Very immature service. If scooter in No Service zone U only find out after start of hire=unlocking=idiotic. If b4 unlocking U try to move it a few metres to where P is on map the scooter gets verbally aggressive and says it's calling authorities and makes a siren sound. I'm guessing that triggers someone from Singapore to come and reprimand me. The service is designed to maximally discourage me from using it. Help from SG if utterly useless.

Great app however the end trip should be right there when we finished but normally I have to unlock my screen, load the app etc. Would be good to get the app to work with Samsung Watch so we can end it on our watches.

Great idea but too many glitches. It thinks you're on a walking path if it's parked in an alley and you're not allowed to push it to the street you have to turn it on and pay for it then push it. nonsense

Overpriced gimmick. Used for the first and last time. I could have rode an electric bike in China 100 times for this price. There is no incentive to be green. I'll stick with my gas-powered car and bike. If I can get a refund I'll take it.

This is a cool idea. Whoever created this app is making bank. It's so convenient. I just found one and was like, I'll check it out then I went for a fun cruise for 20 min

So much better than the competition escooter. The helmet always unlocks! Much happier with this service compared to the other company. Reliable. No problems with the app either.

Had a great time with the scooters, however did not realise that the weekly pass I purchased for $32 auto renewed itself so I ended up paying another $32 when I was no longer in the city. I feel that this app could do a better job of notifying people of this, as I never would have selected the option of auto renewal had I known.

Horrible! I had to create a new Gmail account because my old one was in use but there was no way to login and rest it when using new phone number. The scooter kept stopping with error message you are not in the riding zone even when others were riding fine. Then it was impossible to park with "you are not in the parking zone" even when I have been standing right next to all the other scooters

Misleading advertising. Poor customer service. Overcharged. Daily passes are not what they seem. We paid for 3 days with 90 mins per day. Only got 56 mins plus a separate charge for $14. Help line responded to email asking trivial questions then silence. 5 days ago. Get the impression they hope we'll forget about it. Also nominates auto renew for these passes to suck you in unexpectedly. There are better plans for longer terms so why would anyone want to renew a 3 day pass? Rip off!!

The most part it's fun it is but expensive though it doesn't matter which one you go to or ride the fact that it's expensive and you can't use your bank card to actually pay for it you have to buy a joker Visa because the vanilla prepaid ones don't work

Rented one of these in red deer today and it was awesome, only cost $10 to go across the city and the only hold $6 and reimburse it after your ride is done, the line scooters in edmonton hold $14 and they said it could take up to 2 weeks to get it back, plus you can only use line in the downtown core.

App has become far less useful in the past year. Monthly pass now has a limit of 240 mins, not even 10 minutes a day for an entire month. The GPS fails constantly, so you are likely to lose time while trying to park, costing you more of your timed pass. The changes made harm the customer a lot.

The app worked completely fine but when I purchased a ride pass i was locked out of my account and disabled. I've lost all the money I put into that app and so did my friend. Im not sure if its a bug but be careful. Do not recommend!

Service areas and speed zones could both be improved throughout the coastal areas but overall was a great ride and enjoyed it thoroughly!!! Muchos Gratias!!!! Mwah!!! Xoxo

The scooter says it is off-road when it is not. You can't travel places you need it to go on account of forbidden zones. The speed limit is too low. They asked you to take too many photographs of the vehicle and the helmet. The scooter beeps constantly and annoyingly. The scooters are placed too infrequently and are often not fully charged. Give this a skip or buy your own.

Easy to understand, ability to add multiple payment options and i can see where any scooters are in my area. But the ride can be pretty bumby and it doesnt say if there are scooters in a parking area, but overall the app is really helpfull 👍

Scooters this year seem to be charged less frequently. Last year it seemed to be once a week and theyd all be fully charged. Also twice this month I have had to cancel a ride immediately due to maintenance issues, and was not refunded. Scooters are still fun to ride, I use them frequently. But would use a lot more if these issues were resolved.

Very smooth app. Works exactly the way it should, no bloatware, no lag, smooth sailing to get riding quickly. I had the Bird app first for a while and grew so frustrated with it. Neuron's app is miles ahead.

Stay away! Poor handlebar design, hard grips, hard plastic spokes, rough ride! We rode only on designated bike routes and kept getting sidewalk warnings, the pedal assist didn't work at all on one bike until I ended the ride and restarted it, the pedal assist on the other bike stopped working twice, once while we were crossing a major intersection, not cool. Overall it was a bad experience Lime bikes are WAY better. Oh ya! And the brakes SUCKED on both bikes!!!

No holder for mobile phone which is a massive let down, if you're not from area. App was not accurate to locate parking spot. App logged me out after first journey and would not login for return journey. In second journey the brakes were dragging, causing it to go slow. Worst electric scooter I've had, with over 6 tried.
