Get your care on the go with the Horizon NJ Health App. The Horizon NJ Health App is intended for use by NJ FamilyCare-Medicaid members enrolled in Horizon NJ Health.
 
With the free Horizon NJ Health App, NJ FamilyCare-Medicaid members can:

• View covered benefits, including medical, pharmacy, behavioral health, dental, vision and more

• View, download or request a new member ID card

• Change your PCP

• Find a doctor, dentist or other health care provider

• View your Care Manager, if you have one

• Find community support and resources available to you

• Get important reminders, such as when you need to renew your coverage

Trash app my login and password that were newly created don't work and 1 hour with customer service on the phone and it's still unresolved with no explanation.

The app doesn't let me sign in. I've changed my password several times and when I get to verifying my identity, it always says, "we're experiencing technical difficulties." When is this going to be fixed?

It was working fine until it was update. The app now force close every time I try to log in. Will be Uninstaller from my phone. This app is trash.

I downloaded the app it was working. then all of a sudden I go to use it again after update it'll just open and close real fast. Definitely not worth downloading

Having trouble loading. Also doesnt recognize my login and paswrd. I have uninstalled app I have changed password. It logged in then when i close it, and go to log back in .. I get same thing!

Haven't been able to log in through either the app or website for at least a month now. Website states incorrect password even after changing it, twice.

I left a review back in the middle of October for the simple fact that I couldn't access my profile because the site wouldn't let me. Now the problem is persisting again and I really need to access it and I can't and it won't let me leave another review on top of the one I already did so I had to erase that one to put this one in so I'm now giving it one star for the simple fact that the bugs that you guys said you fixed you actually haven't. Way to go guys! Stellar work. #duhidontknowhowtofixit

Not designed to support the TotalCare D-SNP OF HORIZON'S HEALTH CARE SYSTEM. WHY IS HORIZON SO LAME WHEN IT'S CLIENTS ARE CONCERNED????? SMART PHONES GIVE US A LOT OF IMPROVED ACCESS, AND POWER, BUT YOU'RE NOT USING IT TO THE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR CLIENTS. IT'S LIKE A UNIVERSAL VOICE, AND TEXT TRANSLATOR. IT'S TIME TO BRING THIS WORLD INTO THE "AVAILABLE FOR ALL FUTURE".

It would be nice if the app (and website) worked more than 10% of the time. I guess making it nearly impossible for people to access their health services is an effective short term money saving scheme. Until, of course, the neglect leads to expensive emergency care.

The app was working fine at first. Now when I log in it force closes automatically. I can't get in! It make no sense the amount of technology out here and this app responding like this. Whoever is in charge of checking these comments just gives a general response to every comment. Nothing actually gets solved. Don't waste your time with this app!!!

App has not worked in over a month. Dragging your feet fixing this with no response for over a month, meanwhile every day it's broken you're limiting people's access to convenient healthcare. Absolutely shameful. Every time I sign in I'm met with an infinite loading screen or "we are experiencing technical difficulties. For a whole month?

What is going on with this app? I have not been able to login for over 2 months. It keeps saying to please check your information. I've uninstalled & reinstall the app and changed the password and still cannot access my information.

Absolutely terrible, worst app I've ever used, even the most simple thing like looking for doctors doesn't work when you attempt to filter. Clearly not tested, almost everyone involved in this effort should be evaluated for motive. Clearly outsourced to completely incompetent development group, who is just ripping off those who paid for this to be done. Never seen this level of incompetence and I was a software engineer

They need to add the option of tagging Doctor information so you can save it to favorites and easily access it. Also the app says I need to update it, but I'm not finding anywhere to do that.

Not horrible when it was just NJ health but major roadblocks w/ the Dual/Total Care. My 2 children & I were covered under NJ Health w/out any login issues until mine became Total Care. I realized it may have been a little difficult but still not resolved after a year now. Everytime I've called/chatted, including resetting login info & also deleting/combining the accounts, my account becomes blocked from the number of failed attempts & not able to login using the original login.
