New version sucks. The "watch" feature doesn't work & gives "error opening link" every time. This app was the one Tim Dodd from Everyday Astronaut used to use. He's part of the crew Elon Musk has selected to go around the moon on Starship. I doubt he does anymore. I don't understand why creators make apps significantly worse in new versions when they were fine before. Makes zero sense. I'll uninstall it and find something better.

I used to really LOVE this app, but after upgrading devices to a Google Pixel 6a sometime ago, the notifications no longer work. They're all enabled within the app so I assume it's a permission issue in the current version of Android, which is a bummer. I sent the developer an email when it first started but never heard back. If they could get this working again, would definitely change my review to 5 stars, but as it is, my primary use-case doesn't work.

I love the track live feature! NASA, SpaceX, ULA, etc. are usually not the first to report changes to launch times on launch day. This app reports launch updates from multiple news sources so you always get the information quickly. The countdown timer is accurate (most live streams are on a slight delay). This app is the best I've found.

Just missed Artemis because I was using the Live Tracker. The time updated in the live tracker but not the status of the launch, so it would automatically update from "1 hour 22 minutes left in launch window" to "1 hour 21 minutes left in launch window," for example, but it continued to show launch status as "Hold" the entire time. I only realized the problem when I noticed the sky light up due to the lunch, but by then I'd missed it. App is usually great, but this time it really let me down.

Informative and enjoyable! I downloaded the app before the holidays and just got started using it... WOW!! For anyone who follows spaceflight and exploration, it is a definite download! For students, a great resource for information and news about the machines that have, do, and will take the human race to the stars! 5⭐ all the way!

Great app! It does an excellent job of keeping me aware of upcoming launches and other space flight events from around the world. App filter options however, allow the user to narrow down the scope of launch alert interest as they choose. The authors do a fantastic job at keeping up with fast changing launch schedules. The app also has links to more in-depth and historic information about spacecraft and space flight topics. I highly recommend this app!

Working great. Does as expected. I'm enjoying watching launches live, even though I could just as easily watch them months later since I'm not there in person either way. If there is a way to filter which countries or launchers rate notifications, I haven't found it. I recommend the app and to watch SpaceX's launches. Their hosts and graphics are pretty good.

This app is amazing. Now that launches are happening so quickly from so many places around the world it gets hard to keep track of just the dates of upcoming launches. This app does that and so much more! With a few simple clicks you can access not only the basic info: who, what, when, where, and why but so much much more. Quick and easily read about each stage, explore how many launches that particular model size rocket to the fairing. Truly a space enthusiasts dream app!

For anyone that read my previous post, Next Spaceflight has fixed the download problem I was having (and from what I understand, it wasn't just me) and the app is back to working awesome. - - Special "thank you" to the devs, techs, and anybody else who helped fix the app, I have certainly missed it the past several months. - It is far better than the apps that I tried as a substitute. It is definitely worth 5 stars, and if there was an availability, I would give it 10 stars!

Unreliable app. This had developed into a good reliable way to track and view Cape Canaveral launches. Not any more. The UI in the latest version is kind of clunky. I missed a launch because it didn't update itself. Even though it showed the correct current time the information was over 10 minutes behind. Ever since 'X' made input the Android app has gone downhill.

Hands down spaceflight app on the play store! It shows not only upcoming launches and events (with detailed live news, video feeds, and a neat countdown), but things like detailed info of every rocket that's ever flown, every launch site on the planet, all the recovered SpaceX first stages and how many times they've been reused, and so much more. There's so many little QoL things as well that make this app as great as it is. I highly recommend it for anyone who is interested in spaceflight or who wants to learn about it.

2/16/19 update: Changed DNS servers in my router and that fixed the slow update problem. Finally, I can once again enjoy all the great features. Rating back to 5 stars. *** Old Review: Features and capabilities are worth 5 stars. Unfortunately, over the last couple of months the app has become so slow to update the launch schedule that it is unusable. I gave it 3 stars in the hope that a future update will fix the problem.

I love this app, I'm on the go and we all have a ton of apps on our phones and a lot to keep up with, but for someone who is fascinated with space and rockets, this app more than does it's job. The notifications are top knotch, especially since they include the links to track/watch live. The schedule is great as I get an idea of what's launching in the future and they include past launches too. Only thing I'd suggest is maybe a "slick" UI, it's not bad, but more futuristic look would be great.

Overall, a really great app that lets a space enthusiast ensure they never miss a rocket launch or major space-related event (e.g., ISS dockings, undockings, spacewalks, etc.). It lists upcoming space events, as well as prior ones. And it also lets you tap on prior events and watch them in case you missed them. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star rating is because unless you open the app on a regular basis, it won't show the most current event automatically when you open it, and you have to pull the screen downward to manually load the most current event. And while that is not really an issue, it takes, literally, minutes for the app to download the most current event. So, for example, I got a notification that a rocket launch was about to happen in 10 minutes, but when I opened the app it was showing only the last event I had watched from 11 days prior and it took me up until 2 minutes before launch before I was able to finally view the current rocket launch.

Lots of great information, links to Twitter feed and YouTube broadcast, not overburdened with graphics or pop up ads. Only note I have is wishing that I could customize notifications per launch site. I live in Florida and like to know when I can watch a launch; I'd prefer if I could disable notifications for California launches but a small inconvenience for such a great app.

Pretty damn amazing that I was able to watch an entire SpaceX launch while at work last night. Space travel innovation is finally moving along at a fast pace again. If you have a fraction of the love for science, aviation, and space travel that I have, I think you'll dig this app. I would pay $100 for an app like this. It covers every single spacecraft launch around the world including China, India, Russia, and even New Zealand. In fact I just watched a launch from China!

This is a great app, makes you feel like you have a train schedule except it's for rockets. A beautiful and more important detail however, and the reason I'm writing this review, is it has every previous launch ever made by man including all the disasters...all the way to the very first russian launch (Sputnik I) which started off the space race and space exploration in general. Well done.

This is EXACTLY what I have been looking for. I've been trying to get a reliable and current source for Vandenberg launches for some time. Even VAFB's website was no real help. Here, I get all the info I need in real-time, including the vehicle type AND alerts so I can stop, drop (whatever I'm doing) and roll my eyes upward! It's great! I'm excited because I just installed this app and, to my utter surprise, I just learned of a VAFB scheduled for tomorrow!! Perfect! And, amongst other things, it has an ISS tracker to boot, which is cool since I like to "Spot the ISS" often. Thank you! Too bad clouds will obstruct my view tomorrow because my luck, not the weatherman, says so.

Just as a heads up, rockets often launch less than 10 minutes after the 10 minutes notification so don't wait until the last minute if you're planning to watch a launch live. I think this is a limitation in notification delivery rather than a bit I'm the app. I've seen many launches I wanted to see thanks to this app's reminders. I recommend it to any rocket enthusiast.

The app doesn't always notify me about upcoming launches. I have "all" the settings turned on, but there are too many moments nothing comes through that day, or they'll arrive after an event has already been completed. It isn't my phone connection or WiFi, as I have to rely on "WiFi Calling" just to place a call. If it were down or slow, there wouldn't be any Internet or cable connection.
