Every time I come to pay with Google pay the app does not proceed forward and a blank screen appears. This is very frustrating as I cannot pay and the method that I want to and my balance goes to the negatives. Please fix this

One of the worst mobile apps I've ever had the displeasure of having to use. It would probably be quicker for me to run through a toll and get a fine in the mail then for this app to open.

Not including the token amount in the new notifications is about as informative as the EZ PASS PAID digital at the toll booths. Having to click the notification to launch the app to see the toll amount isn't efficient, just like having to go to the Cash lane toll booth to see how much you actually pay for the toll on the digital sign.

Rencet update broke GPay through the app. This is a cristal issue and needs to be addressed asap as many of us pay via this feature. It makes it to the very last screen to send the payment and just hangs. This issue seems very common as many have left similar reviews.

Was working perfectly fine the last few years until about 2 weeks ago. I am unable to complete a reload to my account through Google Pay or Paypal. My bank reports the debit and I get charged but the EZ pass app freezes and doesn't confirm the transaction.

Worst app ever, site is constantly down. I drive for a living and it is impossible to check balances to avoid the outrageous auto replenishment amounts charged. I am not in the mood to suddenly have $300 charges to my credit card because I went below a $100 balance. Gpay doesn't work, biometrics are broken, stop smoking the state flower of New Jersey and fix your app

This app is trash if you didn't need it for tolls I'd say don't even waste your time. Doesn't work or process payments. And then they send you notices that they will shut down your ez pass for non payment. Use your browser don't bother with this app at all

When this app works, it's great. I think it only works 25% of the time... the other 75% of the time it says, "server unavailable. Try again after some time" or " we can't verify your information " or " we suck despite the fact we take in millions of dollars worth of revenue, we don't have a state run app that works even half the time and WE DON'T CARE!"

Finally an official app, but.... Your load times are AWFUL!! Every action, times out before it's executed. Add/check anything; car, plate, bank, transponder, CC#; they all time out before completion. Then they act as completed. It's almost 45 seconds of waiting for every action. My screen blacked out if I didn't touch it! EVERY TIME! The unofficial ezpass app is quicker. speed up the server load times and connections

this app is horrible, it doesn't have options to disable or enable the automatic debit on the credit card, every week it makes a discount of values that I don't even use, it simply makes a discount from my bank account! an application that should help control your spending ends up making you spend more!

I was glad to see that they finally had an app only to download it and be extremely disappointed. Like others have said the load times are awful. I, for one, could not get passed the login screen. After inputting my login credentials and clicking login it says to "Please wait". So I wait and wait until the login session times out and I have to reenter my credentials. Then the same thing happens again and again!

Ok, displays data like the web site which, yes, I've used before. But login is a bit of a pain. I use a password manager, so can easily have bizarre and different passwords for each site (passwordsafe), but such passwords are purposefully hard to remember. So copy&paste is required. But your app disallows paste; for that matter, if one switches away from your app to go get or look at the password, your app blanks the userid/password fields, making things worse. And yeah, no biometric methods.

Everything about this business sucks the app isn't even the problem it's just them in general. From auto pay charging you more and not having the options to change it, to not being able to turn off auto pay, and not being allowed to remove your own credit cards from their system. Absolutely mind boggling that it's even legal. Even when you call them you get absolutely nowhere because their phone service sucks just as bad.

Terrible Couldn't enter my password then when I went to reset it and entered my account number the app didn't recognize the account. I've had the same censor for 4 years and never made any changes to my account. I only tried logging in because I got a text that my balance was 0 even though I've been charged automatically to refund my account.

Slow response loading and does not allow biometrics. On the plus side, it shows the same contents as the website. Trying to enable biometrics since day one and still saying the site is offline. Connectivity sucks unless you ise WiFi or are in an area that has excellent signal. The developer incorrectly references a nonexistent version 1.1 but the fact remains that the app is slow and sluggish.

It does the job but it has some issues or restrictions that customers can't deal with, the "auto replenishment" threshold keeps increasing and there is no option for stopping or decreasing it, I talked to customer service and they fix it and told me that it was a "one time courtesy" so if it goes up again they can't do nothing. By the way the auto payment can't be turn off anymore. Everything else works fine so far.

Ridiculously difficult. The app actually prevents you from pasting the password into the field, which is a brilliant idea if you want people to have simple, easy to crack passwords. If they get something as basic as this wrong, i don't see why I'd ever want to use the app. I'll actually look into switching my ezpass account to another toll authority.

It is not useful unless using it as a web portal. The app fails to access your account. "Unable to verify your data" is the cute failure pop-up. The only useful thing the app does well is provide links to the website. It would make more sense to just offer one service and succeed. Just do that, and you'll get better reviews. For reference, I entered login and password using Google Chrome and MS Edge without issue. That proves yet again. It's always the end user at fault.

Why is the app becoming slow when i enter my password and it stays loading. Then i double-checked to see if it was updated, and it was. So I uninstalled it and then installed it, and it's still to the same thing. I'm starting to regret NJ easy pass and just start paying tolls! Please fix this. Otherwise, I'm just gonna delete my account!

Takes over 1 minute to load each page even if it's just to open up a simple page. Log in takes a couple of minutes. The fact that every time I go to a new section or to expand something takes over a minute is extremely frustrating. This app could be so much better if they could fix the loading time. I don't want to wait 10 minutes just to check how much a told cost me and to add funds. My password never saves so I'm constantly retyping. It's so much faster to just log into the ezpass website.
