The worst application for food delivery ever always make order delayed and driver's behavior is so bad don't waste your quality time i already had waste a lot of time on this application.

Very fast but not reliable. If you run into any issue, good luck with their poor customer service. Untrained and doesn't know what they're doing. Fake ads "cashback" and I didn't get anything, when I contact them, they say "will escalate to the concerned team". Two months later, nothing happened. It's a sinking ship, and will close soon. The competition is strong and offer, either offer something up to the standards, or leave.

Of course, an arabic app that doesn't work, no surprise 👍🏻 Edit: The app worked after an update, and I wish it didn't. On my first order, the driver had my location, and he still didn't know where my house was, I had to give him directions. This isn't the 90s. So yeah, I deleted my account and the app. The only reason why I used it is because the product was not available in HungerStation.

Very bad experience more than 3 times they accept the order and take the payment after that they make me waiting for more than an hour and then cancel order saying the restaurant is closed very poor service and worest customer service

The app is new in bahrain, advertised as delivery in 30 minutes, and after ordering, it says 30 minutes, but I got my order after more than one and a half hours. Customer service wasn't helpful either المفروض يوصلني الطلب بنص ساعة وصلني بعد ساعة ونص وخدمة العملاء ما منهم فايده

very very worst customer service.last two days my order was accepted and they deduct the amount but after 1 hour automatically cancelled order. but the money not return they said 7-21 days after returning.

There is no customer service. They don't reply to the instagram DMs and they don't have a number. Nothing and when I contacted the driver regarding the error the company told him the order is cancelled. Horrible absolutely horrible....

I downloaded this app and it's in completely Arabic. There is no English option ? Just to select prefer language? Edit: now it's available in English Wich is good. But they don't have cash on delivery option. Wich is bad.

I ordered it online but it was showing 7 pieces, when the delivery guy brought it, there were 5 pieces in it, the delivery guy cheated us and got it.لقد طلبتها عبر الإنترنت ولكنها كانت تظهر 7 قطع، وعندما أحضرها عامل التوصيل، كان هناك 5 قطع فيها، وقد خدعنا عامل التوصيل وحصل عليها.frod app 😡😡

Guys if you're watching this, please be careful about a scam. They will deduct 1 SAR for the registration, but the registration window will appear multiple times and it wont get registered each time. You will lose money.

I have had the worst of the worst experiences with the way you send me defected items it really not applying and healthy at all... Last for days you gave me milk it was all burst... Today, the kitchen tusse rolls having molds. How do you expect me to use tissue with moulds

Worst app ever, the page was stuck for more than 10min I can't press any button. I had to uninstall and reinstall couples of time and same issue persists. The slowest ninja I have ever seen. Waste of time money and data

Very fast, precise, friendly, and a wide variety of groceries to cater every mood. I wish you guys would expand a little more in the fruits and vegetables section as it is the only thing keeping you from being the ultimate grocery shopping app.

These guys are cheaters. I ordered food using their app. Paid for the order in advance. Then got a call from the driver simply saying that he will not deliver the food. I reached out to their customer care and they simply said they can't return the money even after acknowledging that the food was not delivered. My order number was #22254006, which is now showing as delivered THEY ARE CHEATERS WHO WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. DONT INSTALL THIS APP.

Tried it and it was working fine at first quick delivery decent offers all that. Then I made an order and the driver was at the same position for 30 minutes. Tried reaching out to the customer support, nothing. Tried reaching out to the driver, nothing even 2 hours later not a single thing said the order is still "being made" just an absolute train wreck if something goes wrong

Supremely happy with the choice of products and speed of delivery. Would like to bring to notice, however, that the Spin To Win hasn't been working at all. Tried to contact customer service regarding this but the Contact Us option doesn't seem to be working either. The app also tends to repeatedly hang on my Nokia G42. Would appreciate if these issues could be resolved for seamless experience.

The first few times I used the app I was surprised with its speed, accuracy, and amazing user experience. Lately, for the last 2 months, all my orders are taking 35+mins. When I started asking the drivers I found out that they are sharing orders and delivering them all at once. That's so disappointing moving from 15-20mins to 40-60 mins although I'ma premium user!!!
