works well but it's can take up to an hour to hit your account. In an emergency it can be incredibly helpful.

Well it used to work fine, but lately I can't even logg on. What's the deal? Has been like this for a few weeks now and it's not everyone, because my coworkers don't have this problem. I can't even reset my password.... I depend on this app so I need a resolution ASAP!!!

Customer services terrible they frozen my account and I'm not able to pull my money out they tell me to wait until after the pay period is over so they can get their funds back then they took my funds out of my paycheck and still won't unfreeze my account I suggest you don't use the early access because they will not help you if things go bad terrible company terrible service one star across the board!!!!!

love the app and access but they changes how many withdrawals you can make in a pay period. it was unlimited but now it's only 4

this app is the worst I have been waiting for my 50 dollars for 7 days. so you have to pay the 3 to get it the same day or it is not worth it. and your weeks do not roll over. Daily Pay is so much better

Its been mostly a great app but recently ive had trouble with it....they didnt take enough money from my check the last time and now i cant access money for 2 weeks pretty much.....hopefully this dont happen again...

Unsatisfied with this company and if is wasn't for my job I would not be using them because for almost a freaking week, they refused to POST my wages. I had worked over 40 and now I just discovered that they only posted for ONE day. Ok then where are the other 6 days, especially when I worked over 16 hours for two? That's why I have reason to believe that they are scammers and they steal.

I've been labeled a developer since 2022 with an email I seem to keep having problems keeping control of it and something tells me that everybody better get together and figure out why that keeps happening to an autistic at risk adult I think that would be a good thing for everybody on this Sunday ?

I like this better than daily pay because it's only part of what you earn instead of the whole amount. this is nice bc I can still get money if I need it in an emergency, but then will still get money during my paycheck so I can pay my bills

It really helps when you find yourself in a bind with Bills or Personal reasons until you get paid . It's easy and fast and No fees.

I would give this more stars it works great until the one day when you really need your money and then it emails you tells you that you have a balance but whenever you open the app there is a zero balance even though you work the day before so even trying to reach out to someone you get told sorry we cant help you, butt check back we will update your account as soon as we hear something from your employer. What a let down, but thanks for saving me money I guess.

It's the little things. I have a part time job that uses this feature and I've grown to love it when I'm in a pinch until my next payday. I try not to over do it since that could lead to unwise spending, but it really does help on those days where you need an extra dollar or two. I have it connected to my part time company's money card and the funds arrived in less than a minute after I posted a withdrawal.

app is ok, it's delayed sometimes with updating my earnings & I even had to pay it back one time because it overpaid out. I didn't even know until the next cycle when it wouldn't let me cash out, I was disappointed with that process. overall, it is a good experience .

Constant issues, resets all the time, and will not take information that is my account information. Customer service is not good at all slow response time, I mean days before a reply is sent. Doesn't help at all. I contacted support and still no resolution on the issue of being disconnected from the app and not accepting the login information or the updated password.

An extremely convenient way to access funds early when you are in a financial bind. They give you the option to send your partial pay to a debt card for a small fee of $1.99, a bank account, [accessible in 5-7 business days], or the Skylight One Card with no fee and immediate access! My personal recommendation... use only when you have a definite need, or it can cause a cycle of always being short on payday.

I would have given this 5 stars as it's usually working fine and does awesome. However ever since the last update. It kicks me out before it opens, or it kicks me out after 2 seconds of finally getting access to it after 20+ tries. I don't know what y'all did to mess up this badly. I tried EVERYTHING when it comes to making sure the app works correct except for getting a new phone. Restart, uninstall, update etc etc still. Isn't working how it used to.

I absolutely love this app!!! It LITERALLY only took me less than five minutes to download the NetSpend App to my phone, register for the program and for them to link with my employer. I already have a NetSpend card account so I didn't have any additional fees to have the funds expedited to my card. The funds were literally on my card as soon as I looked on my account. IT was that easy! This is an excellent resource when you need funds quickly or between paydays without the huge interest rates!!
