Just terrible. App crashes constantly. Anytime you tap on the week it crashes. Tap on waitlist, it crashes. Tap on anything to filter search... you guessed it, it crashes. You get the idea. If constant crashing isn't enough it's very slow to respond when you tap on anything. Its been awful for years. Other guys in my league complain they cant make line up changes or sign in. Devs need to fix these issues ASAP!! Trying to get my commissioner to switch for next season.

Unfortunately, this looks like yet another season that the NFL Fantasy app is dropping the ball with waiver wire acquisitions. Our league has always been set up so that the last place team has the rights to the #1 waiver wire pick each week... Well after the most recent update, even though our settings are set the same way they've always been, the app is forcing us to place "bids" for waiver wire pickups. This is incredibly frustrating, especially for fantasy owners like myself who are always on the move with work and rarely have time to crack open a laptop. It's not too much to ask I don't think. We just want to be able to add players like we always have.

I think that this app was originally designed as a Madden clone for the wiiU, but accidentally got put on the app store. I've never seen anything run so slow and unresponsive. Every time I select something, it takes like a minute for it to notice and start loading the screen. I would give 0 stars if possible. This is going to be a long, painful fantasy season.

The app frequently locks up --- and, when I say "frequently" I mean it literally freezes 4 or 5 times in one 15 minute session! It's utterly ridiculous & disgraceful. The old app & old format (from 3 years ago) was clearly superior to this horrific app. It's just miserable. Especially for me... a die-hard fan whose played Fantasy for over 10 years. It's sad to say this, but ESPN's app is incredibly better. Don't waste your time on this app if you don't have to. Grrrrrrrrrrr.

Update 2019: SO much better this year. Weekly updates to fix issues and add features with a helpful update log. Still some bugs (add icons next to taken players, etc) but all my biggest issues get fixed with each update. Whoever you hired to fix the app this year, please keep them. (From 2018) This app had a lot of issues last year but somehow they were able to make it 100 times worse. No notifications, incorrectly labeled free agents, and awful user interface.

crashes my phone (S9) when I'm switching in between leagues. the keyboard malfunctions as I'm typing also causing the app to crash. you have to jam the hell out of the check boxes to get the app to respond to your action, you end up accidentally dropping a player or worse. I love fantasy football and I wish for the amount of people that play they'd put a little more effort into making this app better.

It's great that you can watch live games on your phone. That feature makes this rating much higher than it would otherwise be. I'm on a Galaxy S8+, by no means the newest phone but not anything ancient either. And the app is slow. Over this season there jas been a ton of bugs, a large number of them have been fixed but a fair amount of them still exist. Simple things like not being able to always view a players info like stats (it just sits there, you have to use back button and retry).

Have used this app for years for our fantasy league. Usually seamless and issue free. But as of the past week I haven't been able to click the drop down menu that allows you to look at week by week or yearly stat progressions without my app immediately crashing. It doesn't matter if I'm on the matchup screen, or on an individual players stats. Every time I go to click that specific drop down menu my app closes. Very disappointing because that's a feature I use regularly.

It's not a bad app nowadays. My only issues are 1) when scrolling through free agents, it starts to duplicate whom you've already seen... constantly. I'm rewriting this as of November 1st since the switching from league to league seems to be fixed (thank you!). My only issue/recommendation is a way to list your players on the Trade Block! I do everything from the app and that is the only thing I can think of that is missing. I play in multiple leagues and it would be great to be able to list players available for trading as opposed to having to go out and try and track down every single player you want to trade for and then have to track the owners. Add that and this INSTANTLY becomes a 5* App! THANK YOU and keep up the good work!

I have a Galaxy S9+, and after loading the most recent update of this app. I am noticing a glitch which is causing the app to shutdown every time I try to the 'Players' tab at the bottom and then select 'Available' to see the players that are available to add to my roster. The app also closes out when you try to change the 'Week'. Let me know if there is an upcoming fix?

It makes using NFL fantasy by far the worst platform on the market. The old app fell short in many areas. This app has failed beyond measure. It lacks stability when attempting to interact with the menu. It won't display the menu without closing instantaneoulsy after selecitng it. I can only imagine how poorly this will work when attempting to research players in season, performing add/drops, and setting your lineup. Should have transferred everything for our league to ESPN. If it's the way I think it will be I won't be using NFL for fantasy next year.

Update: It has been a few years now of using the app and it HAS gotten better. However, it is still to minimalistic. You need to navigate to the web for additional information like draft ranking and weekly summaries. Which wouldn't be so bad if the NFL Fantasy website wasn't trying to push you back to the app all the time. This app keeps getting worse and worse every year! It is now sooo clunky and borderline impossible to use. It completely takes the fun out of fantasy and makes it a chore!

App works decently. But it's aggravating that when you are trying to add players, if you have multiple teams and you are search players you think players available, but when you click on hin and try to add it says you can not because it's on someone else is team. You have to go out of the app and then back into it to get it to update. Very frustrating!

I used this app last year and it was great. Since the begging of this season I have had trouble with it. I can't sign in, it is usually automatically signed on and open. I have deleted the app, tried again and no luck. I have refreshed the app , no luck. Then out of the blue it would work.. then 3 days later in having trouble again. I really hope they fix this issue as it is hard to manage your game of you can't even open the app!! Very disappointed

Absolute garbage. The ESPN Fantasy Football app is so much better. Half the time when I attempt to join a league, it won't actually let me and then an hour later, I get an email showing me my team. The other half of the time, if I do get to enter a league, it tells me it's my turn to draft and gives me the option to pick someone during someone else's turn. Then when its my actual turn to draft, the app says its someone else's so I can't select a player. There is no customer support either. BS!

This app sucks so bad! It takes forever to update the points, it crashes when I try to view other weeks, the buttons don't always work. I'm usually a patient person but this is the worst fantasy football app I've ever used because of the bugs. If it weren't for that, I like the stats it displays for each player, but my goodness, getting there can be a challenge.

It barely works. Had the app for many seasons with different phones. Quite frequently it will slow down & freeze the app during game day. Other times it runs smoothly. Haven't seen any improvement over the years, if anything the interface has become worse. How about a fantasy football app that keeps track of your teams score & the league games in real-time as well as offering some research tools within the App without constantly having to link me away to some NFL page. If you see some info that looks useful it's surely going to re-direct you away from the Fantasy App you just opened. If you are already in an NFL Fantasy League you're honestly better off using your Web browser to manage your League/Team. Update: Two years later and the App has become worse. NFL website in browser is absolutely useless as well.

I love the fantasy football parts of the app that's what I'm here for. But anytime that I try to move from one screen to another (including setting my lineup), it lags badly and then locks up. I have to close the app and reopen again. It has never been this bad. I can't even watch more than about 5 minutes of a game and it freezes. I have to close the app and reopen it. It doesn't track the game scores, even if you refresh. Fire your team of monkey's and hire tech support.

I really do like the app and it keeps thing pretty simple and the fact that I can watch games from it is one of the best features ever... HOWEVER, I need just a little more from the interaction side. I want to be able to view the trophy room. I want to be able to play the other games from the app as well (Survivor, Playoff Challenge, Predict The Pick ect).

Updating my review. The app could be great. However, it is EXTREMELY slow, sometimes crashes. When using at first it's somewhat okay then it almost comes to a halt. If you're trying to make last minute changes then you better have a computer nearby otherwise it'll never load and you'll be screwed. Other than the fact that this app can barely function it's a great app. Sleek design and easy to use. Free phone football is great. Overall, this app is so painful to use because of the load times.
