I love Netspend, I love you get to talk to a Human when you call them, I love you get paid 2 days early, sometimes 3 days early. They are also very helpful, if you have problems and they won't stop until it's resolved. I've had Netspend since 2015. I'm sad to not be using them any longer as I retired and I'm on S.S. so I thought I had to get a Bank Account, but I possibly could have had Netspend, as there's Routing # and Account #. And you can Reload the card. Lots of extra features.

Scam, fradsyers, only had the card two days there system already froze my account because of their system error. Never do business with them, if you have to because of your work just do direct deposit instead, the customer service is incompetent, lazy, and have no idea on what they are doing.

It does what it's supposed to & more. This card if for a person with out an actual bank account. They give up to the second alerts about your account if you link it correctly to your phone & email. I did it through my job then I hooked it up better myself through my email & cash app. So far so good.

Told me to add my Google play card won't let me.... Also it has consistently charges me negative random amounts for declining transactions yet it doesn't seem to take the money when it's in there and continues to charge you when you no longer have fund because it doesn't register the transactions accurately... I'm my opinion

Skylight is a total rip off!! Every week when my money is deposited I cannot use my funds. I call the customer service and they tell me the card is active and the restrictions are lifted but I try the to use the card again for simple purchases, but yet unsuccessful again. I wouldn't advise anyone to use the skylight for direct deposit. They charge $25 for their overdraft fee and then $5 a day just after 24 hours. It's IMPOSSIBLE to speak to someone who has clearl English. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!

I have been using Netspend Skylight ONE for almost a year at my job.... I strongly dislike that it charges .75 cents for a denied transaction I had a total of 18 denied transaction over a long period of time.. I wrote customer service and the was a huge help. I had some fraudulent charges due to being hacked I contacted customer service and they were Johnny on the spot and have fixed every single issue that has come up. I really do strongly recommend this service.. You will not be disappointed!

I don't have any complaints. It works as intended and I use it almost everyday. My only gripe is; The Biometrics doesn't work. I've registered my fingerprint to login quicker, but it never does.

The new "me to me" transfer interface looks like a half done project. It is so under developed that I can't even verify my email or add an account because the pop up window is so poorly designed that it is impossible to do anything. For example the pop up window that is so suppose to let me verify my email, doesn't even fit the text. The entire interface is so poor that I can't even say it's broken because it was never even halfway done to begin with. Im more confused on how this update came out

Been using this card for months but I will change it now for they have stolen a Total of $345 in different transactions where money I sent was sent then taking out my account but was declined by the receiver but never put back on my account. I asked for a email showing where it was put back and it doesn't show, so I've called seven times on phone now with skylight as they keep putting me on hold and hanging up

The app was fine but then I started having issues with it recognizing my password. Couldn't view my acct online without resetting my password every darn time. Then it stopped taking the temporary password so now I'm just stuck. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it hoping it would work but NOT!! I'm frustrated, calling customer service hasnt helped.

Every time I log into the app (correct password & username), I get kicked off and told, "Your session has exceeded its time limit. For your security, we've automatically logged you out.". Now, in order for me to log in and see my account, I have to reset my password EVERY TIME. It's SO annoying and time consuming. Fortunately, that's the only problem I'm having with NetSpend at the moment. But in the meantime, I'd love it if the NetSpend team could guide me with further accidence.

Doesn't make sense. We switched from Instant (which was awesome) to THIS, and it's so... illogical. Our electronic tips are sent to this Visa prepaid card the next day (instant was at the end of the shift), but there's no way to transfer to your bank. There's an option for "Transfers", but that's if you want to transfer money FROM YOUR BANK, ONTO THIS VISA PREPAID CARD. What??? Why would anyone do that? Needs someone with brains on the development team.

Constant issues with the web page and application. It'll take several attempts to login just to time out trying to do anything once logged in. My work uses them to pay our tips and it could be a great service but they implement so many hidden ways to get an extra buck and make it inconvenient to transfer money to a bank account. If you can help it, do not use this service.

when i attempt opening this app, it won't allow me to sign-in to my account due to error.... so i check on my browser.... there have been several (& i mean SEVERAL..) $0.75 charges to my account for absolutely NO reason. i've considered multiple things but there just isn't a reason for the charges. at first i thought there may be a monthly fee to keep it open, if you aren't using it so often... but there are more than one $0.75 charge per month. as of now, i just can't suggest this app/account.

It was a pretty useful app, until I checked it today (3/5/2020) and discovered that the user interface had completely changed, and had actually become unusable in the process. Attempting to view my transaction history kicks me to the bottom of the page, and presents me with a "you're all caught up" message that I can't close. The navigation menu is stuck open and cannot be closed. White text on a pale gray background renders what little information is displayed unreadable. My app is broken, man.

So now...after over 10 years the APP is telling me I can't log in and I have to download the App...I'M ON THE APP! There is no new app anywhere that I can see. What is the problem here?! after over three years of having this app and bank account it has stopped working! ive tried to contact them through the app and phone, sent screenshots, made sure my password was put in correctly (which hasnt ever changed)...and still nothing after two weeks!! very dissapointed!

The app is ok, works well and has an easy to navigate menu and just about all the services you'd expect from any bank.... Terrible customer service, not even considered a real bank by many, many, other companies or banks or apps and will not work for almost anything other than simple in-store, or online, product purchases. And with the fees these guys charge and awful customer service I can see no reason to even consider using them. .

I have used this app for over a year. My paycheck is deposited to the NetSpend card. The ease of use and convenience of being able to check my balance is great. However, over the last week it isn't working right, and has become an inconvenience. When i open the app and sign in, it tells me that i already have an account and that i need to download the app. It does this every time. I uninstall the app and reinstall and it works. I shouldn't have to reinstall everytime i want to check my balance.

I normally dont have issues with this app. I've had the card for years , and once there was an app I downloaded it and all was fine, but recently my fingerprint wont enable. I went inside the my acct feature to turn it on, but it keepa saying opps we can't at this time. I've been using the finger print login since you all started it, and now I'm having issues with it. could we have that looked at please. thank you.

Used to love this banking service. Currently use them for my direct deposit now. As a bank, straight forward, no hidden fees. Awesome. No issues with that side. But as of recently the app won't load to the login screen even after a reinstall. I now am forced to use the web interface for balance inquiries. The app was GOOD too. Had biometric log in support, at one time they had the available balance viewable from the login screen on a little slider. Not anymore. Nothing works. Bout to switch bank
