multiple occasions to clock in and out standing inside my work building. It's a pain to just check my schedule. On the rare occasion I don't get endless error loops and I can actually log in, the drop down menu to select my schedule is usually not working and will just drop down to an empty display. I would blame it on internet issues if I hadn't tried several times with and without wifi or location on.

The worst app I have used in my 5-6 years of doing Maintaince, I worked for 3 other companies, and this one hands down is the worst. Clocking in and out takes like 5 mins to open if it even opens. Constantly crashes, and I have to reopen the app just to make sure if I clocked in or out. Especially when having to work on call its a nightmare. I'm not sure how many hours I have lost due to this app not working properly.

Worst app I've ever used. My company makes employees use this. App is super slow and buggy. At times I can get to work 10 minutes early and by the time the app lets me clock in it looks like I'm 10 minutes late. Doesn't matter if using wifi or cellular connection. They should use a nicer looking loading screen animation since that's what you're going to be looking at most of the time.
