Besides lacking basic features and having ba terribpe UX, since the last update or something it stopped recognizing my pre-paid card. When i enter the 16 digits it throws an error and asks me to check the numbers!

I tried logging in with my NBG account and it said username not found. I tried signing up and when I entered the OTP, it said "country not found". Twice. Terrible app build.

Dear Developers, This app is quite heavy at 100 mb storage, it runs slow. Revolut app takes less sotrage and does so much more. Same functionality to see past transactions can be achieved though so many other Greek Natiinal Bank Apps like the ever essential eBanking App ibank (the yellow one) so no need to create yet another app to support same functionality. Support Google Pay and Apple Pay and improve compatibility rather than create 6 apps that do about the same and take so much storage.

Since before some months I can't pay no bill, as I always get an error saying "could not find data for this spot machine's payments" when I press the "bills" icon. And there is no more any listed company.

A really pointless app in all ways and senses. i-pay had much better functionalities. It's funny that the vouchers are always "spicy hot" and you never get the chance to get one. Payments

These days and after the last few updates the app became unusable . Thanks possibly to the developers who don't know what they are doing . After you write down your username and password ( correctly ) , you have to wait ages looking on a loading screen that doesn't lead anywhere . If you are lucky enough , some times the app actually works .

Avoid in every way. I lost 12 euros in commissions trying to top up my prepaid card and the app didn't update every time I put money so I ended up putting 4 times the same amount of money figuring out that the app had already taken the money and the commission 4 times... Amateurs!

Pretty good, especially the fact that it doesn't charge for transfers to other banks. Only problem is sometimes doesn't get new contacts or it doesn't get existing contacts that signed in to the application. Another problem it has often issues on log in or on transfers.

When i recieved the card it had no banking account linked and i had to visit an nbg branch to fix the issue. Also noone of the people i talked on the help line could find the issue why i couldnt activate the card (cause it had no bank account linked). Also im already a client, there should be an option to skip recieving new card and opening new account.

It's has a more nice design from the normal nbg app but I think one app is enough.. I logged in the new app to see a new iban and a new card although they could have the same as the other app

I have noticed that the coupons in the offers section are consistently unavailable, regardless of the day or time I check.

I thought it was a personal finance management app, but unfortunately not. You can't link products not only from other banks, but the NBG itself. The design was cool but I really missed the PFM app that NBG used TO have.

app seems relatively bug-free, and the ui feels modern, though the classic look of the former app is also nice. other than the promotions and whatnot, I don't really see the reason to use this app over the old one, which is why I'm giving four stars.
