They sent me a bunch of cards too I requested some though but then I can't log in anymore now either..It's seems my account may be closed hmmmmm.. Luckily no money there yet.... That was close.

I love NetSpend Small Business. I found everything l need for my business in one place. They even have mobile check load which was a big plus for me when accepting payments.

I opened this for our youth sport organization and everyone i try to deposit a check it gets devoted no matter from who or what the amount. Very frustrating as I have no way to do anything with the money my organization needs

I have attempted to open a business account multiple times and the link is broken on the website. Is it no longer possible to open a NetSpend Small Business Account? Because I see no options anywhere to do so.

Card is great but customer service is horrible. One of the worst experiences ive ever had simply trying to find out why one check type (that they say they accept) was rejected. I just wanted to know why so can avoid it but instead they were rude and basically said not their problem (paraphrased)

Can't even download the app. I think this service is attached to PayPal. And PayPal has become a scam. Easy to deposit money... Impossible to get it out. SCAM ALERT! COMPANY PREYS ON THE LOW INCOME! STAY AWAY!

Great mobile banking app especially for a small business great for testing small business checks with the click of your phone also provide info notifications and information on stimulus checks coronavirus 19 and just all the information you would need with banking and money management

I have great previous experience with the Travel Medical Services Industry. My statements can verify where I've been. No need to get separate mileage Expenses pages and for other supplies expensed.

Nothing but problems. I signed the back of my checks, crossed my T and dotted my I's. The app just kept saying "Looks like you didnt sign the check". Not only that, but a whirlwind of other technical bugs. Who ever Ingo is, I suggest Netspend get a different mobile check provider because they are TERRIBLE.

I wouldn't give this service a fraction of a star, the customer support seems very kind and as far as you know answers all your questions to the best of their ability. Ha well I was bamboozled into believing so, that is until I deposited a check and was lied to for 5 days straight after being told its just because they had to verify the bank. Then when I couldn't handle it any longer 12 times calling in 6 days I got the truth....would have saved me time and undue stress for a simple honest answe

Do not use this company or ingo money. if you are a sole propietor and want to deposit business check. They provide false adverstising. Unimaginably horrible service. Customer service by phone, email, and secure messaging in app. Well they are useless. No help for 1 month to verify my business. Its like talking to the wall. Huge regret i depeneded on this app for deposting checks made out to my company. I had to ask customers to resubmit the checks because ingo rendered my check useless. Smh

Horrible. Customers service is worse. Once you I received my card then start to verify my business and can't because since it's me and nobody owns any of my business I can't get verified. I call to find out why every rep tells me fill out application online so I do but last question is about who owns a part of my business without answering that question I can't finish the app. I ask to speak to manager get put on hold they never come back twice cause while on hold I called from another phone.

Decent..... I have been using this app for about 3 years now, and on several different phones. Works great and i have had no problems. The mobile check load also works with money orders, just give it a little time, and use wifi to do it. Thanks guys. Kevin....

Horrible and a nuisance. Keep sending me cards and had to ask please stop. Attempted to use their service after opening an account Transferred $100.00 into the account and after 3 days they could not find it. They closed the account and said they would mail my money to me. I called the sending bank and ask to have the money resended and they did. I never received a notice from a lender stating the account could not be opened. BE CAREFUL, SAYING THINGS THAT ARE NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES

Could not get to work on iPhone even after speaking to customer service. Tried on Droid phone and it worked but could not get a single check to pass their funding. All different reasons but....totally useless app/bank. One reason was, " you need to deposit this again when check writer is available for verification." They're open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. so available at the time I deposited. How are we supposed to connect NetSpend with our check writer? They obviously did not even try to call.
