I picked the 2 email addresses offered. It said it could not find them. I then manually entered my gmail address and it could not find that one either. If it offers known email addresses, then why can't it find them? Awful app. I wondered why it got so many 1-star reviews. Now I know.

This app is the only way we can reserve time for the Super Bowl experience in Tampa, however the app is not working. There is now experience offerings to choose from. Also, when I try and log in I either get the message "Check your network settings" or "credentials do not match" Both are incorrect. What are my options?

Just awful. I don't understand why they don't fix the issues that everyone is having with this app. Text overlaid on top of the registration button making it impossible to register and access the QR code. THAT IS THE ONLY PURPOSE OF THE APP. YOU HAD ONE JOB! I know teenagers that could code this better. Who is in charge of this?

I am trying to register for the draft. It says my e-mail doesn't have an account. When I go to sign up it says my e-mail has an account already. Stuck in a loop. The chat virtual assistant wasn't helpful at all. It couldn't comprehend registering.

Trash like every one else states in their review. You would think a multimillion dollar business such as the nfl would after all these years be able to hire a better developer for this app that is mandatory for the superbowl. My 13 year old nephew developed a map on the game fortnight that people can play that works better than this app. Yeah mandatory for nfl experience I would definitely call trying to use this app a memorable experience.

It sucks. Without a doubt this is a horrible app if you have a NEW android phone. When you try to register, text is over the "register" button which does not allow you to tap the button and therefore not register. Then when you try to do it on your PC, it forces you back to this awful app. I would say other words, but children may be reading this. This App SUCKS!

This app keeps giving updates on the toolbar, but when you click the update/info drop it doesn't take you to the actual info. So you can't even finish reading what the info was, you have to manually try to find what it was telling you. O would give a 0* if possible.

I downloaded the app and all I got is a white screen. I inquired and did the steps they told me to do - clear cache, reinstall and nothing worked. I just read someone suggested changing my font size. I did that and I can open for now. I'm worried it might happen again.

I set up the app... after login, it says "register" *(which I DID) & then there's a perpetual "ERROR" on the page titled: "Unleash the Potential" I get a white box with "feature unavailable/ update the app" message. From there, you can't click "BACK" or "Not Now" so, I can't get my QR code to go to the NFL draft here in Las Vegas this Thursday. zero stars is too many. Can't close the app either. HELP! Support? Hello? is this thing on? 🤔

Downloaded to go to Combine Experience and all I get is a white screen like other reviews. Tried uninstall/reinstall. Set and allowed permissions. Cleared cache. On some phones this app does not work. Ironically, it worked on wife's phone. Inconsistent

If this app is the only way to get tickets for the NFL experience no one will be there because the app. does not work. I can't get past the first 2 screens which are asking to allow the app to know my location and accept advertisements after that it just loops back to the home screen and starts all over not allowing me to get to the area where I can register for tickets . What is going on!

Downloaded the OnePass app for the first time. Main logo shows up, then it's just a white screen. App won't load at all. Uninstalled/rebooted phone/reinstalled the app. Same result. Need this app to work for entrance to the NFL Draft!!!

Application does not boot - at all. The OnePass logo is shown and then it just hangs at a white screen. Have rebooted, uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times, cleared cache, cleared data, force stop, etc... The app simply won't run. Pixel 7 Pro running the latest update...installed straight from the Play Store.

I registered a few weeks ago, now the app won't even let me in. It just keeps going back to register. I even tried deleting app and reinstalling, now it wont even complete registration. Draft finally comes to my city and I'm going to miss out on the whole experience. The NFL needs to do better. I've read others having this same issue. I hope nobody coming from out of town has this experience after spending all that travel and lodging expenses.

log in errors on my Chrome, will not let me into my account. The help section says this is known issue for some users. Have known since March 21st. Today is April 10. Why can't they get it fixed in 20 days????
