In addition to your personal details and verification code, you'll need to use this app to scan your face to verify your identity while claiming your account.
Prerequisite:
*Phone must have a camera to scan QR code
*Internet Connectivity

I have checked how to correct my NID without paying fees. I edited my correction and went to next step. Thus I have gone to payment option and have backed. I logged out my profile and logged in again. Then I got to see that "your last application has cancelled". After sometimes I pay the fees with Rocket and try again to submit a new application. I can edit my profile, but can't go to next option and it is seen that "Application already exist". But I haven’t got chance to submit the application.

Does not work with iPhone at all. Fairly frustrating for those of us using iPhone. Trying to download on a Samsung phone and it gets stuck at 80% downloaded. Why would you release such an incomplete and untested app for such an important document/ ID

Waste time, instructions clear but not matched. Confused!!! Govt apps and web always like this. Just big show... They just like to have it, doesn’t matter whether it functional or not. Even don’t want give single star. ... After scan and captured my photo then not redirect.

It is a spotless apps for download paperless NID, works well with android, iphone doesnot work well, I would say this is perfect app, make sure you have full network coverage. I did mine with no hassle. Only down bit apps has no other use of functionalities after download your NID… hope for the best.

Extremely confused and disappointed....followed all instructions as mentioned and yet can't get the QR code from the website/link mentioned to activate NID Wallet. It mentions Copied when I tap(as per instructions) but does not work when I tap on the NID Wallet screen...what is the solution to fix this? Cannot register for this .... once again Extremely disappointed with this app and lack of troubleshooting information.

Very confusing app. I give 2 stars because it has helped me reclaim my account/password reset etc. Somehow scanning of QR code was done in a very complicated process which I can not explain again! Ok, it was a horrible experience but I was able to solve my problem. Now it is sitting in my smart device as a useless piece of software. Every time I open it asks for a QR scan from a web page which has NO QR anywhere. So, this seems to be a one shot app only to be used once for a single purpose only

it was an easy process in my opinion, people just need time to get used to new technology. Its great to have access to your details however it would be even greater if you can update your information via an online application instead, I am sure the authorities can come up with a way of assessing and verifying these changes online too, it would make life easier for those of us living abroad. It would also be useful if the service would send authentication code to non-bd numbers.

Why after copied link and face verification doesn’t work? I have applied link on app and scanned my face but it never updates on the website and I cannot register my nid. Fix this issue or suggest a solution. Why it doesn’t automatically update on web????? The page remains same after and before scanning 😑😑😑 Irritating app just like its owning country.

Yes it is a very confusing process but be patient. After scanning and taking photos, you have to go back to your online page. You can download it after that. Yes, this app is pretty much extra and unnecessary step(very necessary or it won't open☠️).

What I found is, went to the web and done everything and web says to install it, and after installing i copid code from web, then click on the "code" which is on the app and face scan. Here is the funny part I did scan twice nothing seemed happened. But when I went back to the web, oh, my id poped up.

Hi, Thanks a lot for creating such a nice application. Although you could have made the same app in two different platforms. My first problem I am having issues with uploading my photos because when took the photo I was 19 years old but now I am 33 years old. So, according to the science human body changes over the time. Can you please help me with this. Your help will be highly appreciated! Thank you

NID used to be available through a web browser. Now they redirect to the app, but it actually doesn't automatically open the app. and there is no paste option for QR code as mentioned in the web. If they are making the process difficult instead of making it easy what's the point??!

I had a very bad experience with this app. I have been scanning my face repeatedly to download my NID card, and although it shows 'ok' when completed, my NID card is not coming through. That's why I am giving this app a zero out of a hundred. I have to admit that I suffer from using smart technology. I humbly request the government to fix this app. Thank you."

Camera functions are not working properly, it recognized front view but turning left or right gets messed up

This app is very much annoying. It takes too many times for face recognition. I tried almost 20+ times but still not done. It says that the problem is with my Internet connection but it is good.
