The only reason I give it a 4 is because getting ahold of a living representative. If you need to reach out to them, put in your card #. When it asks for your 3 digit # on the back of your card, push the option that says that you DO NOT have the card with you at that moment. They will then have someone help you. other than that they have been great to me.

Because of the big problem I'm having with getting my account, back in my name would be grate but it's like they got me brinda GATA LOPEZ and seem to not even get a chance to find out what I can do with the big issues in my Mobile phone account is hijacked by someone else and I have a lot to say , on this !!!!!!!!!?

So, I've had most of a few mobile apps, trying to withdraw money from my online slots,etc Onto those accounts, with A debit card, and have been unsuccessful. But I'm still trying too and will post afterwards...

I like this app it not to much and not too little it works and easy to get back into if you don't remember or well forgot yeah all the same but yes it a good app and the cards a likeable as well.

This app has to be a scam I literally just created my account and then they log me out and when I log back in it doesn't let me say my credentials are wrong when I just created my account. And when I tried to recover with my password or username sent to my email is said my account does not exist. So this app is a piece of s***.

My experience from the get go, they say if you open an account with them you'll receive $40 right off the rip from them. Well I've been approved and am waiting on my card to arrive but in the mean time I was told I could still use my account and the $40 would be on there immediately and it's not. Is there some kind of catch to this or what? I was really looking forward to having a bank account through you but if this is a scam of some sort I don't appreciate giving my info out like I have

I just recently got into Netspend a week ago. I absolutely love the app, the features of keeping track of your money, and right away account notifications by phone number and email! I love their pink debit card. Have multiple cards or add someone to your account with a breeze.😃 Another plus about Netspend is that you can view your accounts by🧡 mobile or on your laptop/monitor! Their savings account is worth it!

I'm only rating a 3 star review at this time for the ease of setting up my all access net spend account. once I've utilized the majority of benefits it offers its clients expect me to make a full review of the services offered w/ netspend all access.

I was sent an all access card randomly....neber swiped it at a store but had it set up on my phone...I ordered a new one and even before that I was sent two other cards at random one I accidentally ordered but it came with the numbers in a column instead of a line across the back like it normally does ... So idk what that's all about but I can't seem to gain access to my account...and I did call previously and change the password and I'm still having trouble getting access not very happy.
