ZERO⭐. Can't sign in using Google. When you can't sign someone up with Google, especially with someone who's had the same email for over 10yrs, that doesn't exactly instill a lot of confidence in the app. Signing in with google doesn't require much & they can seem to pull it off.

"Your incident is isolated to only you...." A simple Google search reveals that to be a lie 🤥 the problems I'm having, have been going since ninja trader 7, you guys seriously need to get it together and fix the issues. Charts won't load, settings won't save, charts freeze, constantly locks up... This has been going for years, it's not an isolated incident, so how about get your act together

I used the app for 6 months, and I can say in my experience that it should never be used to place a trade. Check your positions or cancel orders, sure. I started a list of all the bugs and recommended improvements, but it got to a point where this app should be abandoned. Nijatrader/Tradovate, please don't respond to this post, "we're do sorry to hear about your experience...blah, blah, blah, we'll share you feedback to our dev team." I don't care. I will NEVER place a live trade on this app.

This app is broken. Desktop platform is decent, but I can no longer log in. I linked it to my Google account when I first set it up, and now each time I try to log in the app crashes. UI was pretty bulky and unintuitive to begin wity

Biometric login is fouled up, app needs A button that can toggle live and demo accounts or disable one. Live account should pop up first automatically not demo.

Keeps crashing, forces close. Won't allow me to register or sign up. But I'll try to sign up for the desktop version . Maybe that's better!?

Google sign in does not work for the app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, but it loads, fails, and brings me back to my home screen.

Log in issues, constant crashes. Nothing works and I wouldn't trust this to place a trade ever. Tried uninstalling, logging in through Google sign in and regular nothing fixes it. It's just bad

* Extremely non-intuitive design, so very cumbersome to use for viewing the markets, let alone trying to actually trade with it! * Biometric authentication produces an error every time I attempt to use it, then and set it up again, even though it worked flawlwssly not long ago!

Pretty good, but glitchy. Things freeze and I need to restart frequently. Random crashes. Charts won't scale sometimes and you need to go to "trade" and select the indices that you want to trade again to get it to work properly. Lots to fix, but a good backup plan if you need to be away from your real screen.

I would not recommend using the app to trade. It is clunky. You will have poor entry I have only used it in simulation mode and inadvertently closed trades and left trades on. 1. Putting in orders using the charts are nice. However if you have a bracket order and adjust take profit and stop loss after the initial order has filled, good chance it'll close a leg of the order and leave the other one on. 2. Adjusting time frames is tough, it auto adjusts but not user friendly. 3. App needs refine

Seems fraught with bugs, sometimes when I open the app all I see is a black screen and rather than just loading slowly it never brings the app up. The only solution I have found in the past is to uninstall it and reinstall but this time even that hasn't worked. When it works and after a period of inactivity market data fails to update, I have to navigate to the menu and select switch environment to live trading. Ninjatrader is still the best app for mobile futures trading despite the bugs.

The interface lacks many features. Also, it is hard to navigate listing stocks. The buy and sell should be easier more like thinkswim or Robinhood. In addition, closing or opening a trade by mistake is highly possible. Graphs are hard to manipulate and change (scaling). The experience is not pleasant, there needs to be major improvements for the user interface interaction.

Android software is very misleading at times quoting silver when I'm trying to trade Oil,.. or DXY. As well, software will tell me for example ES (S&P) is down but does so at the end of the move so I lose everything by "jumping in." Multiple times I felt rather coaxed into MONEY-LOSING trades. They won't take any acknowledgement for that nor refund me any portion of a Margin Call that comes right at the market inflection point! (ie, where it all would have been highly profitable, for me!)

Generally a good app but a few things need improvement. 1 keep the screen alive! why do I need to keep YouTube running pip so I can manage my trade? 2 if you haven't opened the app in a while you will come back and the data will not be fresh, not will it catch up. the trade ladder blinks repeatedly but the chart doesn't update. need to close and reopen to get live data again. 3 allow us to split a bracket order with more then once size but still OCO.

The user interface is not very friendly. The most I hate about this app is the pesky baloon popups that "inform" you about various things like price levels, highs, lows, etc which are getting in the way of your trade. I tried disabling ALL alerts and popups and notifications but in avail as they were still appearing. Another "bug" is the lack of development for this app, after an year, no updates were pushed to my device. I had to uninstall and install manually to have the latest version.
