This app has always been great but the last 6 months it's been very glitchy. Now I can't see any of the reviews. I guess this review will get the standard 'sorry you're not happy ......' which isn't helpful. Do you not test 'updates' properly before release?

Two stars because I really like your brand(s) but the app, honestly... the payment through iDeal, something most common in the NL has not been fixed for 4 years now. It leads you to your bank app and afterwards it crashes, which I'm curious how many buyers drop off at this point? you are losing sales! Please look into this, it's annoying. Currently there is an excuse app only sale and the app... doesn't work (filters don't work, stock is not updating, crashes) so no sale for me 🤷🏻♀️

Everything is great except the search part. It doesn't throw out my filter well. I cannot find the upper or lower part by the name to pair the combination.

unable to place orders online, it won't let me open, change passwords. This has happened 3 or 4 times and I have to go into my local shop to place the orders, by which time they might be unavailable. I tried to place an order this week, same thing happened, so I'll have to place the order at the shop and who knows if they're sold out None of the shop assistants were unable to sort the problem. They either didn't know how to do it or wanted to do it. I've shopped in Next since it opened,

The latest upgrade is very frustrating. It deletes things without a chance to save just by touching. Searching for items is not as good as it was. Not as good as it was.

The App is RUBBISH. I always have a problem with it and when one solves another comes. My problem now is not being able to click on sale items individually so I can not see bigger picture or material of clothing. Rubbish!!!!!

I love next clothing online/ I do feel they get the petite range wrong for length. Also their online clearance is not very well set up with just a screenshot to view the item, and you can't filter for petite range, leaving you to scroll through thousands of items that you know won't fit

-Almost useless ap-Totally Fed Up -Many Items Shows Available and after adding to 'Bag' it shows 'Sold Out' Which waste the time of customer. -App often crashes. -Often the cart suddenly goes Empty with message 'Technical Issue happened' -A lot of time waste in search. -Most of the steps there is No 'back' button. In Many cases Country of Origan is Totally Wrong. -Sometimes Colour Info is Wrong. ie hence u get wrong items.

I tried to contact support via app. The chat is super laggy. Yiu have to verify your name, surname, email and phine number for asking 1 simple question. And if you go to another app for 20 seconds the chat resets and you have to start from the beginning. And support team gives you uselss answers. Better to use just the website

When ordering clothes the last few times, nothing turns up together, stuff gets delayed all the time, meaning in the last order i made, Im recieving four separate deliveries for one order, which is really inconvenient because it means waiting in, some of the clothes have been delayed by weeks. It's definitely not the service I expect from a company like next.

slow, dosnt recognise product codes, wipes the arcade entry screen when moving between apps, dosnt take Google pay, PayPal does nothing but "load" and gets no where. product wise no petite available in almost anything workweek and if it is there's no stock, also hard to see which shades of "navy" match without buying one of everything and returning most

I love shopping at next but the app is super glitchy. When browsing a few pages, scrolling begins to drag, and just recently it tends to repeat the same 4 items over and over, which prevents you from going any further. When I try to shop by browser, it takes me straight to the app so I have been unable to shop.

Since the last app update all of my favourites have been wiped. The Next app has always been pretty rubbish (prone to crashing or taking ages to load, difficulty accessing your account card on the app, not syncing with the website) but losing a customer's favourites really is next level on the terrible customer experience scale. Seriously Next, other retailers apps are massively superior - as one of the UK's biggest retailers customers expect better.

new update. can't view clearance items, to see a bigger picture or item description. If I click away by accident my filtered search is lost. items in my bag can't be seen but I know they are there as the total is cost showing.

Since the latest app update I can no longer click on any of the clearance items to make the image bigger so all I have to go on is one tiny image. Sometimes the one image they pick for the sale image is already terrible so this update is very unhelpful.

I like the products, but I don't like the app. it is really bad. if I leave the items in the basket for some time and come back to find my basket empty and I have to do everything all over again. Also, the app does not give you notifications on your orders. in fact, it doesn't keep a history of your purchases, track your choices.

Very poor integration with PayPal, which I normally access via fingerprint. Unfortunately Next make you sign in, which is fine, but it won't recognise the correct password and neither will it allow autofill. Such a pain shopping with Next compared to other retailers due to not only PayPal issues but the lack of order history if you wish to purchase the same item again.

I love buying clothes from this store, especially for my daughter. However, the app itself sucks! It always freezes, items I've added suddenly disappear, and sometimes, after I add an item in the basket, it says, "sold out." Another thing would be how almost all items I add get sold out so fast it's annoying.

Is it a coincidence that since the last app update v4.0.1 that item product reviews are no longer visible at all? ltems clearly have reviews but the review section has disappeared and if you click on number of reviews that shows nothing either. Scrolled down screen not missing anything. Please consider not using "delivery within a week" in items details. Some of these items never actually mature return into stock. Why not use status item "unavailable" to order until stock actually arrives.

why, when you're scrolling through your basket is it so easy to accidentally delete an item then there's no option to correct it, like an 'undo' you have to catch the description really quick and then search for it again. so annoying. I'm trying to buy my son's winter clothes and at least 10 times I've lost stuff in the basket. sort it out please.
